    Hanoi的老城区——当地人称之为“[Pho](/posts/pho-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-noodle-soup-guide) Co”——是Hoan Kiem Lake以北一片占地约100公顷、错综复杂的狭窄街道。这里喧闹、拥挤,是东南亚少数几个仍由中世纪街道布局主导日常商业的地方之一。如果你在Hanoi只停留一两天,你可能会把大部分时间花在这里。

    它的前世今生与独特魅力

    自11世纪工匠行会在红河沿岸开设店铺以来,老城区一直是一个商业贸易区。每条街道都以其经营的行业命名——Hang Bac(银器街)、Hang Gai(丝绸街)、Hang Ma(纸扎街)——尽管几个世纪以来商品已发生变化,但这种命名惯例保留了下来。如今,Hang Bac卖的珠宝比原银多,而Hang Ma则满街都是节日装饰品,尤其是在Tet和中秋节前夕。

    这里的建筑是一部浓缩的时间简史:法国殖民时期的店屋紧挨着狭窄的“管形屋”(这种建筑有时只有2-3米宽,却有50-60米深),旁边还有20世纪90年代重建的混凝土建筑。它不像Hoi An那样被刻意保护起来。这是一个充满生活气息、仍在运转的社区,人们在自李朝以来就未曾拓宽过的街道上方晾晒衣服。

    为什么游客趋之若鹜

    老城区是Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)的高密度转化为特色之处。你可以在这里吃“Pho”当早餐,购买宣传海报,在路边理发,坐在塑料凳上喝“Bia Hoi”,还可以观看水上木偶戏——所有这些都在15分钟的步行范围内。这里也是背包客和中档酒店的主要聚集区,因此出行和住宿都非常便利。

    更重要的是,它仍然是一个真实的社区。家庭居住在店铺楼上,清晨老人们在Hoan Kiem Lake旁打太极,街头小吃摊贩在同一个地方一干就是几十年。这在快速发展的越南城市中越来越罕见。

    最佳旅游时间

    10月到12月是最佳时节。气温降至18-25°C,湿度降低,下午的阳光呈现出迷人的金黄色。9月可能还会下雨。1月和2月迎来了Tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月))——随着Hanoi人离开城市探亲,街道会变得异常空荡,这取决于你的需求,可能觉得这种景象很迷人,也可能觉得很不方便。许多餐厅会关门歇业一周。

    如果你怕热,请避开6月到8月。7月的Hanoi气温高达38°C,湿度令人窒息,老城区狭窄的街道就像烤箱一样把热气困在其中。不过,夏季也意味着酒店价格便宜且游客较少。

    如何前往

    老城区位于Noi Bai国际机场以东约30 km处。乘坐打表出租车(Mai Linh或Vinasun比较靠谱)花费约350,000-450,000 VND,根据交通情况需要40-60分钟。Grab通常更便宜——大约250,000-350,000 VND。86路公交车有固定路线开往老城区,每人45,000 VND,每25-30分钟一班。它会在Hoan Kiem Lake附近让你下车,步行5分钟即可到达大多数老城区的酒店。

    如果你是乘火车抵达Ga Ha Noi(Hanoi火车站),老城区就在其以北约2 km处——乘坐Grab只需30,000-40,000 VND,或者沿着Tran Hung Dao街步行20分钟即可到达。

    必做之事

    漫无目的地漫步三十六行街

    说真的。在老城区,漫无目的地闲逛比任何打卡清单都更有收获。从Dong Xuan Market(Hanoi最大的室内市场,自1889年开始营业)出发,向南漫步。每个街区都有不同的特色。Hang Buom有背包客酒吧。Hang Quat出售红色横幅和祭坛用品。Ta Hien则是啤酒街,晚上8点以后会变得非常热闹。

    游览Hoan Kiem Lake和Ngoc Son Temple

    这个湖泊坐落于老城区的南缘。清晨是游览的最佳时机——湖边满是慢跑者、跳舞的人和练习“太极”的居民。穿过红色的The Huc Bridge,来到小岛上的Ngoc Son Temple。门票是30,000 VND。游览大概只需20分钟,但从桥上回望老城区的景色绝对值得你绕道前来。

    在Thang Long Theatre看一场水上木偶戏

    剧院位于Hoan Kiem Lake的东北角。每天有几场演出,时长约50分钟,票价100,000 VND。这真的很有趣——木偶师们站在竹帘后齐腰深的水中进行表演。周末请提前几个小时预订,门票经常售罄。

    探索Bach Ma Temple

    这是Hanoi的四大镇守庙宇之一,隐藏在Hang Buom街上。它建于11世纪,供奉着白马神。庙宇不大,免费入内,通常很安静——与外面喧嚣的街道形成鲜明对比。记得留意里面雕刻精美的木制神轿,这是老城区现存最古老的文物之一。

    Hang Dao周末夜市

    周五至周日晚上,几个街区会禁止车辆通行,变成步行街。这里人头攒动,主要出售廉价的衣服和纪念品,但氛围很棒。边缘的小吃摊出售烤“Nem Chua (넴쭈어 / 酸肉肠 / ネムチュア)”(发酵猪肉串)、“banh trang tron”(拌米纸沙拉)和甘蔗汁,价格在15,000-25,000 VND之间。

    哪里吃

    老城区是全国最好的街头美食区之一。有两道菜必须优先品尝:

    Pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) —— 位于13 Lo Duc的Pho Thin(严格来说在老城区外一点)供应的牛肉Pho带有煎烤过的油脂,汤头浓郁,甚至带着一丝烟熏味。一碗价格在50,000-60,000 VND。如果想品尝更经典的口味,位于49 Bat Dan的Pho Gia Truyen门前总是排着长队——这就足以说明它的美味了。

    Bun Cha (분짜 / 烤肉米粉 / ブンチャー) —— 烤猪肉饼配米粉和香草拼盘。位于24 Le Van Huu的Bun Cha Huong Lien在2016年巴拉克·奥巴马和安东尼·波登在此用餐后声名大噪,但Hang Manh街上Bun Cha Dac Kim的版本也同样美味,且没有那么多噱头。每份价格大约在40,000-60,000 VND。

    想要补充早晨的能量,可以去Nguyen Huu Huan街上的Cafe Giang找一杯蛋咖啡 (에그커피 / 蛋咖啡 / エッグコーヒー)——这个家族声称在20世纪40年代发明了这种饮品。一杯35,000 VND,喝起来就像温热的提拉米苏。

    住宿推荐

    老城区在狭小的区域内挤满了数百家酒店和青年旅社。

    • 经济型: 青旅床位每晚150,000-250,000 VND。微型酒店的私人客房起价约400,000 VND。
    • 中档型: 800,000-1,500,000 VND可以住到一间干净的客房,包含早餐、空调和良好的Wi-Fi。像Hang Be和Hang Bong这样的街道上聚集了许多此类酒店。
    • 高档型: 少数精品酒店的收费在2,000,000-4,000,000 VND之间。Hanoi La Siesta连锁酒店在老城区有几家分店,并设有屋顶酒吧。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 过马路时保持平稳、可预测的步伐。不要停下,不要冲刺,也不要突然转向。摩托车会自然地从你身边绕开。
    • 随身携带零钱。卖“Banh Mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー)”或水果的摊贩通常找不开500,000 VND的大钞。
    • 如果你的酒店面向主街,耳塞会很有帮助。喇叭声大约从早上6点就开始了。
    • 自来水不能直接饮用。请购买瓶装水——任何商店都有售,价格在5,000-10,000 VND。
    • 学会说“xin chao”(你好)和“cam on”(谢谢)。这真的会改变人们与你互动的方式。

    避免常见的误区

    • 过度计划。 对于一个步行20分钟就能穿过的区域,你不需要一份用颜色编码的详细行程表。走出去逛逛就好。
    • 只在Ta Hien啤酒街吃饭。 游客区的美食还不错,但价格虚高。往任何方向走两个街区,就能以一半的价格吃到更好的美食。
    • 乘坐三轮车前不谈妥价格。 坐下之前先谈好车费。15-20分钟的车程大约需要100,000-150,000 VND。如果有人用美元报价,直接走开。
    • 错过清晨时光。 早上6点到7点之间的老城区——在游客潮涌入之前——是一个完全不同的地方。那时你才能看到这个社区最真实的一面。

    实用须知

    老城区一天就能逛完,但花上两三天会让你收获更多。至少预留一个完整的早晨去品尝美食,再留一个晚上去逛夜市或Ta Hien街。如果你打算前往Sapa、Ha Long Bay或Ninh Binh,大多数旅游巴士和接驳车都从聚集在老城区的办公室出发——在任何一家酒店都很容易预订。
