    Sen Viet Restaurant

    Nha Hang Hoang Hai

    Ngu Nguyet Quan

    这家餐厅需要特别说明一下。Ngu Nguyet Quan 是一家充满传统风格的餐厅,围绕着旧东京(Tonkin)的美学而建——身着“ao dai”的员工、木制家具、漆器,以及周五晚上偶尔上演的“ca tru”现场表演。这种配置有时会流于形式,但在这里,食物的水准与氛围相得益彰。

    他们的“goi cuon”(鲜虾春卷)选用来自 Do Son 半岛的野生河虾,自制的米纸比市售的明显更软糯。他们的“mi quang”——在如此靠北的地方很难吃到正宗的——配有姜黄油汤底,香气四溢。套餐价格为每人 320,000 VND(四道菜);虽然也提供单点,但从性价比来看,套餐更值得推荐。

    如果你想在晚餐时欣赏 ca tru 表演,请务必提前至少两天预订周五晚上的位置。音乐确实为用餐增色不少。

    Maison du Port

    这是这几家餐厅中视觉上最具雄心的一家。Maison du Port 占据了老港区附近一栋修复后的法国殖民时期建筑,菜单在越南菜和法越融合菜之间各占一半——这种形式通常是餐厅两头不到岸的借口,但这里的厨房确实做到了实至名归。主厨在 Hanoi 受过培训,他将法式烹饪技艺轻盈地应用于越南食材中。

    他们的招牌菜是油封鸭配“com tam”(碎米饭)和鱼露酱汁。听起来像个噱头,吃起来却是个绝妙的主意——420,000 VND。越南咖啡(Vietnamese coffee)焦糖布丁(65,000 VND)是餐后的完美收尾,本质上就是固体版的“ca phe sua da”。

    这里的服务是城中最专业的。提供英文菜单。可通过他们的 Facebook 页面或电话预订;回复非常及时。

    关于饮品

    这些餐厅都没有专业的葡萄酒单。少数几家提供基础的智利或澳大利亚进口酒。你最好还是点些越南精酿啤酒——Pasteur Street Brewing Co. 的产品在其中几家店里都能找到——或者在晚餐前后直接去体验当地的“bia hoi”(鲜啤)文化。Ben Binh 港口周边有很棒的 bia hoi 摊位,7,000 VND 就能喝上一杯扎啤。

    实用信息

    海防距离 Hanoi 120 km,走高速公路约 90 分钟,非常适合一日游,不过留宿一晚能让你更从容地享受两顿美餐。大多数餐厅在晚上 10 点前打烊,晚上 9:30 后不再接待新客,请提前规划。大多数餐厅的着装要求为商务休闲风;如果你在 Maison du Port 稍微讲究一点着装,会更受欢迎。
