    芹苴虽然不像河内或胡志明市那样拥有密集的精酿啤酒吧,但这正是其魅力所在——这里的饮酒文化依然属于当地人。在宁侨(Ninh Kieu)码头边,手握一杯冰镇啤酒感受夜晚的律动,本身就值得你专程跑一趟。

    芹苴的 Bia Hoi 文化

    “Bia hoi”——即新鲜酿造、未经巴氏杀菌、从酒桶中直接打出的生啤——是越南街头饮酒的灵魂。芹苴(Can Tho)以其低调的方式完美诠释了这种文化。每杯价格通常在 7,000–10,000 VND 左右,如果你不是刻意豪饮,花不到 100,000 VND 就能度过一个愉快的夜晚。

    这里的规则很简单:早上酒桶送达,晚上卖完即止。大家坐在脚踝高度的塑料小板凳上,围着矮桌而坐。这里没有预订,也不用提前点单,坐下后,酒杯自然会送到你面前。

    芹苴最集中的 Bia Hoi 聚集区位于 Hai Ba Trung Street 及其周边,特别是宁侨码头和夜市之间的路段。这些地方并非为游客准备,而是当地人常去的邻里小店,从滨江步道上就能看到。寻找那些手写着“bia tuoi”或“bia hoi”的招牌,以及摆到人行道上的塑料桌椅即可。

    另一个可靠的去处是往内陆走几个街区的 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street,那里的顾客几乎全是当地人:送货司机、刚下班的市场工人,还有从 1990 年代起就坐在同一张桌子旁喝酒的老主顾们。

    当地人都在喝什么

    除了 Bia Hoi,芹苴及整个湄公河三角洲地区最主流的大众啤酒是 Saigon Beer——那种红标拉格啤酒在南部的销量遥遥领先。在大多数碎米饭(com tam)店和路边摊,每罐售价仅 20,000–25,000 VND,与当地食物搭配堪称绝配。此外,Tiger 和 333(“Ba Ba Ba”)也随处可见。

    Heineken 在芹苴的中档餐厅和卡拉 OK 啤酒俱乐部中占据了相当大的比例,这部分归功于其品牌营销,也因为当地的 Heineken Vietnam 工厂能够高效地供应整个南部地区。如果你在餐厅点“bia”,很有可能会端上来一瓶 Heineken。

    当地人与游客的区别

    芹苴接待的外国游客远少于会安或河内,因此那种专门针对游客的啤酒陷阱尚未完全形成。话虽如此,宁侨码头区域确实有一些针对越南国内游客和偶尔出现的外国旅行者的场所——那里有更高的椅子、双语菜单,价格也比后街贵 30%–40%。

    如果你想体验当地人的饮酒氛围,请往远离码头的方向走两三个街区。那里的价格更低,氛围更热闹,小吃也更地道。你会吃到新鲜春卷(goi cuon)和烤河鱼,而不是那种带有塑封照片菜单的春卷。

    芹苴的精酿啤酒

    这里的精酿啤酒市场规模虽小,但确实存在。总部位于胡志明市的 Pasteur Street Brewing Company 已将分销触角延伸至芹苴,一些西式咖啡馆和较好的酒店酒吧会供应他们的罐装啤酒,如 Jasmine IPA 和 Cyclo Pale Ale。预计每罐价格在 60,000–80,000 VND 之间。

    另一个西贡精酿品牌 Heart of Darkness 也会出现在类似场所。目前这两个品牌在芹苴都没有专门的精酿啤酒吧(Taproom),所以你更多是在寻找瓶装或罐装啤酒,而非生啤。

    芹苴最接近正宗精酿啤酒吧的地方是 Boo Beer,这是一家小型本土经营的店铺,正在不断扩大其酒头选择,偶尔也会供应越南本土精酿和进口啤酒。它位于大学区附近,吸引了许多年轻人——学生和年轻专业人士,他们追随河内和西贡的精酿浪潮,也希望在三角洲地区享受到同样的体验。根据酒头供应情况,每杯价格在 50,000–90,000 VND 不等。

    饮酒时的下酒菜

    芹苴的食物与冰镇啤酒天然契合。湄公河三角洲的烹饪倾向于使用新鲜香草、烤肉和河鱼——口味清爽,不会掩盖拉格啤酒的清淡口感。

    Bia Hoi 摊位上的首选下酒菜是配有肉酱的 banh mi(越式法包)(这里的法棍非常地道,湄公河三角洲有其独特的风格,外皮更酥脆)、烤猪肉串或鱿鱼串,以及老板娘当天制作的特色菜。每串价格在 15,000–25,000 VND,花很少的钱就能吃得很满足。

    如果你想配着啤酒吃顿正餐,当地的“bun rieu”(蟹膏番茄米粉汤)是芹苴的招牌,值得一试,特别是在傍晚市场收摊后,去丐冷(Cai Rang)水上市场附近寻找摊位。再配上一瓶红标 Saigon Beer,堪称完美。

    如果想坐下来慢慢享受,宁侨码头沿岸的餐厅供应炸象耳鱼(“ca tai tuong”),用米纸包裹食用——这是湄公河三角洲的标志性菜肴,吃起来需要一点时间,且与任何冰镇饮品都是绝配。

    何时前往

    在芹苴,饮酒是晚间活动。码头区域从下午 6 点左右开始热闹起来;Bia Hoi 摊位在晚上 7 点至 8 点达到高峰,10 点后人群逐渐散去。按西贡的标准来看,芹苴并非一座彻夜狂欢的城市——大多数街头摊位在晚上 11 点前就会打烊。

    周末夜晚的 Hai Ba Trung 街更加活跃,声音也更嘈杂,夜市附近的室内餐厅偶尔会有现场音乐表演。工作日晚上则更安静、更便宜——Bia Hoi 的顾客较少,酒桶也不会那么快卖光。

    实用贴士

    芹苴距离西贡西南约 170 公里——乘巴士约需三到四小时,如果你有自己的交通工具,走 Vam Cong 大桥路线仅需 30 分钟。大多数住宿地点都在宁侨码头的步行范围内,这使得你可以轻松步行探索啤酒和美食线路。记得带现金:几乎没有 Bia Hoi 摊位接受银行卡,较好的街头摊位也不接受。
