    Vung Tau 很容易被误认为只是 Saigon 居民周末去的沙滩小镇,但这里的美食场景其实非常出色,而且价格亲民。只要找对街道,你每天吃三顿饱饭的总花费甚至不到150,000越南盾。

    20,000越南盾以内的早餐

    Truong Cong Dinh街上的Banh Mi和Banh Cuon摊位

    Truong Cong Dinh街介于市场和环岛之间的一段路,每天早上6点左右就开始热闹起来。推车小贩售卖的“banh mi”里塞满了肉酱、冷切肉和腌萝卜,价格在15,000至18,000越南盾之间。如果你想加一个煎蛋,可以点banh trung,价格依然不到25,000越南盾。

    如果想吃点清淡的,可以在同一区域寻找“banh cuon”摊位。一份配有猪肉末和干虾的蒸米卷,淋上鱼露并点缀几片香草,价格为20,000至25,000越南盾。这可是一顿正经的早餐,而不仅仅是小吃。

    Cho Vung Tau(Vung Tau市场)的Pho

    Nam Ky Khoi Nghia街中央市场的底层有几家“pho”摊位,早上7点前就开始营业。一碗配有牛腩或牛筋的河粉价格为30,000至35,000越南盾。这里的汤底偏向南部口味——略带甜味,八角味浓郁——而且店家会放上大量的香草。建议坐在市场内的塑料凳上吃,不要打包;碗里的卖相更好,汤底也更热。

    午餐:30,000–45,000越南盾

    Hoang Hoa Tham街的Com Tam

    “Com tam”——碎米饭——是Vung Tau人的午餐首选。靠近后滩(back beach)的Hoang Hoa Tham街路段有三四家com tam店,它们在价格和份量上竞争激烈。标准套餐(碎米饭、烤猪排、猪皮丝、蒸蛋、鱼露)售价为40,000至45,000越南盾。这个价格还包含一小碗汤和无限量供应的腌菜。避开前滩(front beach)附近那些有塑封菜单的游客餐厅;Hoang Hoa Tham街的这些店才是外卖骑手和建筑工人常去的地方。

    汽车站附近的Bun Bo Hue

    在Nguyen Huu Canh街的Vung Tau汽车站附近,有几家面馆从上午11点左右开始供应“bun bo Hue”——这种带有香茅风味的顺化风格辣味米粉。一碗配有猪蹄和猪血块的米粉价格为35,000至40,000越南盾。虽然比海滨餐厅难找一点,但汤底是每天早上新鲜熬制的,通常下午早些时候就会卖光。

    鱼市场旁的Goi Cuon

    在Ha Long街的渔码头附近(不要与Ha Long Bay混淆——Vung Tau有自己的一条沿海Ha Long路),小贩们按个或按份售卖“goi cuon”——新鲜春卷。四卷配有虾、猪肉、米粉和大量薄荷叶的春卷,配上一小杯海鲜酱花生蘸料,价格约为20,000至25,000越南盾。考虑到离渔船很近,食材非常新鲜,吃起来清爽又饱腹。

    晚餐:40,000–50,000越南盾

    夜市摊位的Banh Xeo

    下午5点后,Vung Tau湿货市场周围区域会摆满售卖“banh xeo”的小摊——这种酥脆的姜黄色煎饼里塞满了虾、五花肉和豆芽。一个全尺寸的煎饼售价为40,000至50,000越南盾,吃的时候要将其撕开,用米纸包裹生菜和香草,再蘸上鱼露食用。通常吃一个就足够当一顿饭了。这些摊位都是当天摆设当天收,所以请在下午5:30到晚上7点之间前往。

    Le Loi街的Hu Tieu面馆

    如果想坐下来好好吃顿晚餐,Le Loi街沿线的“hu tieu”面馆是天黑后性价比最高的选择。Hu Tieu是南方的一种面食——比Pho口感更清淡,以猪骨汤为底,通常配有猪肉末、虾、鹌鹑蛋和炸葱花。一大碗售价为40,000至45,000越南盾。大多数店营业到晚上10点,当海滩酒吧显得价格虚高时,这里是一个可靠的深夜用餐选择。

    街头推车的Cha Gio

    如果你只是想在晚上沿着前滩散步时吃点东西,售卖“cha gio”——炸春卷——的流动推车是绝佳选择。五块春卷售价15,000至20,000越南盾。它们是现点现炸的,用纸包着,并配有一个塑料杯装的蘸料。虽然算不上一顿正餐,但搭配任何塑料凳啤酒摊上的廉价“bia hoi”(生啤),作为晚间的消遣非常合适。

    饮品推荐

    这里的咖啡文化很浓厚。在任何当地咖啡馆或推车买一杯“ca phe sua da”——冰炼乳咖啡——价格为15,000至20,000越南盾。避开海滨那些面向游客的咖啡馆;同样的饮品在那里价格会涨到45,000至55,000越南盾。

    实用贴士

    这些地方大多只收现金,且没有英文菜单——用手指点餐或打手势即可。文中所述价格为2024年中期标准份量;游客区的附加费可能会使同样的菜品贵出20,000至30,000越南盾,因此街道和市场永远是性价比最高的选择。市场里的早餐摊位和晚上的Banh Xeo摊位可能会随季节变动,如果某个摊位不在了,旁边摊位的品质通常也一样好。
