    Con My Phuoc 究竟是什么样的地方

    Con My Phuoc 是位于 Hau River(湄公河三角洲的两大支流之一)上的一座狭长冲积小岛。在边界调整期间,这座城市吸收了原 Soc Trang 省的部分地区,因此在行政区划上,它现在隶属于 Can Tho。这座岛屿很小——长约 5 km,最宽处仅 1 km——岛上居住着几百户人家,他们以种植水果、养鱼和加工可可为生。

    游客为何慕名而来

    大多数游览 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 的人都会直奔 Cai Rang 水上市场,这很合理——毕竟那是湄公河三角洲最棒的体验之一。但如果你已经逛完了水上市场,想要体验更慢节奏的行程,Con My Phuoc 恰好能填补这个空白。

    最佳游览时间

    最佳时机是12月至次年4月,这是湄公河三角洲的旱季。此时水位适中,岛上的小路不泥泞,而且水果丰收——龙眼、红毛丹和山竹都在这段时间达到盛产期。

    尽量避开9月和10月。在季风最强烈的月份,Hau River 的河水会上涨,虽然岛上通常不会发生危险的洪水,但道路会变得湿滑,乘船渡河也会比平时更加颠簸。工作日总是比周末好,不过即使是周末,与 Saigon 附近的任何地方相比,这里依然十分宁静。

    如何从 Can Tho 前往

    Con My Phuoc 位于 Can Tho 市中心东南约 15 km 处。实用的路线如下:

    2. 乘坐当地游船。 小型木船在河岸和岛屿之间穿梭。乘坐当地人的船,预计每人需支付 10,000-20,000 VND。如果你通过客栈或当地导游安排包船,包含等待时间的往返费用大约为 150,000-250,000 VND。

    另外,一些 Can Tho 的旅行社将 Con My Phuoc 纳入了湄公河半日游的乘船行程中,该行程也会途经 Cai Rang 水上市场。这些套餐通常每人收费 300,000-500,000 VND,包含船费、导游以及在岛上品尝水果的费用。

    漫步果园小径

    岛上纵横交错着狭窄的水泥路和土路,蜿蜒穿梭于果园之间。你不需要导游——只需选个方向走就行。大多数果园混合种植着龙眼、芒果、菠萝蜜和人心果。农夫经常直接售卖水果:根据季节不同,一公斤红毛丹的价格在 15,000-25,000 VND 之间。

    参观可可农场

    Con My Phuoc 已经成为 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 不断发展的精酿可可产业中的一个小节点。有几个家庭农场种植可可树,在现场发酵可可豆,并将干燥后的可可豆卖给 Saigon 及国外的巧克力制造商。这里没有正式的参观流程——你只需敲敲门,打个招呼,如果他们不忙,就会有人带你参观晾晒架和发酵箱。出于礼貌,可以带一份小礼物,或者买一袋可可豆(每公斤约 100,000 VND)。

    在河畔的“vuon”花园品尝水果

    几个家庭经营着非正式的果园花园,你可以坐在果树下的桌旁,喝着茶,品尝刚成熟的水果。这些地方不是餐厅——它们只是摆了几张桌子的私人庭院。一盘混合时令水果加一壶茶大约需要 50,000-80,000 VND。这属于那种听起来平平无奇,但当你无所事事地坐在河边时,却能感到由衷惬意的体验。

    骑行环岛

    如果你能借到或租到一辆自行车(大陆上的一些客栈可以帮忙安排),以轻松的节奏环岛骑行一圈大约需要一个小时。小路很平坦,而且大部分都有树荫遮挡。你会路过鱼塘、几座小寺庙,在某些路段,你唯一能听到的声音就是河水拍打岸边的水声。

    在西岸欣赏日落

    岛的西端逆流而上,正对着 Can Tho 的城市天际线。傍晚时分,Hau River 上的光线变成金黄色,驶过的货驳船构成了一幅让你忍不住驻足静赏的画面。没有门票,没有人群——只有一片宁静的河岸。

    附近美食推荐

    除了水果,岛上本身可供选择的食物有限,因此建议在游览前后于 Can Tho 市区用餐。

    想要品尝地道的湄公河三角洲美食,可以去寻找“hu tieu”——这是一种南部汤面,配有猪肉、虾和清汤,口味比“pho”清淡,但同样令人满足。Ninh Kieu 码头附近的摊位每碗售价 35,000-50,000 VND。Can Tho 也是品尝“banh xeo”(一种塞满虾和豆芽的香脆米粉煎饼)的绝佳之地。Hai Ba Trung 街沿线是个不错的去处,那里有几家当地餐馆供应刚出锅、滋滋作响的煎饼,每个售价 25,000-40,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    岛上本身没有住宿。建议住在 Can Tho 市区:

    • 中档型: 沿河的精品酒店收费为 600,000-1,200,000 VND。部分酒店配有游泳池和江景房。
    • 奢华型: Can Tho 郊区的几家度假村提供面向湄公河的别墅,每晚约 2,000,000 VND 起。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带现金。 岛上没有自动取款机,也没有人接受刷卡。请随身携带小额纸币——10,000 和 20,000 VND 的纸币在买水果、乘船和给小费时最实用。
    • 穿不怕脏的鞋子。 旱季时小路路况不错,但依然是泥土路。穿人字拖可以,白球鞋绝对不行。
    • 早上前往。 中午之前是游览岛屿的最佳时间,此时天气较凉爽,农夫们也都在劳作。在旱季,到了下午 2 点,酷热会让人失去所有活力。
    • 学习两句常用语: 在这里,“Xin chao”(你好)和“Cam on”(谢谢)比在游客密集的地区更管用。当地人会注意到你的善意。

    避免常见误区

    • 期待精致的旅游体验。 这里不是主题公园。如果你需要指示牌、英文菜单和导游活动,Con My Phuoc 会让你失望。如果你喜欢随性漫步和即兴发挥,那这里非常适合你。
    • 只去水上市场。 许多游客把 Can Tho 当作只住一晚、只玩一个项目的落脚点。其实这座城市及其周边的小岛绝对值得你多停留一天。
    • 因为有树荫就不涂防晒霜。 果园的树冠确实能遮阳,但在乘船和开阔地带,靠近赤道的阳光会比你想象中更快地晒伤皮肤。

    实用信息

    Con My Phuoc 最适合作为两晚或以上 Can Tho 行程的半日游补充。你可以把它和清晨的 Cai Rang 水上市场之旅结合起来——早上 5:30 乘船出发,8 点前返回,然后在上午中旬前往小岛。如果你要在湄公河三角洲停留更长时间,这座城市也是向南前往 Soc Trang 或向西前往 Ha Tien 进行一日游的绝佳大本营。
