    Saigon 并非一座天然的清真友好城市——猪肉随处可见,甚至许多看起来“安全”的菜肴也未必符合清真标准。但这里确实存在一个地道的清真餐饮圈,集中在城市的几个特定区域,而且远不止那些针对游客的“无猪肉”招牌那么简单。

    第一区清真寺周边

    在Saigon寻找清真美食的最佳坐标是位于Dong Du街的Masjid Al-Rahim清真寺,从Bui Vien步行街和Nguyen Hue大道步行片刻即可到达。清真寺周边的街道——Dong Du、Ly Tu Trong及其延伸的小巷——是市中心清真认证餐厅密度最高的地方。

    这里也是Saigon占族(Cham)穆斯林社区最集中的区域。占族是越南(Vietnam)的原住民穆斯林民族,是占婆王国的后裔,他们的饮食文化既不同于主流的越南菜,也区别于从马来西亚或中东引进的清真菜。你可以寻找“com chien”(牛肉或鸡肉炒饭,不含猪肉)、夹有牛肉酱和清真冷切肉的“banh mi”,以及类似海南鸡饭做法但调味独特的整只烤鸡配米饭。

    Dong Du街上的一些小摊位从早上07:00左右就开始营业,为当地社区提供早餐。如果你09:00才到,可能就已经错过了最精华的部分。

    马来西亚和印尼人经营的餐厅

    Saigon拥有相当数量的马来西亚和印尼外籍人士,他们开设了多家获得清真认证的餐厅,既服务当地穆斯林社区,也接待来自东南亚的游客。

    这些餐厅多集中在第一区和第三区的边缘。你可以期待吃到如椰浆饭(nasi lemak)、仁当牛肉(rendang)、炒面(mee goreng)和叻沙(laksa)等菜肴——这些都是地道的口味,而非为了迎合越南人口味而改良的版本。价格属于中等水平:一份主食加饮料大约在80,000–150,000 VND之间,在Saigon市中心属于合理的堂食价格。

    这些餐厅的招牌上通常会印有阿拉伯文或绿色的新月标志,旁边附有越南营业执照。如果你在店内没有看到明显的清真证书,可以直接询问——大多数店主都习惯了这个问题,他们会向你出示证明文件或解释食材来源。

    如何核实

    越南的清真认证标准并不统一。主要的颁发机构是越南清真认证局(HCA),但一些餐厅转而采用马来西亚或印尼伊斯兰机构的认证,这些认证通常也广受认可。对于那些没有任何证书却自称清真的餐厅,建议谨慎对待——务必询问烹饪用油(越南厨房中与猪肉制品共用油炸锅是一个常见问题)以及肉类供应商是否拥有认证。

    游客区之外的占族穆斯林厨房

    如果你愿意走出第一区,第八区有一个更成熟的占族居民社区,那里有一些家庭经营的小店,完全没有英文招牌。从Ben Thanh Market乘坐GrabBike前往大约需要20–25分钟。那里的食物更便宜——一盘炖牛肉饭或一碗清真汤底的“bun”(米粉)仅需40,000–60,000 VND——氛围也非常地道。

    其中一些厨房更像是附属于祈祷室的食堂,而不是餐厅。你只能吃到当天供应的菜品。这可能不是Instagram风格的网红探店,但绝对能让你获得与Bui Vien完全不同的体验。

    值得尝试的清真化越南菜

    一些越南菜肴更容易调整为清真做法,在这些区域的菜单上经常出现:

    • “Goi cuon”:选择虾肉或鸡肉馅(避开更常见的猪肉版本)
    • 牛肉“pho”:确实存在清真版本,但前提是厨房必须将牛肉汤和猪肉汤完全分开,请务必明确询问
    • “Com tam”:搭配烤牛肉而非传统的碎米饭配猪肉组合——虽然较少见,但在清真寺附近可以找到
    • “Banh canh cua”(蟹肉粗米粉汤):螃蟹通常是允许食用的,但同样需要核实汤底

    值得注意的是,“bun bo Hue”(顺化牛肉粉),这种辛辣的越南中部牛肉猪肉米粉汤,即使在“牛肉”版本中也几乎总是含有猪血块和猪蹄——除非餐厅明确保证,否则不要轻易尝试。

    实时查找餐厅的APP与工具

    HalalTrip和Zabihah都有越南的餐厅列表,但Saigon的覆盖面不全,且部分信息已过时。更可靠的方法是搜索Facebook群组——“Halal Food Ho Chi Minh City”拥有活跃的本地人和外籍人士社区,他们会发布最新的推荐,并标记那些更换了所有权或认证状态的餐厅。

    在Google Maps中使用关键词“halal Saigon”搜索,可以找到评价最高的地点,查看图片评论往往比文字评论更有用,能帮你直观地确认厨房的卫生状况。

    实用小贴士

    周五午餐时间,Dong Du街附近会非常拥挤,因为清真寺社区的人们会在礼拜后聚餐——建议早去(11:30之前)或晚去(13:30之后)。第一区的大多数清真认证餐厅全年无休;较小的占族社区厨房有时会在周五上午休息。根据是在摊位还是餐厅用餐,每餐预算在60,000–150,000 VND之间。
