    什么是 Mi Quang?

    “Mi Quang”是越南中部 Quang Nam 省特有的一道面食,Da Nang 和 Hoi An 就坐落于该省。面条本身是新鲜手工制作的,粗细与意大利扁面条相仿,因加入了姜黄而呈现出淡黄色。让初次品尝者真正感到困惑的是:它并不是汤面。你会得到一小碗散发着香草气息的清汤,通常只够润湿面条,而不会将其淹没。这道菜装在盘子里端上来,里面有面条、蛋白质(通常是猪肉、鸡肉或虾)、新鲜香草、碎花生和酥脆的米饼。你需要把它们全部拌匀,将米饼掰碎撒入其中,然后边吃边舀几勺高汤搭配。
