    Cholon(这个名字在带有粤语口音的越南语中意为“大市场”)三个多世纪以来一直是 Saigon 的华人商业中心。它位于市中心西南约 5 km 处的第五郡,其生活节奏与游客区截然不同:早晨更加喧闹,中午则归于宁静,完全有着自己独树一帜的步调。

    Thien Hau Pagoda

    Cholon 的广式点心

    位于 Trieu Quang Phuc 街的 Dim Sum Ca Phe [Pho](/posts/pho-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-noodle-soup-guide) Co 是经营时间最长的老店之一——虾饺和肠粉水准稳定,空间里充满了恰到好处的市井烟火气,周日上午 8 点前就会客满。

    位于 Ly Thuong Kiet 街的 Thien Phat 在客流量大的情况下依然能保持基础点心的水准:萝卜糕、荷叶糯米鸡、蛋挞都毫不逊色。请在上午 9 点前到达,否则就要做好排队的准备。

    如果你想在参观佛塔前吃点清淡的,Nguyen Trai 街沿线有早上 6 点左右营业的粥(chao)摊。一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥大约需要 35,000 VND。

    实用的步行路线

    从 Binh Tay Market 开始(上午 10 点前最热闹),然后沿着 Phan Van Khoe 街向东步行至 Phuoc An Hoi Quan Pagoda。继续前往 Nguyen Trai 街的 Thien Hau——距离大约 700 m。从那里沿 Luong Nhu Hoc 街向北穿过纸制品批发区(这是这座城市在视觉上较为奇特的街区之一),到达 Lao Tu 街的 Quan Am Pagoda。整个环线大约 2.5 km,算上沿途停留的时间,大约需要两到三个小时。
