    游客路线 vs. 本地人去处

    大多数游客会聚集在韩江(Han River)沿岸的步行道,或者 Tran Phu 和 Pham Van Dong 路上的海鲜餐厅。那里的食物尚可,但价格是针对短暂停留的游客制定的——一盘烤虾可能要 150,000–300,000 VND,而在往西四个街区的地方,价格只要一半。

    本地人的夜宵阵地主要集中在两个区域:Cho Con 市场(Da Nang 规模最大的传统市场,位于 Ong Ich Khiem)周边,以及距离江边约 1.5 公里的 Nguyen Tri Phuong 和 Hoang Dieu 街道的居民区。这些地方并不是正规的夜市,没有灯笼,也没有大门,只是在夜幕降临后出现,并在午夜前消失的流动摊位。

    晚上9点后:烧烤一条街

    在 **Le Duan 街(靠近市中心)**以及 Nguyen Chi Thanh 街的分支小巷里,你会发现最密集的“quan nuong”(烧烤摊),专门提供炭火烤串。顺着烟火气找过去准没错。

    寻找那些卖“nem lui”(将猪肉糜裹在香茅草上烤制,搭配米纸和腌菜食用)的摊位——这是越南中部的特色美食,也是最干净、最让人满足的街头小吃之一。十串的价格大约在 30,000–50,000 VND。其他主打菜品还包括“thit nuong”(烤五花肉)和“muc nuong”(刷上辣椒油的炭烤鱿鱼)。从摊位旁的泡沫保温箱里拿一罐冰镇“bia hoi”(街头生啤),仅需 10,000–15,000 VND,这才是夜宵的标配。

    这些摊位通常没有菜单,直接指着烤架上看起来诱人的食物点单即可。大多数老板都能听懂你的手势。

    螺蛳店:真正的深夜社交场

    如果说有一种食物定义了越南的深夜饮食,那一定是“oc”——即用十几种方式烹饪的螺蛳和贝类。Da Nang 在 Bach Dang 街南端有一片不错的“quan oc”聚集区,而 Tran Cao Van 街则更具本地气息。

    推荐尝试“oc huong”(香茅辣椒炒香螺)和“so huyet”(血蛤,快煮后蘸姜丝鱼露食用)。两人点三四道菜分享,花费约 120,000–180,000 VND。吃法很简单:老板会给你一篮牙签和小叉子,你负责挑出肉,蘸上酱汁,慢慢吃,慢慢聊。这需要花点时间,而这正是精髓所在。

    这些店通常很吵,桌椅多是塑料的,地面也可能湿漉漉的,但请务必去体验一下。

    甜品车与 Che 店

    晚上8点到10点,甜品小贩会推着车穿梭在居民区。你要找的是“che”——一种冷热皆宜的甜豆或果冻甜品。Da Nang 的版本通常包括“che bap”(椰奶甜玉米羹)和“che troi nuoc”(姜糖水糯米圆子)。一杯价格在 10,000–20,000 VND。

    如果你想坐下来慢慢吃,Nguyen Huu Tho 街(位于 Hai Chau 区,Cho Con 以南)沿线的“che”店大多营业到晚上11点。他们提供 15–20 种选择,跟着其他顾客点单就不会出错。

    如果你想吃点更凉爽的,常见的“da bao”(带配料的刨冰)摊位通常被称为“banh mi”车(注意:不是卖三明治的)。晚上8点后,在任何有灯光的十字路口附近寻找手摇刨冰机即可。

    Cho Con 市场的夜间延伸

    Cho Con 市场本身在傍晚关闭,但周边街道从晚上6点开始就会变成非正式的美食区。这里最好的摊位卖的是**“banh trang cuon thit heo”**——用薄米纸包裹白切猪肉和新鲜香草,蘸上一种叫“mam nem”的发酵虾酱。它的气味比口感浓烈得多。一份只需 40,000–60,000 VND,绝对能让你吃饱。

    同一区域还有摊位售卖“banh canh”(猪肉或蟹肉汤底的木薯粗面),价格约 35,000 VND,如果你打算多吃几家,这碗面是很好的垫底选择。

    碗里准备好的美味螺蛳,配有叉子,非常适合美食主题和餐厅推广。

    安全与实用贴士

    Da Nang 确实是越南(Vietnam)夜间步行最安全的城市之一。主要风险是常规性的:在街上注意保管手机,不要把包挂在椅背上。海滩附近面向游客的海鲜餐厅常有宰客现象,点整条鱼或龙虾前务必询问价格。而在上述本地摊位,价格通常是公开的或固定的;如果觉得不对劲,在吃之前问一句“bao nhieu”(多少钱)完全没问题。

    大多数本地摊位只收现金。请随身携带小额钞票(10,000 和 20,000 VND 面额)。韩江附近很容易找到 ATM 机。

    如果你也计划前往 Hoi An(向南约 30 公里),请注意那里的夜市关门更早,且更偏向游客导向。Da Nang 的夜宵文化更接地气、更嘈杂、价格也便宜得多——这正是它值得你熬夜去探索的原因。

    实用信息

    大多数摊位从晚上6–7点开始营业,到午夜或凌晨1点左右收摊,螺蛳店通常营业到最晚。从游客聚集的海滩区乘坐 Grab 前往 Cho Con 和 Nguyen Tri Phuong 周边区域,车费约 30,000–50,000 VND。带一件薄外套——Da Nang 的夜晚可能会有凉风,尤其是靠近江边的时候。
