    Cho Han 坐落于 Han River 西岸,距离龙桥(Dragon Bridge)仅五分钟步行路程。自法国殖民时期以来,它一直是 Da Nang 的主要市场。虽然它不像 Hanoi 的 Dong Xuan Market 或 Saigon 的 Ben Thanh Market 那样喧闹或庞大,但它做到了一件那些市场有时难以兼顾的事情:它至今仍主要作为当地居民的生活市场而运转。

    Cho Han 是什么——以及一点历史

    为什么旅行者会去

    Cho Han 并不是主题公园意义上的旅游景点。你去那里是因为它是一个地理位置优越且仍在运转的市场,它能给你带来海滨酒店和网红桥梁无法提供的东西:全速运转的普通人生活。单是海鲜区就值得一逛——成堆的鱿鱼、皮皮虾、蛏子和各种你叫不出名字的鱼类,全部按公斤计价,由那些在这里干了几十年的妇女们售卖。

    它也非常实用。需要一件便宜的雨衣?去 Cho Han。想买点鱿鱼干或咖啡带回家?去 Cho Han。想在早上 7 点和正在吃早餐的摊贩们挤在一起吃碗“mi quang”?去 Cho Han。

    最佳游览时间

    市场大约在早上 6:00 开门,晚上 6:00 左右打烊,不过一楼的食品摊位开得最早。为了获得最佳体验,请在早上 7:00 到 9:00 之间抵达——此时的农产品最新鲜,摊贩们精神饱满,而且高温还没有把整栋建筑变成桑拿房。

    就季节而言,Da Nang 的旱季大约从 3 月持续到 8 月。9 月到 11 月降雨量最大,虽然市场风雨无阻地营业,但在湿滑的地板上穿梭,还要躲避满载货物的摩托车挤过,这可不是每个人都喜欢的乐趣。如果你在 Tet(春节)期间来访,请做好营业时间缩短和所有商品价格上涨的心理准备。

    如何前往

    从 Da Nang 沿着 My Khe Beach 的主要旅游区出发,Cho Han 大约在西边 4 km 处——乘坐出租车或 Grab 大约需要 15 分钟,花费约 40,000–60,000 VND。从 Da Nang 国际机场出发,距离约为 3 km,非高峰时段只需 10 分钟车程。

    如果你从 Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン)(向南约 30 km)出发,乘坐 Grab 汽车大约需要 250,000–350,000 VND,根据交通情况耗时 40–50 分钟。两座城市之间也有当地公交车连接,票价约 30,000 VND,下车点距离市场仅几步之遥。

    市场位于 Tran Phu 和 Bach Dang 街的拐角处,与诺富特酒店(Novotel)隔河相望。你绝对不会错过它——它是该地区为数不多没有刻意追求现代感的大型建筑之一。

    逛逛海鲜区

    在食品摊吃早餐

    市场内的几个摊位供应“banh canh (반깐 / 粗米粉汤 / バインカイン)”(浓稠的木薯粉汤面)、mi quang 和“bun cha”——这些都是 Da Nang 版本的,与 Hanoi 或 Hue 的做法有所不同。一碗价格在 25,000–40,000 VND 之间。拉把塑料凳子,和摊贩们坐在一起大快朵颐吧。

    浏览布料和“ao dai”裁缝店

    二楼有一排裁缝店,可以在 2–3 天内为你量身定制一件 ao dai (아오자이 / 奥黛 / アオザイ)。基本面料和剪裁的价格约为 500,000 VND 起,如果是丝绸材质,价格可能会达到 2,000,000 VND 或更高。质量参差不齐——在决定之前,记得要求看看成品样衣。

    挑选当地小吃和干货

    鱿鱼干、烤腰果、莲花茶和当地种植的咖啡豆都是非常适合带回家的好东西。干货区靠近一楼的后部。价格不是固定的,但总体来说很合理——一袋 500g 的烤腰果大约售价 100,000–150,000 VND。

    逛逛周边街道

    Cho Han 周围的街区——尤其是沿着 Hung Vuong 和 Nguyen Chi Thanh 街——挤满了小商店和街头小吃车。不要把你的探索局限在建筑本身。

    附近哪里吃

    在距离 Cho Han 步行不到 10 分钟的范围内,你可以找到一些 Da Nang 比较有名的当地美食:

    • “Banh xeo (반세오 / 越南煎饼 / バインセオ)” Ba Duong(位于 280 Hoang Dieu,距离市场约 800 m)多年来一直供应超大号的越南中部风味脆皮煎饼。一盘配齐所有香草和蘸酱的煎饼大约需要 30,000–50,000 VND。
    • “Com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム)” 摊位在傍晚时分会沿着 Tran Phu 街出现——碎米饭配上烤猪肉、煎蛋和腌菜,价格约为 35,000 VND。

    想喝 vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー),市场周围的街道上有很多小咖啡馆,一杯“ca phe sua da”(冰炼乳咖啡)的价格为 15,000–25,000 VND。

    附近住宿

    Cho Han 位于 Da Nang 市中心,因此附近的住宿选择非常集中:

    • 经济型: 沿着 Bach Dang 和 Tran Phu 街的宾馆和青年旅舍,每晚价格从 200,000–400,000 VND 起。
    • 中档型: 步行范围内的三星级酒店价格在 500,000–1,000,000 VND 之间。有几家就坐落在河畔,视野开阔。
    • 高档型: 诺富特(Novotel)及类似的国际酒店在河对岸,走过 Han River Bridge 只需 5 分钟,价格大约从 1,500,000 VND 起。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 在二楼可以适度还价,但一楼不要。 生鲜食品的利润空间已经很小了。服装和纪念品有更多的议价空间——目标是在最初报价的基础上砍掉 10–20%,而不是对半砍。
    • 带上零钱。 摊贩们使用现金交易,而且在清晨往往找不开 500,000 VND 的大钞。随身准备一叠 10,000 和 20,000 VND 的纸币。
    • 看好你的手机和钱包。 Cho Han 并不是特别危险,但人多拥挤。请将贵重物品放在前口袋或斜挎包里。
    • 去之前先上洗手间。 市场里有洗手间,但环境不太好。附近的咖啡馆是更好的选择。

    需要避免的常见错误

    • 把它和 Hoi An 的市场做比较。 Hoi An 在南边 30 km 处,更偏向于游客。Cho Han 是一个日常运作的生活市场——请相应地调整你的期望值。
    • 中午过来。 建筑通风有限。在上午 11:00 到下午 2:00 之间,里面非常闷热,许多摊贩也会休息。
    • 买得太快。 在购买之前,先完整地逛一圈市场。同样的商品经常出现在多个摊位上,而且价格各异。
    • 忽略了周边的街道。 Cho Han 附近一些最好的美食和购物场所其实在建筑外面,隐藏在两个街区半径内的侧街和小巷里。

    实用信息

    Cho Han 每天开放,时间大约在早上 6:00 到晚上 6:00,食品摊位开得最早。无需门票。这里非常适合搭配 Han River 沿岸的晨练散步,或者下午去参观龙桥(Dragon Bridge,周末晚上会亮灯)。如果想彻底逛一圈,建议预留 1–2 小时,如果还要吃东西,时间可以更长一些。
