    Pho 和 Bun Bo — 是的,这里也有

    Banh Mi 摊位与堂食店

    Da Lat 的“banh mi”文化值得单独一提。这座城市有几家名气超出普通街头摊位的小店——类似 Banh Mi Phuong 的连锁店已经入驻——但真正的晨间首选还是流动摊位。在早上6点到8点之间,小贩们推着装满法棍面包的推车,里面塞满了肉酱、腌萝卜、罐装黄油,有时还会直接在面包上打入一个煎蛋。价格:15,000至25,000 VND。面包是当地制作的,通常比沿海地区的版本口感更扎实,这在寒冷天气里非常合适。

    Da Lat 咖啡 — 不可或缺

    这座城市位于中部高地咖啡种植区的中心地带,这种地理优势体现在了咖啡的品质和价格上。这里的越南咖啡(越南咖啡)既便宜又好喝。大多数早餐店会自动提供咖啡——浓郁的“ca phe sua da”(冰牛奶咖啡)或热的 ca phe den(黑咖啡)。但 Da Lat 也有自己的咖啡馆文化,它们为当地市场人群而非游客提早开门。Phan Dinh Phung 街上一些没有招牌的小店,一杯咖啡仅售12,000至18,000 VND。如果你想喝游客版本的“鸡蛋咖啡”,Truong Cong Dinh 上的店通常在早上8点前不开门——那更多是属于上午晚些时候的享受。

    到底该从哪里开始

    如果你想找一个区域作为6点早餐漫步的起点,Da Lat 中央市场(Cho Da Lat)及其向南延伸至 Hoa Binh 广场的街道区域,涵盖了上述大部分内容,且都在几百米的范围内。市场本身的上层有一个湿货美食广场,从清晨就开始营业——虽然环境不算精致,但食物地道且价格公道。在楼下和室外,摊贩们沿着 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 排开。

    如果是专门寻找糯米饭,Phan Dinh Phung 是当地人推荐的首选街道。如果是喝汤,Truong Cong Dinh 和 Ba Thang Hai 的小巷更可靠。

    实用贴士

    这里描述的大多数地方只收现金且售罄得早——对于其中几家摊贩来说,8点去已经算晚了。请准备好小面额纸币(10,000和20,000 VND),并注意保暖;在这个时间点,一件轻便的外套是必不可少的。如果你住在 Ho Xuan Huong 湖附近,步行向北约1公里即可到达中央市场区域。
