    Sapa 的物价确实上涨了,这是不争的事实。徒步热潮、缆车的开通以及来自 Hanoi 的周末游客,都推高了市中心餐厅的价格。但平价且地道的美食依然存在,你只需要稍微往远离游客聚集区的地方走走。

    早餐 — 20,000–30,000 VND以下

    市场附近的 Pho 和 banh mi 摊位

    Fansipan 街和 Ham Rong 后巷的早市区域是当地人真正吃早餐的地方。找那些早上6:30就已经坐满人的塑料凳摊位。在这里,一碗牛肉或鸡肉 "pho" 只要20,000–25,000 VND——汤头清澈、配料简单,但热气腾腾且货真价实。别指望能喝到那种层次丰富的 Hanoi 式汤底,Sapa 的 Pho 口味更清淡,且带有一丝炭火的烟熏味。

    这里的 "banh mi" 售价在10,000–15,000 VND之间,早上7点左右就会有流动摊贩出现。馅料通常是肉酱、一点点人造黄油、腌萝卜丝和几片冷切肉。它不是 Hoi An 那种配料丰富的奢华版,但作为一份工作日的早餐,它完全称职。

    如果想在寒冷的早晨(Sapa 的早晨总是很冷)喝点热乎的,可以找那些卖 "banh cuon" 的摊位——这是蒸米卷,里面包着猪肉末和蘑菇,上面撒着炸葱酥。一份只要20,000–25,000 VND,非常管饱。

    Xoi — 适合寒冷早晨的糯米饭

    "Xoi"(糯米饭)摊贩散落在镇广场西侧的居民巷子里。你还没看到锅,就能闻到糯米香。一份加了绿豆泥和炸葱酥的糯米饭只要15,000–20,000 VND。再加一个煎蛋也就25,000 VND——这是一份足以让你在晨间徒步时保持温暖的丰盛早餐。

    午餐 — 30,000–50,000 VND

    Com binh dan — 实惠的日常之选

    "Com binh dan"(家常饭菜)是 Sapa 性价比最高的午餐。在 Ngu Chi Son 街和通往少数民族工艺品市场的几条小路上,有很多这种食堂风格的摊位。你指什么,他们就给你装什么。一盘米饭配上两到三样菜——红烧肉、炒空心菜、蒸蛋,或者当天做的任何菜肴——价格在30,000–40,000 VND左右。有些地方会在基础米饭价格上额外收取每样配菜10,000 VND的费用,所以点餐时看清楚,总价完全可以控制在50,000 VND以内。

    菜品每天都在变,这也是它的魅力所在——如果红烧肉看起来比鱼好,那就选红烧肉。这些厨房是为建筑工人和市场摊贩服务的,而不是为游客准备的,这保证了价格和分量的实在。

    Bun bo — 物有所值的面条

    Ham Rong 街路口附近有几家店在午餐时供应 "bun bo"(牛肉米粉)。这比你在 Hue (顺化) 吃到的版本要粗犷一些——没有柠檬草油,香料也不那么复杂——但汤底牛肉味浓郁,分量十足。一碗只要35,000–45,000 VND,还会配上一把新鲜香草和辣椒,是城里性价比最高的午餐之一。

    晚餐 — 40,000–50,000 VND

    晚餐是 Sapa 游客定价最狠的时候,尤其是那些有山谷景观或挂着英文招牌的餐厅。解决方法很简单:早点吃(下午5:30–6:30,避开游客高峰),并去那些菜单只用越南语手写的店。

    Thang co — 如果你想尝试当地特色

    "Thang co" 是 Sapa 在越南游客中最出名的一道菜——用马肉或水牛肉及内脏,在巨大的公共锅里慢炖数小时而成。这道菜评价两极分化。它的味道浓郁、独特,并加入了大量的豆蔻、八角和干辣椒调味。你可以在 Bac Ha 的周六集市(距离 Sapa 40公里,集市日值得一去)找到它,偶尔在周末也能在 Sapa 日常市场附近的小摊位看到。一碗价格在40,000–50,000 VND。如果摊主有卖玉米饼,配着吃味道更好。

    烤玉米和烤串 — 随意的晚餐

    如果你午餐吃得太饱,镇广场附近的夜市摊位有卖烤玉米(10,000 VND)、红薯(8,000 VND)以及猪肉串或鸡心串(每串5,000–8,000 VND)。点三四串烤肉再加一个玉米,总价在40,000–45,000 VND左右,作为轻便的晚餐非常合适,还能顺便看镇上挤满了互相比较泥点子的徒步游客。

    关于饮品

    在当地小店,热的 "ca phe sua da"(越南冰咖啡)售价为20,000–25,000 VND。除非你觉得景观确实值那个价,否则不要在景观咖啡馆花55,000 VND去买。用当地植物制作的草本茶——在市场上每杯售价5,000–10,000 VND——在寒冷的夜晚非常值得一试。

    实用贴士

    以上价格为2024年标准,前提是你用越南语点餐,或者直接指着其他食客点的菜。周末需求激增时,50,000 VND的预算会比较紧张。请随身携带小额钞票——10,000和20,000 VND的纸币——因为街头摊位很少有零钱找给你200,000 VND的大钞。
