    Vung Tau 位于 Saigon 东南方125公里处——距离近到足以让你在周五傍晚说走就走,又远到足以让你真正感受到度假的氛围。大多数人是为了海滩而来,但你应该为了美食而行。

    交通方式

    从Bach Dang码头(Saigon第1区)出发的高速渡轮航程约80分钟,单程票价约250,000–300,000 VND。渡轮每天从早上7:00到下午16:00有多个班次。这是最明智的选择——没有交通拥堵,无需前往汽车站,且直接抵达位于前滩(Front Beach)的Vung Tau港口。记得在上层甲板找个座位。

    如果你是结伴出行且携带行李,从Mien Dong车站出发的巴士也是不错的选择,票价约100,000 VND,但请预留至少两小时的车程。

    第一天 — Banh Khot与海鲜市场

    上午:不可错过的早餐

    “Banh khot”——一种内馅为虾仁、顶部撒有椰浆和绿豆的小巧酥脆米粉杯——是Vung Tau的招牌美食,名副其实。这里的版本与你在Saigon吃到的不同:面糊更薄,虾仁更鲜,且底部因铸铁锅煎制而带有恰到好处的焦香。

    Nguyen Truong To街(第2区环岛附近)的一排Banh khot摊位是当地人的首选。寻找那些早上7:30锅里就已经冒着热气的摊位。一份包含新鲜香草、米纸和鱼露蘸料的套餐价格在50,000–70,000 VND之间。建议直接点两份。

    在这一带,别忘了在路边摊买一杯“ca phe sua da”。Vung Tau有着浓厚的咖啡文化——这座城市曾是法国度假小镇,这种喝咖啡的习惯一直保留至今。

    下午:后滩(Back Beach)海鲜街

    后滩(Bai Sau)是海鲜餐厅的聚集地。沿着Thuy Van街大约2公里到5公里的路段走,你会发现几十家露天餐厅,店前摆放着装满活蟹、螳螂虾、蛤蜊和海螺的水箱。价格各异——下单前务必确认清楚。

    午餐可以吃得简单些:清蒸“goi cuon”(鲜虾卷)、香茅辣椒炒蛤蜊(ngheu xao sa ot)以及一盘烤鱿鱼(muc nuong)。两人用餐花费约300,000–450,000 VND(不含酒水)。

    如果你想找一家具体的店:位于Tran Phu街(前滩一侧)的Ganh Hao多年来一直深受当地人和游客欢迎。除了水箱里现捞的海鲜,这里的鱼饼(cha ca)和虾仁蒸米卷也非常值得一试。

    傍晚:Nem Nuong与街头小吃

    日落时分,Quang Trung街沿线和Ba Ria市场周边的街头小吃摊便热闹起来。“Nem chua”——用香蕉叶包裹的发酵猪肉卷——是Vung Tau的特色小吃,在南部其他地方很难见到如此地道的版本。从摊贩那里买一包(6个约30,000–40,000 VND),配上提供的大蒜和辣椒一起食用。

    晚餐可以尝试“banh canh”——一种类似乌冬面的粗米粉,配上浓郁的蟹肉或猪肉汤底。当地人更偏爱整只蟹钳的版本(banh canh cua)。Le Loi街市场附近的摊位通常从17:00左右开始营业。

    第二天 — 早市、咖啡与返程

    清晨:Vung Tau市场

    趁着暑气未升,早起逛逛Vung Tau中心市场(Cho Vung Tau,位于Nam Ky Khoi Nghia街)。生鲜市场区域在早上6:00就已全面运转——干货海鲜、新鲜香草、活贝类,还有推着小车售卖“hu tieu”的商贩。在这里,站在折叠桌旁吃上一碗Hu tieu Nam Vang(金边风味猪肉虾仁汤面),价格约40,000 VND,是开启越南第二天清晨的理想方式。

    上午:再来一杯咖啡,漫步海滩

    上午9:00之前,沿着前滩(Bai Truoc)的小路散步非常惬意——环境安静,部分路段有树荫,还能看到老居民在巨大的基督像基座附近练太极。如果你在Hanoi错过了,可以在Tran Phu街的咖啡亭点一杯“蛋咖啡”,或者选择标准的滴漏咖啡。随后向北往灯塔方向走——缆车站附近有一小排Banh mi摊位,他们自制的肉酱三明治非常地道,仅需25,000 VND。

    离境前:购买海鲜干货

    Vung Tau的海鲜干货和腌制品是实用的伴手礼。鱿鱼干(muc kho)、虾酱(mam ruoc)和咸鱼在市场和Hoang Hoa Tham街都有真空包装出售。价格公道,品质通常比Saigon超市里的更好。

    搭乘下午的渡轮返程——13:00或14:00的班次能让你在晚高峰前抵达Saigon。

    周末请提前预订渡轮票(Greenlines DP和Phu Quoc Express均运营此航线)——周六早上的船票经常售罄。后滩的大多数海鲜餐厅不接受刷卡,请准备现金。Vung Tau城市紧凑且地势平坦,步行或租一辆摩托车(每天100,000–150,000 VND)即可轻松游览全城。
