    Hoi An 的饮食文化有着截然不同的两面:在古镇区,你坐在灯笼下吃一碗面,店家会理直气壮地收你120,000 VND。但只要往外走几条街,穿过Cam Pho 区,或者前往早市,你就能以一半甚至更低的价格吃到同样品质——甚至更美味——的食物。以下是一份按餐点分类的实用清单,包含真实的菜品和价格。

    早餐:早市周边

    位于Tran Phu街的Hoi An中央市场是显而易见的起点,但更便宜的去处是市场内部以及与之平行的Nguyen Hue 街沿线摊位。在早上6:00到8:30之间前往,赶在游客大军到来之前。

    “Cao Lau”

    这是定义Hoi An的招牌菜,早市摊位每碗售价仅30,000–40,000 VND,而古镇餐厅则要60,000–80,000 VND。“Cao lau”是粗而有嚼劲的面条(据说制作面条的水取自Ba Le井),配上猪肉片、脆饼和一把新鲜香草。它不是汤面,口感干爽,在越南料理中独树一帜。寻找那些有手写招牌和塑料凳的摊位——那些放着塑封菜单的店通常是针对游客定价的。

    “Banh Mi”:Phuong的竞争者们

    Banh Mi Phuong名气很大,35,000–45,000 VND的价格也还算合理。但河边Bach Dang街上的一个法棍摊(没有招牌,是一位老奶奶推着的绿色小车)只卖20,000 VND,用料却非常扎实。包含肉酱、冷切肉、腌白萝卜、辣椒和黄瓜。分量虽小,但在早晨6:30配上一杯ca phe sua da,就是一份完美的早餐。

    “Banh Canh”

    比起cao lau,它受到的关注较少,但同样令人满足:“banh canh”是一种类似乌冬面的粗面汤,通常用猪肉或蟹肉熬制汤底。市场内部的摊位每碗售价25,000–35,000 VND。它分量足、热气腾腾,是地道的早餐选择。

    午餐:跟随摩托车司机的脚步

    Hoi An的午餐主力军——摩的司机、市场摊贩、建筑工人——通常在上午11:00到下午1:00之间用餐,他们去的店通常没有英文菜单。这就是你的价格信号。

    Ly Thuong Kiet街的“Com Tam”

    “Com tam”即碎米饭,虽然源自Saigon,但也传到了北方。在距离古镇入口以西约800米的Ly Thuong Kiet街沿线,有几家碎米饭店,提供配有烤猪肉、煎蛋、腌菜和一小碗汤的米饭,价格仅需35,000–45,000 VND。指着玻璃柜后的托盘点菜,选好肉类,最后结账即可,无需英文。

    “Mi Quang”

    这是Hoi An不常像cao lau那样大肆宣传,但其实更具多样性的菜品。“Mi quang”是姜黄色的宽面,配上猪肉、虾、花生和少许汤汁,是最高效的午餐选择。Nguyen Truong To街附近的摊位每碗售价30,000–40,000 VND。随餐会附上一盘生菜和一块芝麻米饼。如果想吃,可以再要一块,通常是免费的。

    “Bun Bo Hue”:重口味之选

    如果想尝试更接近Hue风味的食物,Cam Pho区附近有一些非游客向的午餐点供应“bun bo Hue”。它辛辣、香茅味浓郁,汤底比普通的pho更有层次感。价格:30,000–40,000 VND。向中央市场附近的当地人打听,他们会为你指路——那种店通常从街上就能看到大锅,角落里堆着装满汤底的塑料袋。

    晚餐:灯笼光影之外的诚实餐厅

    晚餐是游客在Hoi An最容易超支的时候。解决办法很简单:沿着Tran Phu街向西走,避开主要的游客聚集区,或者穿过廊桥,前往An Hoi半岛一侧的Nguyen Thi Minh Khai街。

    当地“Com Binh Dan”的盖饭

    “Com binh dan”是越南式的快餐,原则很简单:看到什么点什么,按菜品计费。在Hoi An非游客区的街道上,一份包含米饭、两道菜(可能是炒空心菜、红烧肉、番茄豆腐)和汤的套餐,价格在35,000–50,000 VND之间。寻找那些摆放着预制菜肴的长玻璃柜,以及动作熟练地盛饭的阿姨们。

    “Banh Xeo”

    这种酥脆的姜黄椰奶煎饼,内馅是虾和豆芽,作为晚餐或下午茶都很棒。市场边缘的小型家庭作坊每份“banh xeo”售价15,000–25,000 VND。你可以用米纸裹着生菜和香草一起吃,蘸上nuoc cham酱汁,直到吃饱为止。预算40,000–50,000 VND就能吃得非常满足。

    再次尝试“Cao Lau”,这次在夜晚

    如果你只在早餐吃过,那么值得在晚上再去市场附近的Nguyen Huu Huong街尝试一下那些晚间摊位。同样的菜品,同样的价格区间,氛围却比古镇任何一家带空调的餐厅都要好。

    准备一些小面额现金(10,000和20,000 VND纸币)会让在市场摊位消费更方便。大多数平价店在早上6:00开门,晚上8:00左右关门——晚上9:00以后还在营业的店,几乎都是游客定价。50,000 VND的预算在早餐和午餐时非常充裕;晚餐则需要稍微挑选一下,但com binh dan店通常不会超过这个价格。
