    简介

    Thon Nam Dam 是 Dao Tien 族的一个小聚落,海拔约 800 米,坐落在喀斯特山峰和梯田之间。随着行政边界的变更,该村庄现在属于 Tuyen Quang 省,尽管在地理和文化上,它仍然属于旅行者印象中 Ha Giang 南部风光的一部分。这里居住着大约 40 户人家,大多数仍保留着传统的草药医学和蓝染工艺。

    2015 年前后,一个社区旅游项目帮助少数几个家庭将他们的高脚屋改造成民宿,这个村庄因此开始受到关注。与一些充满表演性质的少数民族旅游项目不同,Nam Dam 保持了低调——部分原因是进村的道路崎岖不平,足以将旅游大巴拒之门外。

    为什么值得一去

    主要有三个原因:

    1. 草药浴。 这里的 Dao Tien 族人会用几十种从森林里采集的植物来准备药浴。你坐在民宿后面的木盆里,主人则在一口大锅里熬煮树叶。每次泡浴大约需要 100,000–150,000 VND,在连续骑了几天摩托车后,这绝对能让你彻底放松。

    2. 宁静沉浸。 这里没有售票亭,没有大喇叭,也没有成排的纪念品商店。走在房屋之间压实的土路上,看着防水布上晾晒的稻谷,耳边传来的是公鸡的打鸣声,而不是卡拉OK的喧闹。

    3. 徒步探索。 周围的山丘连接着穿过竹林和邻近 Tay 族村落的步道。8–10 km 的半日环线无需向导也能轻松完成,不过民宿主人也可以帮忙安排向导,费用约为 300,000 VND。

    最佳旅行时间

    9 月至 11 月是理想的季节——梯田正由绿转黄,雨水基本停歇,白天温度徘徊在 18–24°C 左右。12 月至次年 2 月天气变冷(夜间有时低于 10°C),但清晨笼罩在山谷上空的薄雾绝对值得你多穿几件衣服去欣赏。

    如果你骑摩托车,请避开 5 月到 8 月中旬;进村的道路会变得湿滑且容易发生山体滑坡。村庄本身不会被淹,但前往那里的路途可能会变成一场你意想不到的冒险。

    如何前往

    从 Ha Giang 镇出发

    Nam Dam 位于 Ha Giang市 以南约 45 km 处。沿着通往 Quan Ba 的公路行驶,然后在 Quan Ba 垭口前岔开——当地人和 Maps.me 都知道这个岔路口。最后 7 km 是一条蜿蜒穿过稻田的狭窄水泥路。骑摩托车总耗时:约 1.5–2 小时,具体取决于你在石灰岩山峰前停下来拍照的次数。

    从 Tuyen Quang 市出发

    这条路线较长——向北约 150 km,大部分在 QL2(2号国道)和省级公路上行驶。骑摩托车或自驾大约需要 4–5 小时。很少有旅行者从这个方向前往,除非他们顺路去 Tan Trao 历史遗迹参观。

    从 Hanoi 出发

    自驾或乘巴士前往 Ha Giang (하장 / 河江 / ハーザン) 镇(乘坐 卧铺巴士 需 6–7 小时,每晚 21:00–22:00 左右从 My Dinh 车站发车,票价 250,000–350,000 VND)。到了 Ha Giang 后,租一辆摩托车(Honda Wave 每天 150,000–200,000 VND),第二天早上骑车前往 Nam Dam。

    游玩体验

    • 泡一次草药浴 —— 最好是在骑行后的傍晚。提前几个小时告诉主人,以便他们准备草药。
    • 徒步村庄环线 —— 一条 2 km 的小路环绕所有房屋,经过一条小溪,一直延伸到山谷上方的观景点。无需门票。
    • 徒步前往邻近村落 —— 向西北方向的步道大约 4 km 即可到达一个 Tay 族村落。请自带饮用水;在返回之前路上没有商店。
    • 学习蓝染 —— 一些民宿主人会提供体验课程,让你将布料浸入他们的靛蓝染缸中。成品效果因人而异(我的第一次尝试看起来像个犯罪现场),但这是这里真正的传统手工艺,而不是为了迎合游客的表演。
    • 赶早市 —— 如果你的时间刚好赶上当地的定期集市(按农历每 5 天一次),你会看到 Dao 族、Tay 族和 Hmong 族的商贩在售卖森林草药、烟草和牲畜。

    餐饮指南

    这里没有餐厅。你需要和民宿家庭一起用餐。饭菜通常包括米饭、自家菜园里的炒青菜、一道猪肉或鸡肉菜肴,以及“thang co”(一种在北部山区少数民族中常见的酸味动物内脏汤)。每顿饭预计花费 80,000–120,000 VND。晚餐时米酒会源源不断地端上来——请量力而行,否则明天的骑行会让你吃尽苦头。

    如果你早上想喝咖啡,请自带咖啡。这里还没有完全普及 越南咖啡 文化;默认的热饮是来自公用保温瓶里的绿茶。

    住宿指南

    村里有四五家民宿在营业。它们都无法通过常规的在线方式预订——你要么提前打电话(主人的越南语仅限于简单的电话交流),要么请 Ha Giang 的青旅帮忙安排,或者直接过去。床铺是铺在共享高脚屋地板上的床垫。包含晚餐和早餐在内,每人每晚的费用为 250,000–350,000 VND。

    推荐住宿:

    • Homestay Ly Tai Ngan —— 最早的社区旅游民宿,面积稍大,后面有独立的浴室。
    • Homestay Phan Thi May —— 位于村庄边缘,环境更安静,从阳台上能看到更好的山谷景色。

    如果你对床上用品比较挑剔,请自带睡袋内胆。民宿提供蚊帐,但可能会有破洞。

    实用提示

    • 仅限现金。 方圆 30 km 内没有 ATM 机。出发前请在 Ha Giang 镇取好现金。
    • 手机信号 时断时续——Viettel 在这里的信号最好。离开城镇前请下载好离线地图。
    • 多带几层衣服。 即使在 10 月,一旦太阳落山,晚上的气温也会骤降。
    • 鞋子很重要。 雨后小路会变得泥泞。轻便的徒步鞋或结实的凉鞋比人字拖好得多。
    • 送礼礼仪。 如果你想给寄宿家庭带点东西,水果或给孩子们的学习用品会很受欢迎。避免给孩子们发糖果——这在其他旅游村落已经引发了问题。

    常见误区

    • 把它当作从 Ha Giang 出发的一日游。 虽然车程很短,但匆匆来去就失去了意义。至少住一晚;两晚才能让你真正放松下来。
    • 期望有 Sapa 级别的基础设施。 这里没有热水淋浴,没有带 Wi-Fi 的咖啡馆,也没有旅游咨询台。但这正是它的魅力所在。
    • 因为看起来简陋而放弃泡药浴。 铁皮棚后面的木盆绝对算不上什么高级水疗,但在山路上骑行了 100 km 后,你的肌肉根本不在乎美观与否。
    • 在赶集日不请自来。 村子很小——如果集市碰巧赶上节假日,床位就会爆满。打个简短的电话(或者请你在 Ha Giang 的住宿方帮忙打)就能避免睡在别人家的厨房地板上。

    结语

    Nam Dam 最适合作为北部大环线上的一个绕道之选——可以将其与 Ha Giang 摩托车环线结合,或者沿着 Tuyen Quang 那些鲜有人涉足的山谷走一条慢节奏路线。它不是一个需要你待上三天的目的地,但它绝对是那种会让你重新思考自己在 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的旅行节奏是否太快的地方。
