    为什么值得一去

    三个原因:梯田、与世隔绝的宁静,以及前往那里的自驾路线。在灌水季(5月至6月)和丰收季(9月下旬至10月上旬),梯田的景色确实非常壮观。但即使在 7 月和 8 月绿意盎然的生长期,这座山谷依然拥有一种 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 多年前就已失去的光影与宁静。这里没有售票亭,没有缆车,也没有高楼酒店。你看到的是真实的农业景观,而不是主题公园般的复制品。

    进山的路——尤其是 32 号公路的 Khau Pha 隘口路段——是越南北部 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 最棒的盘山公路之一,足以媲美 Ha Giang 环线的任何路段。

    最佳游玩时间

    • 9月下旬至10月中旬:旺季。水稻在收割前变成金黄色。游客会增多(主要是越南摄影师),民宿价格也会上涨。请提前预订。
    • 5月至6月:灌水季。梯田变成倒映蓝天白云的镜子。游客较少。道路可能会泥泞。
    • 7月至8月:郁郁葱葱的绿色梯田。午后常有阵雨,但早晨通常晴朗。风景与宁静达到了完美的平衡。
    • 11月至次年3月:收割后。梯田呈现干枯的褐色。高海拔地区很冷——夜间温度可降至 5–8°C。虽然不是最美的时节,但你可以独享整片天地。

    如何前往

    从 Hanoi 出发

    最常见的路线是 Hanoi → Mu Cang Chai,走 32 号公路,途经 Nghia Lo 并翻越 Khau Pha 隘口。总距离:约 280 km。骑摩托车的话,预计需要 7–9 小时,具体取决于你的车速以及在 Khau Pha 停留的次数(你肯定会忍不住停下很多次)。自驾或包车需要 6–7 小时。

    没有直达 Che Cu Nha 的巴士。卧铺巴士从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 的 My Dinh 车站开往 Mu Cang Chai 镇(票价约 200,000–250,000 VND,晚上出发,清晨抵达)。从 Mu Cang Chai 镇出发,剩下的 35 km 你需要乘坐 xe om(摩托的士)——单程价格可以砍到 150,000–200,000 VND。

    从 Sapa 或 Lao Cai 市出发

    自从省份合并后,Che Cu Nha 在行政区划上与 Sapa 同属一省,但道路连接并不直接。大多数游客会绕行 Than Uyen。距离 Sapa:约 150 km,在山路上骑摩托车需要 4–5 小时。

    探索越南 Ha Giang 蜿蜒的道路和郁郁葱葱的青山,这是一个完美的夏季风景胜地。

    游玩推荐

    漫步梯田

    严格来说不需要向导——村落之间的小路清晰可见,当地人也习惯了偶尔出现的徒步者。最上镜的观景点位于 Che Cu Nha 和 La Pan Tan 之间的公路上。清晨(早上 7 点前)可以看到稻田上升起的薄雾。半天的徒步行程大约 8–10 km,可以串联起几个观景点,并穿过两三个村落。

    逛逛赫蒙族集市

    Mu Cang Chai 的集市每天开放,但在周日早晨最为热闹。这不是一个旅游集市——你会看到牲畜交易、廉价的中国商品,以及穿着全套传统服饰购买布料的赫蒙族妇女。如果你不反感的话,卖“thang co”(马肉炖汤)的摊位值得一试。

    骑行 Khau Pha 隘口

    32 号公路翻越 Khau Pha 隘口的 30 km 路段值得你单独花半天时间去体验。沿途有多个停车点可以俯瞰 Tu Le 山谷的景色。路面是平整的柏油路,但比较狭窄——在盲区弯道处要小心卡车。

    Tu Le 温泉

    Tu Le 镇距离 Che Cu Nha 约 20 km,那里有天然温泉,并以其糯米饭(“com nep Tu Le”)而闻名。如果你想在骑行一天后泡个澡,这里非常适合作为午餐休息点或留宿一晚。

    餐饮推荐

    不要指望能找到餐厅。在 Che Cu Nha,要么在民宿吃,要么就没得吃。民宿主人会提供家庭风味的晚餐——通常是米饭、炒菜、一道猪肉或鸡肉菜肴,以及“ruou ngo”(玉米酒,度数很高,主人会热情劝酒)。除了房费外,一顿丰盛的晚餐加早餐通常每人需要 100,000–150,000 VND。

    在 Mu Cang Chai 镇,主路两旁有几家“com pho”小店,提供简单的 pho 和盖饭,价格在 30,000–50,000 VND。虽然不精致,但足以填饱肚子继续上路。

    住宿推荐

    在 Che Cu Nha 本地,民宿是唯一的选择。这些是简易的赫蒙族木屋,床垫直接铺在地上,共用浴室,热水供应有限。预计每人每晚 150,000–250,000 VND,包含餐食。在丰收季,比较知名的民宿会客满——如果可能的话,请让你的房东提前打电话预订。

    如果追求更舒适的住宿,可以住在 Mu Cang Chai 镇,那里有带独立房间、热水淋浴和 Wi-Fi 的基础酒店,每晚价格为 300,000–500,000 VND。

    实用提示

    • 仅限现金:Che Cu Nha 没有 ATM 机。最近的 ATM 机在 Mu Cang Chai 镇——而且有时现金会被取空。请从 Hanoi 或 Nghia Lo 携带足够的 VND。
    • 手机信号:Viettel 的信号在山谷的大部分地区都能使用。Mobifone 的信号则断断续续。不要依赖移动数据进行导航——请下载离线地图。
    • 加油:在 Mu Cang Chai 镇加满油。那里到 Tu Le 之间没有加油站。
    • 语言:该地区几乎没人说英语。掌握基础越南语或使用翻译软件会大有帮助。在村落里,赫蒙语是第一语言。

    常见误区

    • 从 Sapa 出发一日游:车程太远,无法轻松往返。请至少计划留宿一晚。
    • 11月来访并期待看到绿色梯田:收割在 10 月中旬就已结束。请仔细确认出行时间。
    • 不带保暖衣物:即使在夏天,海拔 1000 米的清晨依然微凉。到了冬天,则是真正的寒冷。
    • 未经允许放飞无人机:赫蒙族社区通常对无人机保持警惕。在别人的村庄上空放飞无人机之前,请先征求民宿主人的同意。

    结语

    Che Cu Nha 会回馈那些愿意忍受一些不便(简陋的床铺、崎岖的山路、有限的餐饮选择)的旅行者,让他们欣赏到越南大多数常规旅游路线上早已无法避开拥挤人群的绝美风景。这里不会永远保持这份宁静,但至少现在,它依然如故。
