    越南 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的超市市场目前主要由几家大型连锁品牌主导。具体去哪家取决于你的位置、预算以及你想买什么——是当地零食还是西式休闲食品。

    VinMart+ — 无处不在的便利店

    Lotte Mart(韩国品牌)是 Big C 的竞争对手,价格更高、环境更亮丽。门店分布在 Hanoi(有多家分店)、Saigon、Da Nang 和 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)——通常位于购物中心附近或高档街区。

    7-Eleven 在越南不如 VinMart+ 常见,但在 Hanoi、Saigon 和 Da Nang 都有门店。Circle K 相对较新,正在不断扩张,提供类似的便利店基础商品。

    两者在市中心地段都是24小时营业。商品种类有限——零食、饮料、速食、洗漱用品——价格与 VinMart+ 相当。如果你在半夜急需买点什么,它们会很有用,否则没必要特意去。

    哪些东西比国内贵,哪些更便宜

    在越南很便宜的商品:

    • 新鲜农产品(西红柿、牛油果、热带水果):西方国家价格的 30–50%
    • 大米、方便面、酱油:西方国家价格的 20–40%
    • 越南零食(鱿鱼干、芝麻饼干、“ca tru”瓜子零食):按西方标准来看价格微乎其微

    • 进口乳制品(黄油、奶酪、酸奶):西方国家价格的 2–3 倍
    • 进口麦片、谷物麦片、健康食品:2–2.5 倍
    • 西式零食(巧克力棒、薯片、糖果):溢价 50–100%
    • 咖啡(进口品牌):溢价 30–50%;Vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー) 则很便宜
    • 葡萄酒和烈酒(进口):溢价 40–80%
    • 有机/高端品牌:溢价 50–150%

    经验法则:只要是在越南种植或制造的,就很便宜。如果是空运进口的,就很贵。

    对于短期旅行,VinMart+ 或附近的 Coopmart 就能满足你对零食和基本生活用品的需求。如果是长期停留或需要为厨房囤货,Big C 或 Lotte Mart 绝对值得一去——价格更低,选择也更丰富。除非你特别想吃某种进口食品,否则可以避开 Annam Gourmet。购买农产品和生鲜食品最好去越南的传统市场(菜市场);超市虽然方便,但同样的商品价格会更高。
