    Hoa Binh广场与夜市区域

    这是最显而易见的起点,没错,晚上6点以后这里游客云集——但早晨的景象却截然不同。上午9点之前,广场和Nguyen Thi Minh Khai街的巷子里,全是当地人在此享用早餐。

    寻找Nguyen Thi Minh Khai街上的 Quan Banh Uot Long Ga:这是一家狭窄的店面,供应“banh uot”(蒸米皮),上面铺着鸡丝、炸葱酥,并淋上清爽的姜味鱼露。一份大约25,000 VND。这家店以这种形式经营了大约三十年。

    到了晚上,市场摊位开始向游客兜售烤玉米和草莓可丽饼。虽然值得走一趟,但建议你吃饱了再去。

    步行范围: 从广场到室内市场入口约200米。早晨预留90分钟即可。

    最佳时间: 上午6:30–9点是真正的早餐高峰;除非你喜欢凑热闹,否则请避开晚上7–9点。

    Phan Dinh Phung街与医院区

    Phan Dinh Phung街位于中心市场东北约800米处,是Da Lat被低估的美食街之一。即便不是为了觅食,这里的松树和法式别墅也让漫步变得非常惬意。

    Banh Mi Xiu Mai 37 (37 Phan Dinh Phung) 值得专程前往:厚实的猪肉丸浸在微甜的番茄汤底中,配上一份切开的“banh mi”蘸着吃。早餐或午餐均可,约30,000 VND。店主自90年代中期就在此经营,配方始终如一。

    再往前走一个街区,老医院大门外通常在上午11点前会停着一辆无名小推车,售卖“banh can”——这是一种在铁模具中烹制的米粉小饼,上面铺有鹌鹑蛋和葱花,配上猪肉菠萝蘸酱。这是Da Lat的特色美食,你在Hanoi或Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 是吃不到这种风味的。六个只需15,000 VND。

    步行范围: 从Phan Dinh Phung街到Tran Phu街(道路下坡弯曲处)是一段舒适的600米路程。

    最佳时间: 上午7–11点。这里的大多数摊位中午就会收摊。

    Truong Cong Dinh街——当地人的夜宵街

    如果你想知道Da Lat居民在不花冤枉钱的情况下在哪里吃晚餐,这条街就是答案。Truong Cong Dinh街与主市场区平行,但距离夜市圈足够远,保留了其独特的社区氛围。

    63号的 Quan Pho Thanh 是一家朴实无华的“pho”店,仅在晚上(约5点)营业,通常在8:30之前就会卖光。这里的汤底比典型的南部风格pho熬制时间更长,甜味较淡,带有一种独特的烟熏味,这很可能源于骨头的炙烤工艺。根据配料不同,每碗价格在40,000–55,000 VND之间。

    继续往下走,寻找从下午5:30左右开始在人行道上摆出的“lau”(火锅)摊位。这些摊位提供塑料凳和矮桌,每人80,000–100,000 VND即可享用一份个人份的蘑菇猪排火锅。Da Lat的蘑菇品种——包括当地的“nam tram”(类似于平菇,口感稍硬)——非常值得一试。

    至于甜点,Truong Cong Dinh街侧巷里的 Che Thai Thanh 提供至少十几种“che”(越南甜汤)。红豆椰奶“che dau do”售价15,000 VND,是晚上8点后山间空气转凉时的首选。

    步行范围: Truong Cong Dinh街的美食路段全长约400米。

    最佳时间: 下午5点–晚上8:30。这条街比夜市区域安静得更早。

    Xuan Huong湖周边——晨间小吃与咖啡

    环绕Xuan Huong湖的5公里道路是早晨跑步和骑行的路线,但在靠近Xuan Huong花圃的西岸,也散布着一些不错的小摊位。

    流动推车售卖“banh trang nuong”——在烤米纸上涂抹鸡蛋、虾米和葱花,有时被民宿称为“越南披萨”,但味道完全不同。售价10,000–15,000 VND。这只是零食而非正餐,但搭配附近外带咖啡店的ca phe sua da(연유커피 / 越南冰咖啡 / ベトナムアイスコーヒー)非常完美。

    Da Lat的咖啡文化值得深入体验:这座城市位于阿拉比卡和罗布斯塔咖啡豆的主要产区内。湖边附近的几家小型烘焙店出售现磨咖啡和咖啡豆,价格比夜市附近的店更公道。

    最佳时间: 上午7–10点,此时环湖路线非常活跃,摊位也刚刚摆好。

    实用贴士

    在Da Lat,分两到三次进食比寻找一顿大餐效果更好——这座城市以零食为主的饮食文化非常适合“边走边吃”。请准备好小额钞票(5,000和10,000 VND面额),因为推车摊贩通常没有零钱找补200,000 VND的大钞。中心市场区域天黑后会变得非常冷——带上一件轻便的外套会让你的夜间觅食之旅更加舒适。
