    四个小时的时间,足够让你吃遍Saigon最引以为傲的精髓:在繁忙街道旁的塑料小凳上,享用快捷、廉价且风味浓郁的街头美食。这条路线位于District 1内,大致由南向北行进,你可以步行或通过Grab叫摩托车往返于各个站点,无需走回头路。

    上午 7:00 — 从Pho开始

    Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 的清晨苏醒得很早,你也该如此。这座城市的“pho”版本比Hanoi的口味更偏甜、更清爽——汤底更轻盈,碗更大,旁边还会配上一盘新鲜香草和豆芽,你可以根据喜好撕碎放入碗中。位于District 1 Pasteur街上的Pho Hoa Pasteur自1960年开业以来,配方几乎未曾改变。一碗Pho的价格在60,000–80,000 VND之间。如果不想排队,请在上午8:00之前到达。

    如果你喜欢规模更小、游客更少的地方,Nguyen Trai街靠近Pham Ngu Lao的一排摊位也能提供地道的Pho,价格在40,000–50,000 VND左右。那里没有英文菜单,直接指着旁边人点的菜下单即可。

    上午 8:00 — 续命咖啡

    千万别跳过这一步。“Ca phe sua da”——加了炼乳的冰咖啡——和食物一样,是Saigon早晨不可或缺的一部分。这里的咖啡罗布斯塔豆含量很高,这意味着它比你习惯的咖啡劲儿更大,足以让你瞬间清醒。

    上午 9:00 — Banh Mi

    位于Le Thi Rieng街的Banh Mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー) Huynh Hoa是District 1最出名的一家。它不算最便宜(约45,000–55,000 VND),但馅料堆得极高,面包品质也很好。早上通常会有短时间的排队。或者,任何路边摆着炭火加热肉类托盘的Banh Mi摊位都值得一试——寻找那些本地人排队多、游客少的地方。

    上午 10:00 — Com Tam

    “Com tam”——碎米饭——是Saigon人最钟爱的午餐。它的名字源于碾米过程中产生的碎米粒,历史上因为价格便宜而成为这座城市标志性餐点之一。一份完整的碎米饭配有烤猪排(suon)、蒸蛋肉饼(cha trung hap)、薄猪皮丝(bi),最后淋上带有辣椒和大蒜碎的鱼露。

    位于Dang Van Ngu街的Com Tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム) Ba Ghien(从District 1乘Grab到District 3约需10分钟)被认为是该领域的标杆之一。一份完整的碎米饭价格在60,000–75,000 VND左右。如果你想留在District 1,可以在Nguyen Thi Minh Khai街的侧巷里找找——碎米饭店随处可见,大多数从早上7:00营业到下午。

    这是一顿很扎实的午餐,吃完后记得放慢节奏。

    上午 11:00 — 在Ben Thanh周边散步消食

    Ben Thanh Market距离Nguyen Thi Minh Khai走廊约1公里,是这条路线终点的理想坐标。市场本身值得花20分钟逛逛——这里喧闹、拥挤,周边摊位出售的新鲜农产品、干货和香料,比任何餐厅菜单更能让你感受到Saigon厨房里真正烹饪的食材。

    不必强迫自己买东西。周边的街道——尤其是Le Loi和Nam Ky Khoi Nghia——有很多不错的咖啡馆和果汁摊,如果你在结束行程前需要坐下来休息,这里是好去处。
