    Ham Ninh 是什么样的地方

    Ham Ninh 是一个依偎在 Phu Quoc 东海岸的小渔村,面向将岛屿与大陆隔开的平静海域。与度假村林立的西海岸不同,岛屿的这一侧依然遵循着捕鱼的作息时间——渔船黎明前出海,上午中旬返回,到了上午 10 点,海滨市场就已经开始收摊了。

    这个村庄已经存在了数代之久。早在 Phu Quoc (푸꾸옥 / 富国岛 / フーコック) 成为度假胜地之前,Ham Ninh 就已经是岛上最早的定居点之一,以捕蟹和网渔为生。延伸至浅滩的木制栈桥是村里的社交中心——它既是码头,也是海鲜餐厅,还是老人们在日出时分聚在一起下棋的地方。

    为什么旅行者会去

    主要有三个原因:

    1. 在原产地品尝廉价海鲜。 螃蟹——特别是“ghe ham ninh”(花蟹)——当天早上从捕蟹笼里捞出,用盐水煮熟,配上椒盐青柠蘸料。你可以坐在水面上的塑料凳上享用。根据大小和季节,一盘的价格在 150,000–250,000 VND 之间。

    2. 向东的景色。 Phu Quoc 的西海岸拥有日落和人群。而 Ham Ninh 则拥有水面上宁静的日出,地平线上的 Kien Giang 大陆隐约可见,宛如一条朦胧的绿线。

    3. 与度假带形成鲜明对比。 如果你在岛屿南部的海滩俱乐部和水上乐园度过了几天,Ham Ninh 会让你感觉完全是另一个世界。它未经雕琢,不适合在 Instagram 上打卡,但这正是它的魅力所在。

    最佳游览时间

    旱季从 11 月持续到次年 4 月。12 月至 3 月期间,海水最平静,天空最晴朗——这也是栈桥餐厅最惬意、渔船每天出海的时候。

    如果你不喜欢下雨,请避开 9 月至 10 月。村子虽然不会被淹,但海滨餐厅会部分关闭,捕鱼活动也会减少,而且从 Duong Dong 出发的道路在靠近海岸的未铺砌路段会变得泥泞。

    无论一年中的什么时候,清晨(早上 6–8 点)都是最佳时段。此时市场热闹非凡,光线很好,而且你可以避开上午 10 点左右乘坐小巴抵达的旅游团。

    如何前往

    Ham Ninh 位于 Phu Quoc 主要城镇 Duong Dong 以东约 20 km 处。前往方式:

    • 摩托车: 最常规的选择。在 Duong Dong 租车的费用为 150,000–200,000 VND/天。沿着 DT973 公路骑行大约需要 25–30 分钟,全程为铺砌路面。可以将车免费停在村口。
    • Grab/出租车: 从 Duong Dong 中心出发单程约 120,000–150,000 VND。返程叫车可能需要等待 10–15 分钟,因为在岛屿这一侧巡游的司机较少。
    • 旅游大巴: 几个海岛一日游项目会将 Ham Ninh 作为一个 30 分钟的停靠点。走马观花看看还行,但你不会有时间好好吃顿饭。

    要到达 Phu Quoc 本岛,大多数旅行者会从 Saigon 直飞(1 小时,每天有多个航班),或者从大陆的 Ha Tien 乘坐快艇(约 80 分钟)。

    游玩项目

    漫步栈桥

    主要的木制栈桥在浅滩上延伸约 200 米。两侧林立着餐厅——带有吊床和塑料家具的露天平台。走到尽头可以欣赏到最美的景色。海水很浅且清澈,足以看到下面游动的小鱼和螃蟹。

    逛早市

    菜市场的大约营业时间为早上 5:30 到 9 点。渔民直接在船上售卖:螃蟹、鱿鱼、海螺以及渔网里捞上来的任何东西。即使你不能自己做饭,看看分拣和讨价还价的过程也是值得的。

    徒步 Ham Ninh 山

    在村庄后面,有一条小路通向 Ham Ninh 山(海拔约 365 米)。这不是一条维护良好的旅游步道——预计会有杂草丛生的路段,没有路标,靠近山顶的地方还需要攀爬。往返需要预留 2–3 小时。请带上水并穿长裤。在山顶可以俯瞰岛屿东海岸的大部分景色。

    参观胡椒农场

    从 Ham Ninh 向内陆走几公里,一些小型胡椒种植园提供非正式的参观。Phu Quoc 的胡椒——无论是黑胡椒还是红胡椒——都被认为是全国最好的胡椒之一。你可以直接从农民那里购买,价格为 200,000–350,000 VND/公斤,大约是 Duong Dong 游客商店价格的一半。

    在哪里吃

    吃“就是”这里的主要活动。栈桥上的餐厅提供的菜单大同小异,价格也相近:

    • 水煮花蟹 (ghe luoc):150,000–250,000 VND/盘
    • 烤海胆 (nhim bien nuong):30,000–40,000 VND/只
    • 生鲱鱼沙拉 (goi ca trich):80,000–120,000 VND —— 一道 Phu Quoc 特色菜,配有椰丝、花生和鱼露
    • 清蒸血蚶 (so huyet):60,000–80,000 VND/盘

    没有哪家餐厅是绝对的主导。栈桥最远端的餐厅往往稍微便宜一些,因为很少有旅游团会走那么远。Quoc Hien 和 Hai San Bich 是当地人经常提到的两家,但老实说,哪家水箱里的海鲜看起来最新鲜就选哪家。

    搭配一杯冷啤酒——在这里,Saigon 绿罐啤酒的价格为 15,000–20,000 VND。如果你想喝 越南咖啡,村口有一家小咖啡馆,那里做的“ca phe sua da (연유커피 / 越南冰咖啡 / ベトナムアイスコーヒー)”相当不错。

    在哪里住

    Ham Ninh 本身的住宿选择极少——只有几家提供风扇房和共用浴室的简易宾馆,价格为 300,000–500,000 VND/晚。大多数旅行者会住在 Duong Dong 或 Long Beach 沿线的度假区,将 Ham Ninh 作为一个半日游的目的地。

    如果你想在附近住宿以便看日出,可以在 Ham Ninh 和 Bai Thom 之间的公路上寻找民宿——那是一段比较安静的路段,有几家过去几年开业的家庭经营的住宿。

    实用提示

    • 仅收现金。 栈桥餐厅没有刷卡机。自动取款机在 Duong Dong 才有。请至少携带 500,000 VND,以便两人享用一顿丰盛的海鲜大餐。
    • 防晒霜和帽子。 栈桥的屋顶只能提供部分遮挡,走出去的路段是完全暴露在阳光下的。东海岸的晨光非常刺眼。
    • 买海鲜时适度砍价。 价格应该是按盘或按公斤计算的——下单前请确认好。偶尔会有游客被按只收取螃蟹的费用,最终结账时面临 1,000,000 VND 的账单。
    • 不要在这里游泳。 栈桥附近的水域很浅,底部是泥沙,而且到处都是捕鱼留下的碎屑。把游泳留到 Sao Beach 或 Long Beach 吧。

    常见错误

    • 上午 10 点后才到。 旅游大巴在中午前会来来往往,但那时市场也已经收摊了。你会遇到最糟糕的情况——人多却毫无氛围。
    • 错过村庄本身。 大多数游客径直走向栈桥,吃完饭就走。海滨后面的村庄小巷里有古老的木屋、小寺庙,生活节奏缓慢,值得花 20 分钟漫步体验。
    • 期待看到海滩。 Ham Ninh 是一个渔港,而不是游泳胜地。如果你是为了沙滩和碧蓝的海水而来,那你来错海岸了。

    结语

    Ham Ninh 最适合作为早晨的短途旅行——早点到达,吃螃蟹,看渔船,在村里散步,然后在中午前离开。它不是一个全天游览的目的地,但它是 Phu Quoc 少数几个还能让人感受到机场扩建前岛屿原貌的地方之一。这样的机会正在逐渐消失,所以去的话要趁早。
