    Thap Ba(位于芽庄市中心西北约 5 公里处的温泉和泥浴中心)附近的海鲜街,是那种不会出现在酒店礼宾部推荐名单上的地方。这里的价格比 Tran Phu 大道上那些面向游客的餐厅便宜约 30% 到 40%,而且由于翻台率高,食材也更加新鲜,食客几乎全是越南本地人。单凭这一点,通常就是一个好迹象。

    这条街具体在哪里

    海鲜餐厅和街头摊位群沿着 Nguyen Tat Thanh 大道分布,并延伸至 Thap Ba 温泉与 Cai 河入海口之间的短巷中。与其说这是一条单一的街道,不如说它是一个由露天烧烤、塑料凳排档和中型家庭餐厅组成的松散社区,它们都是围绕着泥浴游客的流量发展起来的。从市中心打摩的(Grab-moto)费用约为 35,000–45,000 VND。如果是自驾:沿 Tran Phu 大道向北行驶,经过港口,穿过 Xom Bong 大桥,再继续行驶 1.5 公里即可到达。

    吃什么

    烤贝类 — 默认必点

    “So nuong mo hanh”——烤扇贝配葱油和烤花生——是每张桌子上似乎都会先点的菜。一盘六个的价格在 60,000–80,000 VND 之间,具体取决于大小。接着点一份“ngheu hap xa”(香茅蒸蛤蜊),上菜很快且价格几乎可以忽略不计,通常一大碗只需 50,000–60,000 VND。

    当你看到水箱里有虾蛄(当地称为“bong bong”或“tom tit”)时,非常值得一试。如果你喜欢焦香和辛辣口感,可以要求“nuong muoi ot”(盐烤),而不是清蒸。预算约为每 300 克 120,000–180,000 VND,具体取决于当天的捕捞价格。

    砂锅蟹和蜗牛

    Nguyen Tat Thanh 大道沿线的一些餐厅专门供应“cua rang muoi”(盐焗蟹)和多种做法的“oc”(蜗牛)。“Oc len xao dua”——椰奶炒尖头蜗牛——吃起来虽然有点费劲,但价格便宜,味道确实很棒。两个人在这里可以点上一大桌——螃蟹、蜗牛、烤鱼、米饭,再来两轮 bia hoi——总价在 350,000–500,000 VND 左右,完全不需要刻意省钱。

    烤鱼和 Banh Mi 三明治

    寻找炭火烟雾:小摊位会用香蕉叶包裹整条尖吻鲈和红鲷鱼进行炭烤。将烤鱼与大约下午 6 点到 7 点经过的面包车上买的 banh mi 搭配在一起——摊主会在里面塞入肉酱、黄瓜和腌萝卜,只需 15,000 VND。这虽然不是什么常规搭配,但味道出奇地好。

    泥浴后的用餐逻辑

    Thap Ba 泥浴的场次持续到下午 5 点左右。大多数游客洗完澡后,都会面临在开车回城前吃晚餐的问题。这条街上的餐厅非常了解他们的客群——它们开门很早,大约在下午 4:30 到 5 点,高峰期在晚上 6 点到 8 点之间。下午 5:30 来,你可以随意挑选座位。如果周末晚上 7:30 来,可能就需要排队了。

    傍晚用餐也意味着食材确实新鲜。展出的海鲜大多是当天早上从 Hon Tre 岛附近海域捕捞上来的。而当 Biet Thu 街附近的游客区开始热闹时,那些地方水箱里存放的贝类可能从上午就开始放置了。

    喝什么

    这里的每一张桌子通常都会点瓶装“bia”——330 毫升罐装的 Tiger 或 Saigon 红啤酒,每罐 20,000–25,000 VND。少数地方提供桶装 bia hoi(鲜啤),每杯价格降至 10,000–12,000 VND 左右。如果你在炎热的天气里不想喝酒,“nuoc dua”(新鲜椰子)通常由停在路边的推车售卖——15,000 VND,当场开盖。

    价格水平 — 现实核查

    简单来说:一个单人食客如果吃得不错——扇贝、一碗蛤蜊、半条烤鱼、米饭和两瓶啤酒——总价应在 150,000 到 200,000 VND 之间。一对情侣如果吃得丰盛,加点螃蟹或虾蛄,总价会在 400,000–550,000 VND 左右。这些价格并非背包客的穷游标准;食材质量很高。它们只是按照越南家庭的消费水平定价,而不是酒店餐厅的溢价结构。

    值得注意的几个地方

    这条街没有那种方便记录餐厅名称的英文招牌。请根据门前的海鲜展示柜来判断——水箱里的活物越多,餐厅通常就越火爆,而火爆在这里是新鲜度的良好指标。一个可靠的方法是:在 Thap Ba 和河流之间的街区走一走,找出两三家水箱充足且烧烤炉火热的餐厅,然后选择那些有带小孩的家庭正在用餐的一家。他们对于去哪儿吃饭的选择很少出错。

    位于 Xom Bong 大桥一端的“Quan Oc Thanh Thuy”开业时间很长,当地人都直呼其名。虽然没有英文菜单,但直接指着水箱点菜完全没问题。

    实用贴士

    大多数摊位只收现金;请准备好小额钞票。摩托车停车是非正式的——跟着其他摩托车停放的位置停好,付给管理员 5,000–10,000 VND 即可。如果你打算去 Thap Ba 泥浴,请预订下午 3 点或 4 点的场次,结束后步行去吃晚餐——从温泉大门走到主要的餐厅区只需 10 分钟。
