    景点介绍

    Nui Da Bia(字面意思是“石碑山”)是一座海拔706米的花岗岩山峰,位于Phu Yen省Dong Hoa区,在Tuy Hoa市以南约30公里处。几个世纪以来,这座山独特的平顶巨石山峰一直被用作天然的边界标记——历史记录可以追溯到15世纪,据说Le Thanh Tong国王在南征期间曾让人在岩壁上雕刻文字。这些铭文是否保留至今尚有争议,但这个名字却流传了下来。

    这座山峰紧邻海岸,直线距离海洋约3公里。这种近距离赋予了它不同寻常的轮廓:你将在沿海的灌木林中攀登,最终跃出林海,俯瞰直落东海的壮丽全景。

    推荐理由

    说实话,有三个原因。首先,这是在Da Nang和Da Lat之间为数不多的正规徒步路线之一,不需要耗费数天时间,也不需要骑摩托车环游。其次,山顶的景色——下方是Vung Ro湾,向北蜿蜒的Dai Lanh半岛,在晴朗的早晨,海岸线一直延伸到Nha Trang(냐짱 / 芽庄 / ニャチャン)——绝对值得你为之流汗。第三,这里依然宁静。你不会在这里看到旅游大巴。大多数游客是来自Tuy Hoa的越南一日游散客,或者是沿着海岸线骑行并在此停留几个小时的摩托车手。

    这不是一次荒野跋涉。步道维护得很好,较陡峭的路段铺有混凝土台阶。你可以把它看作是一次充满活力的晨间徒步,而不是一次登山探险。

    最佳游玩时间

    1月至8月。Phu Yen的雨季在9月至12月期间非常猛烈——步道会变得湿滑,云层会遮挡视线,午后的暴风雨也来得很快。最佳时间是2月至4月:气候干燥,还未到酷热的时候,天空也相对晴朗。

    如果你在夏季(5月至7月)前来,请尽早出发。到了上午10点,裸露的花岗岩路段就会散发高温。早上5:30或6:00出发,可以让你在雾气变浓之前到达山顶。

    交通指南

    Nui Da Bia就位于1A国道旁,在Tuy Hoa以南约30公里,Nha Trang以北50公里处。

    从Tuy Hoa出发

    骑摩托车沿QL1A向南行驶约30分钟。岔路口有路标——在Hoa Xuan Nam公社附近的高速公路右侧(西侧)寻找入口大门。山脚下可免费停车。

    从Nha Trang出发

    沿QL1A向北行驶,穿过Ninh Hoa,继续越过Dai Lanh山口(Ca pass),下山口后约5公里,入口就会出现在你的左侧。全程:50–60 km,骑摩托车约需1.5小时。

    乘坐巴士

    任何在QL1A走廊上运行的南北向巴士都会经过这个岔路口。告诉司机你要去“Nui Da Bia”——他们会让你在高速公路上按站下车。从那里步行1 km即可到达步道起点。

    乘坐火车

    Tuy Hoa站是最近的火车站。从那里,你可以叫一辆Grab摩托车(单程约80,000–100,000 VND),或者在镇上租一辆摩托车,价格为120,000–150,000 VND/天。

    游玩项目

    主要徒步路线

    从停车场到山顶的步道长约2.5 km,海拔爬升约500米。预计上山需要1.5–2小时,下山需要1–1.5小时。前半段比较平缓——穿过森林的铺砌小路,有一些树荫。后半段变得陡峭,有石阶,靠近山顶的地方还有一些需要攀爬的路段。最后冲刺登顶巨石时,需要借助固定的铁链手脚并用进行攀爬。

    不需要专业的技术装备,只需要一双抓地力好的鞋子。在较高的路段穿人字拖是行不通的。

    顺道游览Vung Ro湾

    下山后,向南骑行10分钟即可到达Vung Ro湾——这是一个拥有绿松石般海水的避风湾,还有几家海鲜大排档。你可以将徒步与游泳和一顿便宜的午餐结合起来。烤鱿鱼配米饭每盘50,000–80,000 VND。

    Dai Lanh海滩

    继续向南行驶15分钟,Bai Mon(Dai Lanh)海滩就位于Mui Dien的山脚下——这是Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)的最东端。这里比Nha Trang附近的任何地方都要清静得多。

    餐饮推荐

    除了一个卖瓶装水和方便面的饮料摊外,山顶或步道起点没有其他食物。请在徒步前后就餐。

    • Vung Ro湾的海鲜:海湾公路上排列着简单的“quan nhau”(大排档)。可以点烤鱼、蒸蛤蜊和米饭。两个人花200,000 VND就能吃得很好。
    • Dong Hoa镇的Banh canh:该地区以“banh canh”——浓稠的木薯汤面而闻名。主路两旁的摊位每碗售价25,000–35,000 VND。寻找那些外面停着最多摩托车的地方。
    • Tuy Hoa市:如果向北返回,Tuy Hoa有非常地道的“bun cha” ca(鱼饼汤面),这是当地的特色美食。可以试试Tuy Hoa火车站附近的那片摊位。

    住宿推荐

    大多数旅行者不会在Nui Da Bia过夜——这只是一个半日的停留点。但如果你想找个落脚点:

    • Tuy Hoa:Tran Hung Dao街两旁有许多经济型酒店(300,000–500,000 VND/晚)。虽然不豪华,但干净且设施齐全。
    • Dai Lanh地区:Bai Mon海滩附近涌现了一些民宿和客栈。基本客房的价格大约在250,000–400,000 VND。
    • Nha Trang:如果你从南方过来,只需在北上的途中将这次徒步作为早晨的一站即可。

    实用建议

    • 每人携带1.5–2升水。步道上没有水源。
    • 如果想避免在上方攀爬路段被划伤,请穿长裤。
    • 景区的官方开放时间为早上6:00至下午5:00。截至2024年初,不收取门票。
    • 步道上的手机信号时断时续,但在山顶信号很好(Viettel的信号最好)。
    • 如果骑摩托车,这里的QL1A路段有快速行驶的卡车。请保持警惕,尤其是在Dai Lanh山口下坡附近。

    常见误区

    出发太晚。 到了中午,裸露的岩石会变得酷热难耐,雾气也会遮挡海岸的景色。尽量在早上8:30之前到达山顶。

    低估了最后的路段。 最后的200米需要借助铁链进行真正的攀岩。穿凉鞋或膝盖有问题的人在这里会很吃力。这并不危险,但比在下面看步道时感觉的要陡峭得多。

    错过Vung Ro湾。 单独徒步固然不错,但算不上惊艳。把它和Vung Ro或Bai Mon结合起来,才会让这次绕道之旅物超所值。

    直接开过去。 大多数在Nha Trang到Hoi An路线上的旅行者都会乘坐卧铺巴士呼啸而过。如果你骑摩托车或自驾,请在这里安排半天的时间。在Da Nang(다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン)和Nha Trang之间,山顶美景、空旷的海岸线和廉价海鲜的组合是很难被超越的。
