    Dong Van 喀斯特高原位于 Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)的最北端,这里石灰岩峰林从狭窄的山谷中拔地而起,开凿在悬崖峭壁上的单车道连接着 Hmong、Tay 和 Lo Lo 族的小村落。它是东南亚为数不多的联合国教科文组织世界地质公园之一,并且名副其实——这里的地质历史大约有 4 到 6 亿年,沿途随处可见裸露的岩壁就是最好的证明。

    它的独特之处与重要意义

    这片高原跨越了四个县——Dong Van、Meo Vac、Yen Minh 和 Quan Ba,它们曾属于 Ha Giang 省。在 2025 年行政区划合并后,该地区现归属于 Tuyen Quang 省,尽管当地人和旅行者仍习惯称其为 Ha Giang 环线地区。当地的实际情况并未改变:依然是那些道路、那些城镇,以及相同的边境检查站。

    穿过高原的 Ha Giang(하장 / 河江 / ハーザン)环线全长约 350 km,被广泛认为是 Vietnam 最棒的摩托车骑行路线。这一美誉绝对名副其实。Meo Vac 和 Dong Van 之间的公路,尤其是穿过 Ma Pi Leng 垭口的那段,沿着 Nho Que 河上方的悬崖边缘蜿蜒,深不见底的落差会让你不由自主地握紧车把。除了公路本身,这里也是 Vietnam 北部少数几个少数民族文化尚未被完全商业化包装的地区之一——Dong Van 和 Meo Vac 的周日集市依然是真正的贸易场所,而不是兜售纪念品的旅游市场。

    最佳旅行时间

    9 月至 11 月是最佳时节。9 月底到 10 月初,Quan Ba 周边低海拔地区的梯田一片金黄。天空大多晴朗,白天温度在 15-25°C 之间。

    3 月至 5 月也很不错——尽管荞麦花是在 10 月下旬到 11 月开遍高原(这是另一个吸引人的亮点),但春天会带来烂漫的野花和更温暖的天气,不过有时也会起雾。

    12 月至 2 月非常冷。是真的冷。Dong Van 镇夜间的温度会降至 5°C 以下,结霜也是家常便饭。路面可能会打滑。如果你在冬天骑行,请务必带上保暖的衣物——千万别指望在 Hanoi 租售的那种单薄夹克。

    6 月至 8 月意味着降雨、山体滑坡和能见度降低。虽然也能骑行,但你可能要花不少时间等待道路重新抢通。

    如何前往

    大多数旅行者会以 Ha Giang city(行政上现隶属于 Tuyen Quang 省)作为大本营,这里依然是进入高原的天然门户。

    • 从 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)出发: 卧铺大巴每晚运行,晚上 8-9 点左右出发,凌晨 4-5 点左右抵达。Hung Thanh 和 Cau Me 等客运公司运营此路线。单程票价预计在 250,000-350,000 VND 左右。车程约 300 km,耗时 6-7 小时。
    • 从 Sapa 出发: 不太常见但可行。可以乘坐当地巴士或包车经 Lao Cai 中转,耗时 7-8 小时。这并不是最舒适的路线。

    从 Ha Giang city 出发,环线本身向北朝 Quan Ba 方向延伸(约 45 km)。大多数人会在 Ha Giang city 租摩托车——本田 XR150 每天约 200,000-300,000 VND,半自动的 Wave 每天 150,000-180,000 VND。如果你不会骑车,可以雇佣一位“easy rider”(向导兼司机),包含摩托车在内每天 500,000-700,000 VND。

    游玩推荐

    骑行 Ma Pi Leng 垭口

    Dong Van 和 Meo Vac 之间这 20 km 的路段是重头戏。公路紧贴着 Nho Que 河谷上方的山腰——垂直落差高达数百米,有些地方甚至没有护栏。请务必慢行,多停下来欣赏。山顶的观景台设有停车区和几个饮料摊。

    漫步 Dong Van 老街

    这是一个紧凑的建筑群,融合了 Hmong 族和中国风格的石木结构房屋,其中一些已有百年以上的历史。位于镇外约 15 km 处 Sa Phin 的王氏宅邸(Dinh Vuong)是一座保存完好的 Hmong 族苗王府,建于 1902 年——门票 20,000 VND,绝对值得绕道一游。

    逛周日集市

    Dong Van 的周日集市在清晨开市。Meo Vac 也有一个周日集市,游客较少,更具本土气息。想要体验真正的集市氛围——牲畜交易、当地自酿酒、布料买卖,请在早上 8 点前到达。到了上午 10 点,集市就会逐渐收摊。

    徒步前往 Tu San 峡谷

    可以乘船在 Nho Que 河上前往(从 Ma Pi Leng 附近的一个码头出发——乘船费用约为每人 150,000-200,000 VND)。峡谷两侧的岩壁狭窄而高耸。这是一趟短暂的旅程,但如果水位允许,非常值得一去。

    Lung Cu 旗塔

    这里是 Vietnam 的最北端,山顶上矗立着一座旗塔作为标志。从顶部可以 360 度俯瞰梯田和边境风光。位于 Dong Van 镇以北约 25 km 处,全程为铺装路面。

    美食指南

    高原上的食物简单而丰盛。可以找找“thang co”——这是一种 Hmong 族火锅,用马肉和内脏加上草果和香茅炖煮而成。Dong Van 和 Meo Vac 的大多数当地餐馆都有供应,每碗大约 40,000-60,000 VND。“Men men”是一种蒸玉米面食品,Hmong 族家庭常将其作为大米的替代品,在一些当地小吃店和民宿中也能见到。

    如果想吃点更熟悉的食物,每个城镇都有卖“Pho”(河粉)和“Bun”(米线)汤面——每碗 30,000-40,000 VND。Vietnamese coffee 随处可见,不过别指望在这里能喝到 Hanoi 水准的 egg coffee(에그커피 / 蛋咖啡 / エッグコーヒー)。

    住宿指南

    • 经济型民宿: 100,000-200,000 VND/晚。提供基础客房和共用浴室,通常包含晚餐和早餐。在 Dong Van、Meo Vac、Du Gia 和 Quan Ba 很常见。
    • 中档宾馆: 300,000-600,000 VND/晚。提供带热水和 Wi-Fi 的独立房间。Dong Van 镇的选择最多。
    • 高端民宿/精品山林小屋: 800,000-1,500,000 VND/晚。在 Quan Ba 附近和环线沿途新开了一些——床铺更舒适,有山景,且内设餐厅。

    在 9 月至 11 月的周末,请务必提前预订。在旺季之外,直接上门入住也没问题。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 在每个城镇都要加满油。 加油站之间相距甚远。Dong Van、Meo Vac、Yen Minh 和 Quan Ba 都有加油站,但在它们之间,你可能要骑行 50-60 km 却找不到任何加油的地方。
    • 备足现金。 Ha Giang city 和 Dong Van 镇虽然有 ATM 机,但不太可靠。在高原上,刷卡支付基本行不通。
    • 许可证: 严格来说,外国旅行者在靠近中国边境的环线部分(Lung Cu 地区)需要办理边境地区许可证。Ha Giang city 的酒店和青旅可以代办——免费且只需大约 30 分钟。千万别抱侥幸心理,检查站是真实存在的。
    • 路况变化极快。 早上可能还晴空万里,到了中午就可能起雾下雨。落石也时有发生。请保持防御性骑行,不要勉强一天赶太多路程。

    常见避坑指南

    • 试图在两天内跑完全程。 想要好好体验,最少需要三天。四天则更佳。匆忙赶路意味着你会错过很多停靠点,并且在危险的道路上疲劳驾驶。
    • 租最便宜的摩托车。 在山口抛锚的半自动摩托车旁,绝对不是你学习车辆维修的好地方。每天多花 50,000 VND 租一辆车况良好的手动挡摩托车吧。
    • 跳过南部路段。 许多骑手走完 Quan Ba → Yen Minh → Dong Van → Meo Vac 后就原路折返了。途经 Du Gia 的南部返程路线更安静、车辆更少,而且风景可以说是更胜一筹。

    实用备忘

    Dong Van 喀斯特高原会犒劳有耐心的人。留出足够的天数,按照自己的节奏骑行,当有事物吸引你的目光时——无论是一个集市、一个山谷,还是路边的玉米酒摊——就停下来看看。不拘泥于死板的行程表,才是体验这条环线的最佳方式。
