    什么是 Dam Dong Ho?

    Dam Dong Ho 是一个浅水半咸水潟湖,占地约 900 公顷,位于 An Giang 省 Ha Tien 镇的东侧。它由来自柬埔寨边境山丘的淡水溪流补给,并通过一条狭窄的水道与大海相连,坐落在一个过渡地带——部分是河口,部分是湖泊,部分是红树林浅滩。它的名字大致可以翻译为“东湖”,不过称其为湖泊未免低估了这片水域的潮汐特征。

    当地人世世代代都在这个潟湖里捕鱼。黎明时分,水面上依然点缀着捕蟹笼、虾网和木制小船。近年来,该地区吸引了更多的游客——虽然算不上拥挤,但这些游客通常已经去过 Ha Long Bay 和 Phu Quoc,他们渴望寻找更宁静、更原始,且具有鲜明湄公河三角洲 (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 特色的地方。

    为什么旅行者会去这里

    主要有三个原因:

    1. 日落。 潟湖面朝西方,正对 Nui Da Dung 的石灰岩喀斯特地貌以及更远处的柬埔寨群山。当天空变成橙色时,渔桩和小船在背景衬托下的剪影非常上镜——完全不需要滤镜。

    2. 靠近 Ha Tien。 从 Ha Tien 市中心基本可以步行到达潟湖(距离市场约 1.5 km)。你可以将它与镇上半日游结合起来——参观 Mac Cuu 家族陵墓,在海滨吃一碗“hu tieu”,然后在傍晚时分骑车去潟湖。

    3. 鸟类。 在 9 月至次年 3 月期间,候鸟会将红树林边缘作为休息站。白鹭、苍鹭和鸬鹚很常见。虽然这里比不上 Tram Chim,但如果你刚好在附近,观鸟绝对是一个意外之喜。

    最佳游览时间

    最佳时间是 11 月至次年 2 月——这是湄公河三角洲的旱季,早晨比较凉爽,潟湖的水位适中,足以看到泥滩和红树林的根部。这几个月的傍晚光线格外好。

    尽量避开 6 月至 8 月。大雨会让进出的道路变得泥泞,能见度下降,潟湖也会泛滥成一片毫无生气的灰色水面,视觉上缺乏吸引力。不过,雨季时的海鲜可以说是更好的,因为那时虾群非常密集。

    如何前往

    从 Saigon 出发: 最常见的路线是乘坐巴士前往 Ha Tien(约 300 km,经 80 号公路途经 Rach Gia 需 7-8 小时)。Phuong Trang 和 Kumho Samco 每天都有从西部客运站(Ben Xe Mien Tay)发出的班车。票价为 180,000-220,000 VND。

    从 Can Tho 出发: 距离约 180 km。乘坐开往 Rach Gia 的巴士,然后转车前往 Ha Tien——或者租一辆摩托车,沿着海岸公路花上一天时间慢慢骑行。

    从 Ha Tien 镇出发: Dam Dong Ho 紧邻镇中心东侧。在 Tran Hau 街过桥,朝 Dong Ho 坊方向走。骑摩托车只需 5 分钟;从主市场步行需 20 分钟。

    从 Phu Quoc (푸꾸옥 / 富国岛 / フーコック) 出发: 从 Phu Quoc 到 Ha Tien 的快艇大约需要 60-90 分钟(Superdong 或 Ngoc Thanh 航线,单程约 230,000 VND)。下船后,潟湖可以作为轻松的第一站。

    游玩项目

    观看捕鱼

    在这里最令人满足的活动是静静地观察。傍晚时分,在东岸公路上找个地方,观看小规模的捕鱼作业——检查捕蟹笼的簸箕船、徒手撒网的男人,以及在岸边整理早晨渔获的女人。没有人会来打扰你。

    租船游览

    Dong Ho 桥附近的当地船夫提供潟湖短途游,每艘船 100,000-200,000 VND(不是按人头算——上船前先讲好价)。45 分钟的环线会带你经过红树林水道、渔桩,通常还会停靠在一个可以看到淡水泉从潟湖底部冒出的地方。

    环湖骑行

    环绕潟湖南部和东部边缘的公路平坦、安静,全长约 8 km。可以从 Ha Tien 的任何一家宾馆租一辆自行车(30,000-50,000 VND/天),在炎热到来之前的清晨骑行。

    结合 Ha Tien 景点

    Dam Dong Ho 很适合与 Ha Tien 镇的半日游结合。Thach Dong 洞穴寺庙(向北 4 km)、Nui Lang 山上的 Mac Cuu 家族陵墓,以及沿河的 Ha Tien 夜市都近在咫尺。

    餐饮推荐

    潟湖本身没有餐饮街。最好的选择是回到 Ha Tien:

    • 沿河长廊的 Hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ) 摊位——Ha Tien 风格的“hu tieu”使用清澈的猪肉鲜虾高汤,比 Saigon 的版本更清淡。每碗大约 35,000-45,000 VND。
    • Mac Thien Tich 街的海鲜餐厅——点一份刚从潟湖里捞上来的螃蟹 (cua)。一盘罗望子酱蒸蟹的价格约为 150,000-250,000 VND,具体取决于大小。
    • 市场附近的 Banh canh (반깐 / 粗米粉汤 / バインカイン) 摊位——蟹汤里煮着粗木薯面条。浓郁、管饱,40,000 VND。

    如果你在游览前后还会探索 Can Tho,那里的餐饮选择要丰富得多——从“com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム)”小店到高档的湄公河融合菜餐厅应有尽有。

    住宿推荐

    Ha Tien 有不错的经济型和中档住宿。Dam Dong Ho 本身没有酒店。

    • River Hotel Ha Tien——干净的面河客房,400,000-600,000 VND/晚。位置很好,靠近渡轮码头。
    • Phuong Thanh 街的宾馆——带风扇的基础客房 200,000 VND 起。住一晚没问题。
    • Ha Tien Vegas Hotel——镇上最豪华的选择(虽然也算不上多高级),潟湖景观房约 800,000 VND。

    实用提示

    • 带上驱蚊剂。 黄昏时的红树林边缘是蚊子的重灾区。
    • 只收现金。 潟湖没有 ATM 机。出发前在 Ha Tien 镇上取好钱。
    • 注意防晒。 潟湖岸边几乎没有阴凉处。请备好帽子、防晒霜和水。
    • 语言。 这里很少有人说英语。会几句越南语或使用翻译软件会很有帮助。在小吃摊上,指手画脚点餐也很管用。

    常见错误

    • 中午前往。 潟湖地势平坦且毫无遮挡——中午只有刺眼的阳光和酷热。请在早上 8 点前或下午 4 点后前往。
    • 期待木栈道或游客中心。 这不是一个开发完善的景点。没有门票,没有指示牌,也没有礼品店。但这正是它的魅力所在。
    • 跳过 Ha Tien 本身。 有些旅行者只把 Ha Tien 当作去 Phu Quoc 的渡轮中转站。其实这个小镇很有特色——石灰岩山丘、受高棉文化影响的寺庙,以及三角洲地区最棒的平价海鲜。

    结语

    Dam Dong Ho 不会出现在任何人的越南十大景点名单上,而这正是它的独特之处。这是一个宁静、上镜的潟湖,依附于一个被低估的边境小镇,最适合慢慢欣赏,之后再来一杯冰镇的“bia hoi (비아호이 / 鲜啤 / ビアホイ)”。如果你无论如何都要经过 Ha Tien——如果你的行程中有 Phu Quoc,那你很可能会经过——不妨在这里多留出半天的时间。
