    你可以在 Le Loi 街的许多食品专卖店,以及沿 Tran Quy Cap 街的 Hoi An Central Market (Cho Hoi An) 室内区域找到真空包装的 Cao Lau 面条。这里的价格很公道:每200克包装的价格通常在 25,000–40,000 VND 之间,具体取决于品牌以及店铺是位于旅游区还是本地市场区。由于面条是干制的,非常便于携带。

    一个诚实的提醒:在 Hoi An 之外制作的 Cao Lau 味道会有明显差异,因为传统配方必须使用 Ba Le 井的水,以及来自 Cu Lao Cham 的特定木材所产生的草木灰。你在家煮的干面能还原大约 70% 的风味——这绝对值得你腾出一点行李空间。

    Banh Dau Xanh——绿豆糕

    “Banh dau xanh”是一种由绿豆泥压制而成的紧实、微甜的糕点。这是越南中部的特色甜点,Hoi An 有自己独特的版本,尺寸较小,甜度也比北部风格的更低。它的口感扎实且略带粉质,非常适合搭配 越南咖啡 或 莲花茶。

    购买它们的最佳地点是 Nguyen Thai Hoc 街上那些明码标价的小店,特别是日本廊桥(Japanese Covered Bridge)与 Nhi Trung 街交汇处之间的街区。每盒 12–16 块的价格在 35,000–60,000 VND 之间,视大小而定。这些糕点在盒内均为独立包装,在室温下可存放数周,非常适合长途旅行。

    避开河边露天摊位上那些散装、无包装的绿豆糕——它们适合现买现吃,但无法经受长途飞行。

    灯笼街区与零食经济

    Tran Phu 街靠近日本廊桥的那一段是大多数游客口中的“灯笼街”——丝绸灯笼挂在狭窄的店面外,闪烁着红黄色的光芒,每隔一家店除了装饰品外,还会售卖一些食品。

    这里是游客导向定价最明显的区域,请做好心理准备。话虽如此,这里还是有几样东西值得购买:

    来自 Tien Phuoc 的虾干和胡椒

    在大多数店铺里,你都能看到密封的小袋虾干(“tom kho”)和来自 Tien Phuoc 区(位于 Hoi An 西南约 60 公里处)的全粒胡椒混合调料。相比超市版本,这种胡椒的香气明显更浓郁。每袋价格在 30,000–80,000 VND 之间。如果你喜欢烹饪,非常值得入手。

    Hoi An 烤米饼

    Hoi An 风格的“Banh trang nuong”是一种芝麻葱花米饼,薄而脆,通常以圆形扁平包装出售。它们是搭配 Bia Hoi 的常见零食,由当地几家小型家庭作坊生产。你可以在大多数食品店的收银台附近找到它们。每叠 6 到 8 片的价格约为 20,000–30,000 VND。它们重量轻且扁平,非常容易携带。

    新鲜烤腰果

    市场东入口附近的街头小贩会售卖纸筒装的新鲜现烤腰果,配有辣椒和盐,价格为 20,000–25,000 VND。这些不适合带回家——因为它们是在你面前的小锅里现烤的——但它们绝对是边逛边吃的最佳零食之一。

    避坑指南

    旅游纪念品店里售卖的罐装“Pho (越南河粉) 调料”和速食“Mi Quang”粉包看起来很诱人,但大多是味精含量极高的香料混合物,与这些菜肴的真实做法几乎没有关系。它们虽然无害,但当你回家尝试后,会发现味道就像普通的方便面调料包,非常令人失望。

    量产的“Hoi An 咖啡”铁罐也是如此——里面的咖啡几乎都是在当地以外采购的普通罗布斯塔豆。如果你想买好的越南咖啡带回家,Hoi An 并不是最佳选择;购买通过专业烘焙商销售的 Da Lat 或 Buon Ma Thuot 咖啡豆会是更好的选择。

    如何购物而不被“宰”

    Hoi An 的双重定价现象确实存在,但可以应对。Hoi An Central Market 的内部区域——穿过外围那些面向游客的摊位——有许多当地商贩售卖干货、香料和包装零食,价格非常公道。多花十分钟往市场深处走走,而不是在看到的第一个摊位购买,通常能节省 20–30% 的费用,还能接触到真正了解产品的商贩。

    对于明码标价且质量稳定的包装食品,Phan Chau Trinh 街(距离河边往后一个街区)上的小型杂货店是更实用、更从容的选择。

    实用提示

    大多数来自 Hoi An 的干制食品——Cao Lau 面、绿豆糕、米饼、虾干——在密封包装的情况下可以通过国际海关,但在购买前,请务必查询你所在国家关于虾干和新鲜香料的农业进口规定。古镇的店铺通常在上午 8 点开门,营业至晚上 9 点或 10 点;Central Market 在上午 7 点到中午之间最繁忙,货品也最齐全。
