    它也非常适合与更广泛的 Phu Tho 行程搭配——你可以早上参观雄王庙,下午驱车向西进入山区,晚上依然能赶回 Hanoi。

    最佳游玩时间

    最佳游玩时间是5月至9月,此时充沛的降雨让瀑布水量丰沛,森林也显得格外翠绿。7月和8月的水量最为壮观,但小径会变得湿滑——穿一双合适的鞋子非常重要。

    尽量避开12月至次年2月。在旱季,瀑布会缩小成细流,而且北方灰蒙蒙的冬日天空也会让景色大打折扣。如果早春有降雨,3月和4月也是不错的选择,但这全凭运气。

    如果你的行程安排在雄王节期间(通常在农历的3月或4月),不妨多留一天,等节日的人潮散去后,向西前往这座瀑布。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    Thac Cu Thang 位于 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 西北方向约 130-150 km 处,具体距离取决于你的路线。

    骑摩托车或自驾: 沿着 Noi Bai – Lao Cai 高速公路(QL21)向 Viet Tri 方向行驶,然后沿着省道向西进入山区。从 Hanoi 市中心出发的总车程约为 3-3.5 小时,最后 20-30 km 是较窄的山路。如果你骑摩托车,最后这段路将是最精彩的部分——蜿蜒穿过梯田和 Muong 族的小村庄。

    乘坐巴士 + xe om: 从 My Dinh 车站乘坐巴士前往 Viet Tri(约 80,000-100,000 VND,2 小时),然后与“xe om”(摩托车出租车)司机讨价还价走完剩下的路程。xe om 这一段的费用大概在 150,000-250,000 VND 之间,具体取决于你的砍价能力和司机的心情。Grab 在这么偏远的地方通常无法使用。

    徒步前往上层瀑布

    大多数当地人都会停留在底部的的主水潭,但有一条崎岖的小径沿着瀑布继续向上,通往两个更高的阶层。上层的瀑布较小但也更隐蔽,有一个天然的岩石水池,深度刚好可以坐进去。攀登过程需要 20-30 分钟,包括在湿滑的岩石上攀爬——虽然不需要专业技巧,但也绝对不是穿人字拖就能搞定的地形。

    在底部水潭游泳

    在雨季,主瀑布下方的水潭深度在腰部到胸部之间,底部是沙砾。水温凉爽但不会让人觉得冰冷刺骨——在徒步之后跳进去简直完美。当地人有时会在水池上拉一条绳子供孩子们抓握。记得带上防水袋装手机。

    漫步周边村庄

    通往瀑布的道路会穿过几个 Muong 族的小村落。高脚屋、晾晒的玉米、路上的水牛——这些都是北部高地常见的风景,但这里充满了真实的生活气息,而非刻意布置的景点。傍晚时分在村庄里慢走或骑行,是这趟旅程中最美好的体验之一。

    在瀑布旁野餐

    底部水潭附近有一些平坦的岩石,当地人常在这里野餐。你可以从 Viet Tri 或沿途的小镇带些食物过来。在路边摊买几个“banh mi”,再从市场上买些水果,这就足够了。

    顺道参观雄王庙

    雄王庙(Den Hung)位于瀑布以东约一小时车程的地方。如果你还没去过,这里非常值得一停——寺庙群坐落在一座长满森林的山顶上,被认为是越南民族的发源地。在雄王节以外的时间,这里相对比较宁静。

    附近美食

    Thac Cu Thang 周边并没有什么餐厅。最好的选择是在开车前往时经过的小镇上用餐。

    可以在省道两旁寻找 “com binh dan”(大众饭菜)的小店——一盘米饭配两三个菜的价格在 35,000-50,000 VND 之间。Phu Tho 还以一种地方特产闻名:“thit chua”,这是一种用香蕉叶包裹的发酵猪肉,味道浓郁微酸,非常适合搭配糯米饭食用。你可以在当地市场和一些路边小吃店找到它。如果早上看到有摊贩卖“banh cuon”——一种里面包着猪肉末和蘑菇的薄蒸米粉卷——千万不要错过。

    在 Viet Tri,选择就更多了:卖“pho”的店开得很早,而且城市市场里也有很不错的“bun rieu”(蟹肉汤面)摊位。

    住宿推荐

    大多数游客会将 Thac Cu Thang 作为从 Hanoi 出发的一日游,或者是北部省份长途摩托车环线上的一个停靠点。

    如果你想在附近过夜:

    • Viet Tri 市: 基础的酒店和宾馆每晚价格在 200,000-400,000 VND 之间。虽然不豪华,但足够干净,配有空调和热水。
    • 周边村庄的民宿: 偶尔能找到,尤其是在 Muong 族社区。预计每人 150,000-250,000 VND,包含一顿家常晚餐。到达后可以四处打听一下——这些住宿在 Booking.com 上是找不到的。

    • 携带现金。 瀑布附近没有自动取款机(ATM)。请在 Viet Tri 或离开 Hanoi 前备足现金。

    • 自带水和零食。 瀑布景区内没有任何售卖食物的地方。

    • 在旱季前往,结果只看到可怜的细流而不是瀑布。在决定行程前,请务必查看近期的天气情况。
    • 最后一段路完全依赖谷歌地图。 Phu Tho 乡村道路的地图数据可能会过时。如果遇到岔路口,手机导航让你向左走,但当地人指引你向右走,请听从当地人的建议。
    • 低估车程时间。 高速公路部分虽然很快,但最后 30 km 的山路所花费的时间会比预期的要长。请按从 Hanoi 出发 3.5 小时来规划时间,而不是 2 小时。
    • 完全跳过 Viet Tri。 这座城市本身虽然不是旅游目的地,但食物很不错,是一个理想的午餐停靠点。

    实用须知

    Thac Cu Thang 最适合作为探索 Phu Tho 西部丘陵的一日游的一部分,可以与参观雄王庙或在乡村慢节奏地骑行摩托车结合起来。它本身并不足以支撑一趟专门的多日游,但作为半天的绕道行程,它是这个大多数游客在前往 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 或 Ha Giang 途中完全忽略的省份里,最值得一去的停靠点之一。
