    出租车与Grab(视情况而定)

    在Hanoi和Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン),打表的白色出租车仍然只收现金——没有刷卡机。网约车Grab两者都接受,但现金支付更快捷,还能省去2–3%的Grab手续费。上车前最好先问问司机的偏好。

    超市与便利店

    城市里的VinMart、Co.opmart、7-Eleven等连锁店都可以顺畅地刷卡。Pharmacity等连锁药店也是如此。

    酒店与度假村

    三星级及以上的酒店几乎都接受刷卡。越来越多的经济型酒店也开始支持,但最好提前确认。高档酒店可能会额外收取1–3%的刷卡手续费;请仔细阅读预订须知。

    面向游客的餐厅

    在Hanoi的法国区、Saigon的第一郡、Hoi An(호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン)古镇,或任何明显的游客聚集区,餐厅都会配备刷卡机。现代咖啡馆、高档“pho”餐厅和外资经营的场所通常都接受刷卡。中档越南餐厅(人均50,000–150,000 VND)支持刷卡的比例大概是一半一半;点餐前请先询问。

    ATM取款

    网购与应用程序

    Tiki、Shopee、Grab Food及类似应用需要使用银行卡或电子钱包。在大多数情况下,你不能向外卖骑手支付现金。

    该携带多少现金

    每日预算:500,000–1,000,000 VND(20–40美元)

    没必要带着5,000,000 VND到处走。每2–3天提取一次所需的金额即可。城市的ATM网络非常密集;你随时都能在附近找到ShinhanBank、HSBC、Techcombank或Vietcombank的ATM机。

    去哪里取现

    ATM机(最安全)

    寻找主要银行的ATM机:Vietcombank、Techcombank、HSBC、ShinhanBank、Agribank。它们遍布每个市中心、购物中心和十字路口。取款是即时的;手续费也很透明(在您确认之前会显示在屏幕上)。

    兑换亭(较慢,汇率通常较差)

    兑换店散布在各个旅游区。汇率通常比ATM差0.5–1%。只有当您手头有外币现金且急需VND时,才建议使用它们。

    酒店(最后的手段)

    常见陷阱

    破损或有标记的纸币

    越南的银行对纸币的品相很挑剔。破损、非常陈旧或有严重标记的500,000 VND纸币可能会被商家拒收。如果商店拒收你的现金,别往心里去——去银行换成崭新的纸币即可。

    假币

    银行卡克隆(盗刷)

    这种情况在越南很少见,但最好只在银行内或光线充足、人流密集的地方使用ATM。输入密码时请遮挡密码键盘。如果你实在担心,可以携带一个防盗刷的RFID钱包。

    周日现金耗尽

    一些小城镇和乡村地区的ATM在周末可能不开放。如果你要去偏远的地方,务必在周五备足现金。

    最佳支付组合

    大多数游客会携带一张借记卡或信用卡,外加500,000–1,000,000 VND的现金。在酒店、超市和网上预订时刷卡;其他所有消费则使用现金。如果你要跳岛游或探访村落,请多带些现金——比如1,500,000 VND——因为那里ATM机很少。在城市里,你可以少带点现金,因为ATM机随处可见。

    最后一条原则:点餐前一定要先问清楚。“Tra bang the duoc khong?”(可以刷卡吗?)只需两秒钟,就能避免结账时的尴尬。

    总结

    现金在越南仍然必不可少,但在城市中刷卡的接受度也越来越高。两者都要准备,从ATM机取款,并留些零钱给街边小贩。诀窍在于察言观色——如果你正坐在人行道上的塑料凳子上吃东西,现金绝对是你唯一的选择。
