    Nui Cac Mac 究竟是什么

    Nui Cac Mac(有时写作 Phia Oac 或与之混淆——它们位于同一山丘地带)是 Cao Bang 省 Nguyen Binh 县的一座石灰岩山峰,最高海拔约 1,930 米。它坐落于 Phia Oac – Phia Den 自然保护区内,这是一片大多数前往越南北部的旅行者从未听说过的山地森林保护区。这座山本身是更广阔的山脊系统的一部分,在这里,亚热带丛林逐渐过渡为长满青苔的云雾林和矮竹林。如果你在 12 月到 2 月之间找准时机,甚至还能在较高的山坡上看到偶尔出现的霜冻甚至降雪。

    为什么旅行者会去

    主要有三个原因。首先是森林。Phia Oac 保护区拥有越南东北部保存最完好的山地森林。你将穿过亚热带阔叶林冠层,接着是披满苔藓和地衣的云雾林,然后是开阔的山脊线,向南可以眺望 Cao Bang 的喀斯特峰林,向北可以饱览中国边境的群山。其次是海拔——近 2,000 米的高度让 Nui Cac Mac 足以与 Sapa 的 Fansipan 相提并论,但这里没有缆车,也没有拥挤的人群。第三是山脚下 Phia Den 和 Tinh Tuc 周边村庄里的 Dao 族和 Tay 族社区。这里的民宿让人感觉仿佛回到了十五年前的 Sapa。

    最佳游览时间

    9 月到 11 月是理想的季节。夏季的降雨在 9 月中旬逐渐减少,步道变得干燥,森林的树冠也开始变色。10 月的早晨晴朗,夜晚凉爽(在海拔约 1,200m 的步道起点处气温为 10–15°C,山顶会更冷)。11 月可能会有晨雾,但依然适合徒步。

    12 月到 2 月会吸引希望看雪的越南本地游客——确实会下雪,每年冬天大概有几天,但难以预测,且步道会变得湿滑。3 月和 4 月天气不错,但雾霾较重。尽量避开 6 月到 8 月:步道会变成泥潭,水蛭非常猖獗,而且山顶的能见度几乎为零。

    如何前往

    最近的主要交通枢纽是 Cao Bang 市,位于 Phia Den 地区东南约 85 km 处。

    从 Hanoi 到 Cao Bang: 从 My Dinh 汽车站乘坐卧铺巴士。有几家客运公司提供夜班车(晚上 8–9 点左右出发),凌晨 4–5 点到达 Cao Bang 市。票价在 250,000–350,000 VND 之间。另外,白天的高速巴士大约需要 7–8 小时。如果自己骑摩托车经 3 号公路穿过 Bac Kan,需要一整天的时间,但沿途穿梭于石灰岩山谷之间的风景非常壮观。

    从 Cao Bang 市到 Phia Den / Nui Cac Mac: 乘坐当地公交或 xe khach 前往 Nguyen Binh 县(约 2 小时,60,000–80,000 VND)。从 Nguyen Binh 镇出发,你需要乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)完成最后 20 km 的路程前往 Phia Den 或 Tinh Tuc——预计花费 100,000–150,000 VND。如果你自己骑摩托车,从 Nguyen Binh 到 Phia Den 的道路是铺砌过的,但很陡峭,雨后会有一些松散的碎石路段。

    游玩项目

    登顶徒步

    重头戏。标准路线从 Phia Den 附近出发,爬升约 700 米,全程 5–7 km(取决于具体路线)。上山预留 4–5 小时,下山 3 小时。在海拔较低的路段,你并不严格需要向导,但在 1,600 米以上,步道变得支离破碎,云层也会迅速涌来——通过民宿雇佣一位当地的 Dao 族向导是明智之举,一天的费用通常为 400,000–500,000 VND。他们还会为你指出那些你可能会直接错过的药用植物和兰花品种。

    Phia Oac 银矿遗址

    殖民时期,法国人在 Tinh Tuc 周围经营银矿和锌矿。旧矿井和加工基础设施至今仍部分可见——摇摇欲坠的石墙、生锈的机器、杂草丛生的铁轨。从 Tinh Tuc 镇步行 30 分钟即可到达。没有门票,没有指示牌,也没有其他游客。如果你想钻进浅隧道里一探究竟,请带上头灯。

    Phia Den 少数民族村落漫步

    Phia Den 周围的红 Dao 族家庭仍在从事靛蓝染色和银饰制作。花一个上午在各个农户之间漫步——如果看中什么可以直接购买,小件银饰大约 150,000–300,000 VND——这比越南北部其他地方的大多数“民族村”旅游要真实得多。

    Ban Viet 瀑布绕行路线

    距离 Phia Den 约 8 km 处,有一条带标记的步道向下延伸至茂密森林中的一系列小瀑布。这不是一个专门的瀑布景点,但如果你在尝试登顶之间有休息日,或者在等待好天气,这是一个不错的半日游补充行程。

    附近就餐指南

    Tinh Tuc 和 Phia Den 都很小——只能期待民宿餐食或简单的 com binh dan(平民饭菜)店,而不是正规餐厅。值得一试的当地特色菜是“thang co”,这是一种酸味内脏火锅,Dao 族和 Hmong 族社区用马肉或水牛肉、香草和豆蔻制作而成。这种口味需要慢慢适应,但在寒冷的登顶日之后,它确实能让人感到温暖。你还可以在 Nguyen Binh 镇的早餐摊上找到“Pho”——简单但地道,大约 30,000–40,000 VND 一碗。在上山之前,请在 Cao Bang 市或 Nguyen Binh 囤好零食和水。

    住宿指南

    Phia Den 周围的民宿是主要选择。房间设施比较基础——地铺床垫、共用浴室、保暖的毯子——每晚 150,000–250,000 VND,包含餐食。Tinh Tuc 的几家客栈提供带热水淋浴的单间,价格为 300,000–400,000 VND。这里没有酒店基础设施。如果你追求舒适,可以住在 Cao Bang 市(不错的酒店每晚 400,000–600,000 VND)并进行一日游,但这会让登顶当天的行程变得非常漫长。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 多穿几层。 即使在 10 月,加上风寒效应,山顶气温也可能降至 10°C 以下。带上一件合适的夹克,而不仅仅是连帽衫。
    • 携带现金。 Phia Den 或 Tinh Tuc 没有 ATM 机。最近的 ATM 机在 Nguyen Binh 镇,而且不一定总有现金。请在 Cao Bang 市取好钱。
    • 在镇上把电充满。 民宿的电力可能不稳定。带上充电宝。
    • 尽早出发。 山顶通常在上午 10–11 点开始积云。凌晨 5:30 从 Phia Den 出发,能让你有最大机会看到清晰的景色。
    • 在 Nguyen Binh 给摩托车加油。 Nguyen Binh 和 Phia Den 之间没有加油站。

    避免踩坑

    • 雨季毫无计划地前往。 这里的步道不是铺有木板的维护良好的小径——它们是山路。大雨过后,有些路段会变得非常危险。
    • 低估了从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 出发的距离。 这至少是一趟为期两天的旅行。有些人试图在 48 小时内乘巴士抵达、登顶并乘巴士返回,结果弄得筋疲力尽、匆匆忙忙。请留出三天的时间。
    • 错过 Nguyen Binh 市场。 Nguyen Binh 镇的周日早市是 Dao 族、Tay 族和 Nung 族社区交易农产品、牲畜和纺织品的地方。如果你的行程刚好赶上,非常值得在清晨去逛逛。

    实用须知

    Nui Cac Mac 属于那种会回馈那些不需要别人安排好一切的旅行者的地方。这座山是真正的徒步旅行,村庄是真正的村庄,而且该地区在很大程度上仍未被外国游客涉足。将其与 Ban Gioc 瀑布(位于 Cao Bang 市东北 90 km 处)结合起来,在这个越南最被低估的省份之一完成一趟超值的环线之旅。
