    Dong Thap 的美食特色

    Cua Rang Me(罗望子炒蟹)

    Cao Lanh 中心市场(Cho Lon Cao Lanh)

    Mam Tom(发酵虾酱)

    水果与果园

    Dong Thap 是越南的火龙果之都。从 5 月到 10 月,摊贩们在市场上售卖整个火龙果(白肉或亮粉红肉),每个 10,000–20,000 VND。旺季在 6 月至 7 月。柚子在秋冬季上市,芒果在春季。如果你停留超过一天,可以询问酒店工作人员是否有当地果园提供农场游——有些果园允许游客现场采摘和品尝水果,而且费用极低(每人 50,000–100,000 VND)。

    当地人就餐地 vs 游客陷阱

    当地人就餐地

    • 清晨的 Pho 和 hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ) 摊位,位于住宅区街道或市场边缘。营业时间为早上 6 点到 9 点,主要服务当地人,卖完即止。质量高,价格低,完全没有英语服务。
    • Com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム) 店(碎米饭馆)散布在 Cao Lanh 和 Sa Dec 各处。这些店在午餐和晚餐时段营业,价格便宜(30,000–50,000 VND)且味道可靠。寻找那些在上午 11:30 就排起长队的地方——那正是午餐高峰期。
    • 家庭餐厅,位于 Cao Lanh 的第一郡和第三郡,没有英文招牌。菜单通常只有越南语。可以询问当地人,或者用翻译软件扫描菜单照片。

    游客陷阱

    • 海滨海鲜餐厅,主要针对旅游团(你会在船坞附近看到它们)。这些餐厅的鱼类价格虚高,而且提供的现点海鲜通常不如中档当地餐厅的新鲜。
    • 酒店出售的“越南烹饪课程”套餐。Dong Thap 根本没有这种课程;如果有人提供,那绝对是加价套路。相反,你可以让酒店指引你去找当地的市场摊贩或愿意和你一起做饭的家庭——这些通常是免费的,或者只需 50,000–100,000 VND。
    • Cao Lanh 市中心提供英文菜单和空调的咖啡馆。食物还不错,但价格比街边小摊高出 2-3 倍。

    实用贴士

    如何前往: Cao Lanh 位于 Saigon 西南方向 160 km 处,公路交通便利(乘汽车或长途客车需 2.5–3 小时)。Sa Dec 位于 Cao Lanh 东南方向 35 km 处。这两个城镇都有从 Saigon 出发的基础巴士线路(Chau Doc、Ben Luc 或 Mien Tay 汽车站)。没有火车。

    最佳旅行时间: 10 月至次年 4 月气候较凉爽干燥。5 月至 9 月炎热、潮湿,且是洪水多发季(不适合旅行)。除了螃蟹和某些水果外,当地的美食种类不会随季节有太大变化。

    货币: 大多数街边小摊和市场只收现金。Cao Lanh 有很多 ATM 机,但在较小的城镇则很少见。接待团队游客的餐厅可能接受刷卡。

    语言: 英语普及率极低。手机上的翻译软件会非常有用。当地人对“指手画脚”的沟通方式很有耐心。

    建议停留时间: 在 Cao Lanh 停留两天就足以品尝美食并探索市场了。如果你想获得完整的 Mekong Delta 体验,可以结合湄公河水上花园的乘船游览。
