    对于需要正规认证而非仅凭社区信任的游客,河内有少数几家餐厅持有越南清真认证机构(Halal Certification Agency of Vietnam)或国际认可机构颁发的清真证书。餐饮业变动频繁——餐厅开业和结业都很常见——因此在前往之前,请务必直接与餐厅核实当前的认证状态。

    Marrakech Restaurant

    Marrakech 位于还剑湖附近,是河内经营时间较长的清真餐厅之一,专门服务于穆斯林游客和当地的穆斯林外籍人士社区。菜单偏向中东和北非风味——如羊肉料理、北非小米(couscous)、鹰嘴豆泥(hummus),而非越南菜,这使它成为您想吃点熟悉口味时的可靠选择。每道主菜价格约在 120,000–200,000 VND 之间。

    Al Noor Restaurant

    位于 Hang Bong 街的 Al Noor 是老城区内一个务实的选择。菜单涵盖了清真越南菜以及印度和马来西亚风味菜肴,如果您与想吃当地美食的同伴同行,而您又需要清真认证,这里非常合适。他们用清真牛肉制作的“pho”是一碗不错的面食——虽然不是城里最顶级的,但用料实在且经过正规认证。

    Saigon Halal Restaurant

    非认证餐厅的穆斯林友好菜单

    河内的一些主流餐厅——尤其是那些接待大量国际游客的餐厅——已经开始提供无需完整清真认证的穆斯林友好选项。这通常意味着在厨房的独立区域准备不含猪肉和酒精的菜肴。其严格程度差异很大。

    如果您非常看重完整认证,这些餐厅不能作为替代品。但如果您只是为了避开猪肉和酒精,老城区附近越来越多的越南餐厅会配合您的要求。“Khong thit lon”(不含猪肉)和“khong ruou”(不含酒精)是两个值得记住的短语。

    “Bun bo Hue”——这种来自越南中部的香辣牛肉柠檬草米粉,传统做法中含有大量猪肉,但也有纯牛肉版本,值得询问。同样,“goi cuon”(鲜春卷)在大多数地方都可以要求用虾或豆腐代替猪肉。

    河内清真饮食实用小贴士

    周五礼拜与 Hang Luoc 清真寺: 位于老城区 Hang Luoc 街的 Al-Nour 清真寺是游客最容易到达的清真寺,一个多世纪以来一直是河内穆斯林社区的中心。那里的工作人员有时会为您指引一些未在任何应用上显示的、社区信赖的清真食品来源。

    HalalTrip 和 Zabihah: 这两个应用程序都有河内的列表,但覆盖范围不全,且部分条目已过时。请将它们作为起点,然后提前致电确认餐厅是否仍在营业以及认证是否有效。

    超市: 河内的 Winmart 和 Co.opmart 分店备有进口的清真认证包装食品——尤其是马来西亚品牌。如果您是自己做饭或需要备用零食,这一点很有用。

    越南咖啡: 一杯“ca phe sua da”(加炼乳的冰咖啡)只要是纯咖啡或加乳制品,就是清真的。饮料本身没问题;只需确认没有添加含酒精的调味剂即可,这种情况虽罕见,但偶尔会在面向游客的咖啡馆中出现。

    预算现实: 在河内吃清真餐比普通的街头小吃稍贵,因为您通常是在坐式认证餐厅用餐,而不是在路边摊。预计每餐花费 100,000–200,000 VND,而不是在普通 Pho 或 Banh Mi 店可能支付的 40,000–70,000 VND。

    实用说明

    与吉隆坡甚至 Ho Chi Minh City (호치민시 / 胡志明市 / ホーチミン市) 相比,河内的清真基础设施确实有限,因此保持一些灵活性会有所帮助。老城区的占族社区和还剑湖附近的几家认证餐厅可以满足短期访问的大部分需求。对于长期停留,与 Hang Luoc 的当地清真寺社区建立联系,可以获得任何应用程序都未收录的口碑推荐。
