    尽量避开9月和10月。那是三角洲腹地的雨季高峰期,虽然市场仍在营业,但倾盆大雨会让清晨的乘船之旅变得十分扫兴。河水也会变得更加浑浊湍急。

    无论哪个月份,请务必在早上6点前到达。到了7:30,最繁忙的交易就已经结束,船只也开始逐渐散去。

    如何前往

    从最近的主要交通枢纽Can Tho出发,Ca Mau位于其西南方向约180 km处,乘坐巴士大约需要3.5到4小时。Phuong Trang (Futa) 巴士公司在Can Tho汽车站有频繁的发车班次;单程票价约为120,000–150,000 VND。

    从Saigon出发路途更遥远:经南部高速公路和1A国道,再转63号公路,全程约350 km。从Saigon到Ca Mau的直达巴士需要7–8小时,票价约为200,000–280,000 VND,具体取决于客运公司。乘飞机并不现实——Ca Mau机场的国内航线有限,且航班时刻表经常变动。

    抵达Ca Mau市后,前往水上市场需要租船。大多数客栈都可以代为安排。租一艘小型摩托艇游览1–2小时,总费用约为200,000–350,000 VND,具体取决于你的砍价能力以及船东是否觉得你赶时间。Ganh Hao河畔的码头是常规的出发点。

    游玩体验

    近距离观看批发交易

    这是最核心的体验。船只并排停靠,称重、转移货物、讨价还价——一切都在水上进行。每艘船都会在一根长竹竿(被称为“cay beo”)上悬挂他们售卖的商品,以便买家从远处就能看清。虾干、椰子、香蕉和河鱼是这里的主要商品。

    直接在船上购买水果

    你的船夫可以把船停靠在水果摊贩旁边。芒果、红毛丹和火龙果很常见且便宜——一公斤红毛丹可能只需15,000–25,000 VND。早上6点,在熙熙攘攘的市场中坐在河面上吃着新鲜水果,绝对是一件微小却美好的事情。

    在水上享用早餐

    有几艘船会卖“hu tieu”——这是一种南部风味的米粉汤,也是湄公河三角洲的主食。他们在船上烹饪,从架在煤气炉上的锅里舀出热汤。一碗大约20,000–30,000 VND。这种以猪肉为底料的简单汤粉,正是你在这个清晨时分最想吃的东西。

    继续前往红树林

    既然你已经在水上了,许多船家都会提供延伸至Ca Mau红树林系统(U Minh Ha或Dat Mui附近的沿海红树林)的行程。这是一个单独的半日游,但将早上的水上市场和下午的红树林结合起来,就能度过非常充实的一天。

    逛逛岸上的河畔早市

    回到岸上,Ganh Hao码头附近的街道上有一个常规的菜市场,在早上6点到8点之间最为热闹。鱼干、虾酱和发酵的“mam”制品都是Ca Mau的特产。即使不买,也值得去逛一逛。

    Ca Mau的招牌菜是用螃蟹制作的“banh canh”(越南粗面汤)——特别是该省闻名的当地泥蟹。Banh Canh Cua摊位聚集在城市市场区域周围;一大碗的价格为35,000–50,000 VND。汤汁浓稠,因蟹膏而呈现出诱人的橙色,口感极其醇厚。

    此外,还可以找找“bun nuoc leo”——这是一种以鱼为底料的汤粉,使用发酵鱼汤,配以烤猪肉和新鲜香草。这是一道受高棉文化影响的菜肴,在三角洲腹地很常见。Ly Bon街沿线的摊位提供地道的口味,价格在30,000 VND左右。

    住宿推荐

    Ca Mau市有几家不错的酒店,但都不算豪华。市场附近的经济型客栈每晚价格为200,000–350,000 VND。像Anh Nguyet或Quoc Te这样的中档酒店干净且配有空调,价格为400,000–700,000 VND。镇上没有国际品牌的酒店。

    如果可以的话,尽量预订靠近河边的房间——这会让黎明前的乘船出发变得轻松得多。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 带上现金。 河边几乎没有自动取款机,水上市场的小贩也不接受刷卡。
    • 戴上帽子并涂抹防晒霜。 即使在早上6点,三角洲的阳光在水面上的反射也非常强烈。
    • 上船前谈好船价。 确认好游览时间和路线,而不仅仅是价格。“两小时,去水上市场然后返回”比“跑一趟”要清晰得多。
    • 驱蚊剂很重要,特别是如果你要深入红树林的话。Ca Mau的蚊虫非常凶猛。
    • 学几句当地话。 “Bao nhieu”(多少钱)和“Giam gia”(打折)在市场上会非常管用。

    需避免的常见错误

    早上8点之后才到达是最大的错误——你会看到一条安静的河流,并纳闷大家到底在兴奋些什么。另一个错误是:预订从Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 出发的行程,试图把Ca Mau当作一日游。距离太远了。你至少需要在镇上住一晚,如果还想去Dat Mui,最好住两晚。

    也不要错过岸上的市场。有些游客在水上呆了一个小时就离开了。河畔街道上的烟火气同样是体验的重要一半。

    实用须知

    将Cho Noi Ca Mau作为更广泛的湄公河三角洲环线的一部分是最佳选择——乘飞机或巴士前往Can Tho,然后用三到四天的时间向南穿过Soc Trang、Bac Lieu,最后到达Ca Mau。水上市场是一个极佳的早晨停靠点,但Ca Mau省的整体魅力——红树林、海角、海鲜——绝对值得游客花上比几个小时更多的时间去慢慢探索。
