Ho Da Thien是一座小型淡水湖,藏于Da Lat市中心东北约2公里的松林丘陵之间。它几乎不出现在任何旅游行程单上,这正是它值得一去的原因。市区的Xuan Huong湖人来人往,天鹅船络绎不绝;Ho Da Thien却始终保持着一份安静——清晨有本地人在此晨跑,傍晚有情侣坐在草地上发呆。
湖面海拔约1,500米,位于爱之谷(Thung Lung Tinh Yeu)景区范围内,但其历史比这座旅游公园早了几十年。20世纪初,法国殖民者在此筑坝拦截天然泉水,为正在建设中的山地避暑地修建了这座水库。"Da Thien"的名字大致可译为"仁慈之石",指的是东岸一带的花岗岩地貌。
沉寂数十年后,周边地区被开发成了一座景观公园。如今这里有铺装步道、花圃,以及几处拍照打卡装置。谈不上原始自然,也算不上主题乐园。真正的吸引力依然是湖本身:清澈的水面、Da Lat松树的倒影,以及让人可以好好喘口气的空间。
说实话,大多数人是因为已经在隔壁爱之谷游览,顺路走过来的。但那些专程而来的人,往往更能体会这里慢下来的节奏。没有快艇出租,没有嘈杂的音乐。围湖走一圈只需30分钟,高海拔让这里常年气温宜人——即便盛夏,清晨也可能低至15°C。
摄影爱好者钟情于这里的清晨光线。松树在水面投下长长的阴影,风平浪静时倒影清晰锐利。这也是Da Lat少数几个能坐上一小时、不会有人过来兜售东西的地方。
Da Lat旱季大致从11月持续到次年3月,这是最稳妥的出行窗口。12月和1月气温最低,最高气温约22°C,非常适合步行,这段时间湖面的晨雾景色尤为迷人。
如果可以,尽量避开6月至9月。这几个月几乎每天下午都有暴雨,湖边小路也会变得泥泞。不过Da Lat的雨通常来得快去得也快——若不巧被淋了,找家咖啡馆等上45分钟就好。
从Da Lat市场或Xuan Huong湖出发,Ho Da Thien在大约2公里外的北面。有以下几种方式可以选择:
如果你从爱之谷公园入口进入,门票约60,000 VND(截至2025年初)。但也可以从北侧一条单独的小路直接进入湖区,无需经过公园正门——向当地人问"duong vao Ho Da Thien"即可。

环湖步道全长约1.5公里,大部分路段平坦、有铺装,两侧有松树和樱花树遮荫(樱花盛开约在1–2月)。若途中停下拍照,预留30–45分钟即可。
湖的南端有几个小咖啡摊,售卖不错的手冲咖啡——Da Lat出产的品种,口感通常比Saigon的罗布斯塔更柔和。一杯"ca phe sua da"约20,000–30,000 VND。拉把塑料椅,面朝湖水,什么都不做地坐一会儿。Da Lat这座城市,最适合这种节奏。
有相机的话带上。高原松树、花岗岩巨石与静谧水面交织出层次丰富的构图,这样的景致在Da Lat其他地方很难找到。最佳光线时段:早上6:00–7:30,或日落前的最后一小时。
如果已经买了门票,可以在Ho Da Thien的清晨宁静中开启游览,等人多了再慢慢移步爱之谷的花园和脚踏船区域。两个景区自然相连,衔接顺畅。
当地人从早上5:30左右就开始在湖边小道晨跑。高海拔让有氧运动更有挑战性。如果你在Da Lat住上几天、想保持运动习惯,这里比市区躲避摩托车的感觉好多了。
湖边餐饮选择有限,只有零食摊和简单的咖啡。想吃正餐,骑车5–10分钟回Da Lat市区即可。
"Banh canh"是Da Lat值得专门去找的一道家常美食——粗圆的木薯粉条泡在猪肉蟹肉汤底里,温暖扎实。Phan Dinh Phung街上几家小店有售,一碗35,000–50,000 VND。想尝高原风味,可以找"lau ga la e"(野生e叶鸡肉火锅),Tuyen Lam湖沿路的几家餐厅都有,这道菜出了林同省就很难吃到同样的水准。
Da Lat的越南咖啡文化根深蒂固,城里的咖啡馆水准确实不低。可以在Trang Cong Dinh街的某家咖啡馆试试当地版的蛋咖啡。
Ho Da Thien周边没有住宿,你需要住在Da Lat市区,把这里当作半日行程来游览。
