    Hue 以辛辣的饮食闻名——“bun bo hue”、虾酱、胡椒味浓郁的汤底。但这座城市的甜品文化同样底蕴深厚,既有源自宫廷的传统,也有几十年如一日的街头摊位。这条路线涵盖了城中的五个站点,每一处都能带给你不同层次的甜蜜体验。

    第一站 — Che Hen:甜汤的基准

    从Hung Vuong街出发,那里聚集了一系列“che”摊位,营业时间通常从下午2点开始,直到卖完为止(通常在晚上8点左右)。Che是越南甜汤的统称,而Hue(顺化)的版本比你在 Saigon 或 Hanoi 找到的更加精致复杂。寻找“che dau vang”(绿豆沙配椰奶和斑兰果冻)、“che bot loc”(木薯珍珠配香蕉,外裹透明皮)以及“che hat sen”(莲子配姜味糖水)。

    第二站 — Dong Ba市场:Banh糕点与月饼

    Dong Xuan Market 吸引了北方的大多数游客,但Hue的 Dong Ba Market 才是这座城市真正的生活化美食市场。前往靠近河边入口的室内区域,那里的小贩按个出售传统的“banh”。

    第三站 — Tinh Tam湖区:莲子小吃

    距离Dong Ba市场西北约1.5公里处,Tinh Tam湖周边有一些低调的小吃摊,专门售卖以莲子为原料的甜点——考虑到莲花种植几个世纪以来一直是顺化饮食文化的核心,这并不奇怪。寻找纸袋装的烤莲子(约10,000 VND)和“mua hat sen”——即新鲜莲子,生吃时带有一丝清甜,供应期为5月至8月。

    在这一区域,值得一提的是莲花茶,这是一种将绿茶茶叶放入莲花中过夜熏制而成的香茶,与顺化的宫廷历史密切相关。附近几家小茶馆供应此茶,每杯价格为30,000至50,000 VND,通常搭配一盘芝麻米饼或“mut”(果脯)。

    第四站 — Vo Thi Sau街:Che与冰淇淋的结合

    在距离顺化皇城步行10分钟的Vo Thi Sau街上,你可以找到“kem che”——这是一种分层甜品杯,底层是刨冰,中间堆叠两到三种che,淋上椰奶,顶部再加一个斑兰或椰子冰淇淋球。这是一种非正式、简单直接的甜品,通常由推车或小店面售卖,比起那些复杂的甜点,这才是当地人在炎热午后最常吃的选择。

    如果你还没试过,这里是品尝“che bap”(甜玉米甜汤)的好地方——听起来可能很奇怪,但对于初次尝试的人来说,这是最容易接受的口味之一。一份完整的kem che杯售价为20,000至35,000 VND。

    第五站 — Diep Son或类似的现代甜品店:当代风味

    过去几年,顺化发展出了一批小而精的现代甜品店,主要面向年轻的当地人而非游客。像Diep Son(位于Nguyen Cong Tru街)这样的店铺,除了传统甜品外,还提供抹茶“banh”混合甜点、芋泥大福和越南咖啡(Vietnamese coffee)阿芙佳朵。店里装修风格非常适合拍照,价格略高(每份40,000至70,000 VND),空调环境也是步行一下午后的绝佳慰藉。

    这些咖啡馆通常会在Tet期间推出受“banh chung”启发的改良甜点——以糯米和绿豆为基础的创新形态。如果你想看看顺化的饮食文化是如何在传承中被重新解读的,这里非常值得一去。

    实用建议

    建议步行或骑自行车完成这条路线——这五个站点在市中心形成了一个约4-5公里的松散环线。下午晚些时候(从3点开始)是最佳时机:街头摊位已开张,暑气稍减,且避开了午餐高峰。请准备好零钱;大多数摊位无法找零超过100,000 VND的钞票。
