Da Lat 夜市位于市中心的 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 街,一直延伸到主广场靠近 Xuan Huong Lake 的一侧。夜市通常在下午 5:30 左右开市,大部分时间会持续到晚上 11 点。摊位排列紧密,大多有遮挡,周末时会非常拥挤。工作日的晚上 7 点之后是最佳逛街时间——既有热闹的氛围,又不至于因为拥挤而无法好好享用美食。
这是开启夜市之旅的首选。“Sua dau nanh”——新鲜热豆浆——在整个夜市的小推车和固定摊位都有售,装在纸杯里,价格约为 10,000–15,000 VND。Da Lat 的豆浆通常比你在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 喝到的口感更浓郁,甜度也更低。有些摊位会加一点点盐,让口感更圆润。寻找那些用保温材料包裹着大铝锅的摊位——通常位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 街一侧的入口附近。边走边喝,暖意十足。
“Banh trang nuong”——烤米纸——是 Da Lat 最具代表性的街头小吃,夜市里有十几个摊位在做。底料是一张直接放在炭火上烤的薄米纸,刷上鸡蛋、葱花、虾皮和少许辣椒酱,烤脆后对折。做得好的烤米纸边缘酥脆,中心微韧。价格为 15,000–25,000 VND,取决于配料。有些摊主会加肉酱和鹌鹑蛋,有些则保持简约。简约版通常更好吃。
注意事项:提前烤好堆叠在一起的摊位味道较差。精髓在于现点现烤,鸡蛋刚刚凝固时口感最佳。如果摊位前没有人在现烤,那就换一家吧。

“Bap nuong”摊位遍布夜市,闻着香味就能找到。Da Lat 的玉米与沿海低地的品种明显不同——个头较小,颗粒紧实,不含淀粉感,自带清甜。玉米在炭火上烤制,刷上一层黄油、葱油,有时还会刷一点炼乳。一根玉米售价 15,000–20,000 VND。一定要试一次炼乳口味——听起来很奇怪,但味道非常搭。
同样的摊位通常还卖“khoai lang nuong”(烤红薯)和当季的糖炒栗子。这两样也非常值得和玉米一起品尝。
“Xiu mai”是浸泡在清淡番茄汤汁中的小型猪肉丸,搭配一份烤过的“banh mi”面包蘸着吃。这是 Da Lat 的特色美食,虽然名气不如 Banh Trang Nuong,但味道绝对不输。一份肉丸配面包的价格是 25,000–35,000 VND。汤汁温和、微甜,口感非常舒服——在寒冷天气里逛了两个小时后,来上一碗简直是绝配。夜市中心附近有几家固定摊位做得很好;尽量选择使用陶瓷碗而非一次性容器的摊位。
夜市后区有一排炭火烧烤摊,供应各种肉串——猪肉、鸡肉、蘑菇,以及被称为“dac san Da Lat”(Da Lat 特产)的烤串,根据摊位和季节的不同,有时会有烤鹿肉或野猪肉。每串价格在 10,000–30,000 VND 之间。蘑菇串——通常使用当地种植的杏鲍菇或香菇——味道始终如一,比猪肉串更有特色。搭配随餐附送的盐、辣椒和青柠蘸料一起食用。

逛一圈夜市——喝杯豆浆,吃一份烤米纸、一个玉米、一碗 Xiu Mai、一两串烤肉,再来杯茶——每人大约花费 100,000–130,000 VND(约合 4–5 美元)。记得带零钱,大多数摊位找不开 500,000 VND 的大钞。
从 Da Lat 大多数市中心的住处步行到夜市不到 10 分钟。穿得比你想象中更暖和一些——日落后气温下降很快,站着吃东西和走路时的体感完全不同。周末会有旅游团,部分摊位的价格会悄悄上涨 20–30%;食物本身没有变化,但如果你打算多逛几个晚上,工作日去会更便宜。
