    Dong Thap 位于湄公河三角洲 (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 的中心地带,夹在 Hau River 和柬埔寨之间。它是大多数游客会跳过的省份——但这正是它值得你绕道前往的原因。这里没有名列国际旅游十佳榜单的寺庙,没有海滩度假村,也没有为了迎合 Instagram 打卡而建的建筑。取而代之的是:湿地漫步、当地美食,以及尚未被旅游业商业化改变的生活节奏。

    Tam Nong 鸟类保护区

    这是当地的主要景点,且名副其实。Tam Nong 是一个占地 10,000 公顷的湿地保护区,位于省会 Cao Lanh 以北约 30 km 处。每年 10 月至次年 5 月,成千上万的候鸟飞抵这里——包括彩鹳、紫鹭、钳嘴鹳等。在旺季(11 月至 1 月),清晨的乘船游览令人心潮澎湃:水面如镜,鸟儿活跃,而且你很可能独自包揽整个保护区的美景。

    游船从游客中心附近的一个小码头按固定时间表发船。乘船费用为每人 150,000–200,000 VND,行程 2–3 小时,包含导游服务。建议在黎明时分前往。带上双筒望远镜(游客中心可租用基础款,价格为 20,000 VND)、帽子和耐心。在夏季(6 月至 9 月),鸟类数量锐减;湿地变得斑驳,游览体验会大打折扣。除非你对鸟类繁殖栖息地特别感兴趣,否则建议避开这个季节。

    Xuan Phuong 水上村庄

    Cao Lanh 市中心与湄公河畔

    Tram Chim 国家公园

    Tram Chim 比 Tam Nong 更小、更偏远——位于 Cao Lanh 西南约 40 km 处。这是一个占地 7,600 公顷的保护区,管理更为严格,经营日常行程的旅行社也较少。在雨季(5 月至 10 月),公园会被水淹没,变成水和芦苇交织的迷宫;在旱季,鸟类则会大量聚集在仅存的水坑周围。

    进入公园需要导游并提前预订(请联系 Cao Lanh 的游客中心)。门票为 40,000 VND,外加导游费(团队约 200,000 VND)。乘船游览时间为 2–3 小时。这里的鸟类生态可与 Tam Nong 媲美,但基础设施较为薄弱——游客更少,后勤更难,湿地体验也更原生态。如果你有充足的时间和灵活性,不妨一去;如果你只是按固定行程匆匆穿梭于三角洲,建议跳过。

    Dong Thap 博物馆 (Cao Lanh)

    这是一座位于市中心的小型省级博物馆,展出湄公河自然历史、当地手工艺品和战争时期的文物。门票为 30,000 VND。如果你想了解该省的生态和经济背景,这座博物馆值得你花 45 分钟参观;如果时间紧迫,则可以跳过。馆内没有英文标签,因此如果你的越南语有限,花 100,000–150,000 VND 雇一位导游(2 小时)会很有帮助。

    民宿与农业旅游

    Dong Thap 乡村地区有几家家庭经营的民宿,主要集中在 Thanh Binh 县(Cao Lanh 以西 45 km 处)周围。这些都是仍在运作的农场——芒果园、稻田、鱼塘——你将住在简易的客房里,帮忙做农活(喂养动物、收割),并与这家人一起用餐。价格为每晚 200,000–400,000 VND,包含早晚餐。它们的舒适度不高,但非常真实,深受寻求“原生态”体验的背包客喜爱。

    果园

    Dong Thap 盛产芒果、橘子和椰子。有组织的果园参观(自己采摘、在农场品尝)每人 150,000–250,000 VND,通常耗时 3–4 小时。芒果的水果旺季是 4 月至 6 月。这种体验受季节和天气影响很大;下雨时,果园会变得泥泞不堪,令人扫兴。夏季的果园体验最佳;冬季则显得有些单调。

    哪些行程可以跳过

    不要把整整一天都花在 Cao Lanh 市区——那里没有足够多的景点值得你这么做。跳过 Cao Lanh 附近专供游客的“水上市场”;它们是摆拍的早市,价格也因为旅游团而虚高。如果你想体验地道的水上市场,去 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)(规模更大,也更真实)。旅游指南上经常提到的 Tran An 村令人失望——它只是一个没有真正景点的河畔小村庄,纯粹是为了凑乘船游览的时长。

    除非观鸟是你唯一的目的,否则请避开雨季(7 月至 9 月)前往 Dong Thap。暴雨会淹没道路,破坏乡村的视野,并让乘船游览变得不舒服。民宿也会缩减营业规模。5 月至 6 月以及 10 月至 11 月是最佳时机:天气温暖但不潮湿,鸟类活动也很频繁。

    实用贴士

    Cao Lanh 位于 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 西南 190 km 处(乘车约 3 小时),Can Tho 以东 75 km 处。从 Saigon 的 Mien Tay 汽车站有定期发车的巴士(车程 5 小时,票价 80,000–120,000 VND)。Cao Lanh 有一个小机场,但商业航班很少;建议飞往 Can Tho,然后换乘面包车前往。

    交通出行:租一辆摩托车(200,000 VND/天)或雇一名司机(全天行程 600,000–800,000 VND/天)。在 Cao Lanh 以外的地方,英语普及率很低;请下载离线版 Google 翻译并带上手机充电器。Cao Lanh 的 ATM 机很可靠,但在其他地方很稀缺。最好在前往村庄之前提取足够的现金。

    建议停留 2–3 天:一天留给 Tam Nong,一天体验民宿或乡村游船,另一天作为机动时间。Dong Thap 适合慢游,而不是走马观花。
