    Ho Ta Pa 究竟是什么

    Ho Ta Pa 并不是一个天然湖泊。它是位于 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 深处,An Giang 省 Tri Ton 县 Nui Co To 山脚附近的一个被水淹没的花岗岩采石场。工人们在这里开采石头多年,当采石停止后,地下水和雨水填满了矿坑。结果就形成了一个边缘陡峭的蓝绿色水盆,四周环绕着原始的岩壁和灌木丛——这种景观与大多数人印象中三角洲平坦的稻田截然不同。

    该湖位于 Tinh Bien 山脉的山脚下,这是一群沿着柬埔寨边境延伸的低矮花岗岩山峰。高棉人社区在这个地区生活了几个世纪,周围的村庄仍然有着与主流越南三角洲城镇截然不同的氛围——佛塔上有着不同的文字,餐桌上有着不同的食物。

    为什么游客会去

    简而言之:它很上镜,而且很安静。从采石场边缘拍摄 Ho Ta Pa 非常出片,红褐色的岩石、绿色的灌木丛和乳绿松石色的湖水之间形成的鲜明对比,在越南南部 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 确实很不寻常。在晴朗的早晨,湖水几乎能完美地倒映出天空。

    但这个湖也是探索更广阔的 Tri Ton 和 Tinh Bien 地区的一个便利落脚点,而大多数国内游客往往会完全跳过这些地方。在 15–20 km 的半径范围内,你可以找到高棉佛塔、Ta Pa 棕榈糖田、Nui Cam(Cam Mountain)以及三角洲地区一些最有趣的特色美食。如果你已经准备前往 Can Tho 或 Chau Doc,Ho Ta Pa 也许只会让你的行程增加一天,但却能带给你完全不同的体验。

    最佳游览时间

    Mekong Delta 有两个季节:雨季(5月至11月)和旱季(12月至4月)。具体到 Ho Ta Pa 来说:

    • 旱季(12月至3月) 是最适宜的窗口期。湿度较低,天空湛蓝,湖泊水位通常较低,会暴露出更多的岩壁。早上 6:00 到 8:00 之间的光线最适合拍照。
    • 绿季(7月至10月) 意味着周围的山丘和“thot not”棕榈树最为茂盛。湖水水位较高,有时还能看到壮观的云层变化。但下午几乎肯定会有倾盆大雨,而且进山的道路可能会变得泥泞。
    • 避开 Tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月)),除非你喜欢凑热闹。在 农历新年 假期期间,这个湖已经成为国内游客热门的自拍打卡地,湖边会变得非常拥挤。

    如何前往

    Ho Ta Pa 距离 Saigon 约 280 km,距离 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 约 95 km。

    从 Saigon 出发

    沿 QL91 国道向西驾驶或骑行穿过 Long Xuyen,然后向南前往 Tri Ton。骑摩托车的总车程(含休息时间)约为 5.5–6 小时。从 Ben Xe Mien Tay 有开往 Tri Ton 镇的巴士(票价约 160,000–180,000 VND),但从 Tri Ton 出发,你需要乘坐当地的“xe om”(摩的)或租用摩托车才能到达湖边——距离镇中心约 10 km。

    从 Can Tho 出发

    沿 QL91 国道向西前往 Long Xuyen,然后继续前往 Tri Ton。骑摩托车大约需要 2.5 小时。如果你想把 Ho Ta Pa 和早上的水上市场结合起来游玩,Can Tho 是一个很好的大本营。

    从 Chau Doc 出发

    Chau Doc 位于 Tri Ton 以北仅约 50 km 处。如果你要在 Tinh Bien 穿过柬埔寨边境,或者游览 Sam Mountain,在向南的行程中顺道去一趟 Ho Ta Pa 是非常方便的。

    在该地区,租一辆摩托车(110cc 手动挡,在 Chau Doc 或 Long Xuyen 租车约 150,000–200,000 VND/天)是最实用的选择。道路平坦,即使是经验不足的骑手也能轻松驾驭。

    游玩项目

    沿着采石场边缘漫步。 有一条崎岖的小路环绕着湖泊的大部分区域。走完一整圈大约需要 30 分钟。东侧边缘能提供俯瞰湖水颜色的最佳视角。

    攀登 Ta Pa 山。 从湖边附近有一条短小径通向山脊,在那里可以俯瞰周围的棕榈田和稻田。这算不上什么正经的徒步——大概只需向上走 20 分钟——但它能让你欣赏到 An Giang 著名的经典“网格状棕榈树”全景。

    参观高棉佛塔。 湖泊几公里范围内坐落着几座高棉佛教寺庙。Tri Ton 附近的 Xvayton Pagoda (Chua Xvayton) 是最容易到达的一座。其建筑风格是鲜明的上座部佛教特色——尖顶、那伽(Naga)栏杆——与你在 Hanoi 或 Hue 看到的大乘佛教宝塔截然不同。

    骑行穿梭于棕榈田。 Ta Pa 周围的“thot not”糖棕榈树在稻田间整齐地排列着。清晨或傍晚在这里骑行,是大多数游客眼中的一大亮点。

    餐饮推荐

    Tri Ton 县是受高棉文化影响的地区,这里的食物也反映了这一点。可以找找:

    • “Bun nuoc leo” —— 一种高棉风味的鱼汤米粉,汤底由捣碎的鱼肉和类似 prahok(高棉发酵鱼酱)熬制而成。这是该地区的招牌菜,味道与 pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) 或“hu tieu”完全不同。可以在 Tri Ton 镇主路旁的小摊上尝尝,一碗大约 25,000–35,000 VND。
    • “Banh xeo (반세오 / 越南煎饼 / バインセオ)” Ba Muoi(或任何当地的 banh xeo 店)—— An Giang 版本的煎饼往往比 Saigon 风格的更大、更脆,里面通常塞满了蘑菇和鸭肉。
    • 棕榈糖小吃 —— 块状的“duong thot not”(棕榈糖)随处可见。可以从棕榈田附近的路边摊贩那里买到新鲜的。

    如果想吃顿正餐,Tri Ton 镇的主街上有几家“com binh dan”(平价快餐饭馆)。别指望有英文菜单。

    住宿推荐

    Ho Ta Pa 本身没有住宿。你的选择有:

    • Tri Ton 镇 有几家基础的宾馆(“nha nghi”),价格在 200,000–350,000 VND 之间。还算干净,但别抱太高期望。
    • Chau Doc(向北 50 km)有正规的酒店和青旅,包括一些河畔住宿,房间条件不错,价格在 400,000–700,000 VND 之间。
    • Can Tho 是一个成熟的旅游枢纽,如果你想住得更舒适,这里有国际标准的酒店。

    大多数游客都是从 Chau Doc 或 Can Tho 出发,将 Ho Ta Pa 作为一日游的目的地,而不是在 Tri Ton 过夜。

    常见误区

    • 中午抵达。 采石场边缘没有任何遮挡。在 11:00 到 14:00 之间,这里酷热难耐,而且强烈的光线会让湖水失去色彩。请在清晨或傍晚前来。
    • 不带水。 湖边没有任何商贩。请在 Tri Ton 备足饮用水。
    • 期望能游泳。 采石场的岩壁很陡峭,水深未知,而且没有安全的下水通道。这是一个观景点,不是海滩。
    • 跳过周边地区。 仅仅看湖只需要停留 30 分钟。附近的棕榈田、佛塔和高棉村庄才是让这趟旅行物超所值的关键。

    实用提示

    截至 2025 年初,Ho Ta Pa 不收取门票。这里的基础设施极少——没有厕所,没有停车场,也没有护栏。如果你打算沿着边缘行走,请穿一双合适的鞋子。如果你打算将此地与途经 Can Tho 和 Chau Doc 的更广泛的 Mekong Delta 环线结合起来,请为 Tri Ton 地区预留一整天的时间,以便好好游览。
