    700多年来,Yen Tu 山一直是越南禅宗佛教的中心。Truc Lam Yen Tu 寺庙群蜿蜒分布在 Quang Ninh 省的山坡与山顶上,位于 Hanoi 以东约 130 km 处。无论你是为了探寻历史、徒步登山,还是仅仅为了逃离低地的潮湿,这里都是该国最重要的宗教圣地之一——而且它绝对名副其实。

    在 Yen Tu 节期间(大约在农历一月到三月),成千上万的朝圣者蜂拥而至,这让山路感觉像是一条缓慢移动的长队。而在节日旺季之外,这里的吸引力则截然不同:在茂密的森林中进行一场严肃的徒步攀登,沿途的寺庙随着海拔升高变得越来越古老和宁静,在晴朗的日子里,还能俯瞰向 Ha Long Bay 延伸的东北海岸美景。这是一次需要体力且引人深思的一日游——绝不是走马观花的拍照打卡地。

    最佳游玩时间

    Yen Tu 节的举办时间为农历正月初十至三月底(通常是1月下旬至4月)。这是该遗址文化气息最浓厚的时候——到处都是缭绕的香烟、诵经声和熙熙攘攘的人群。这也是最拥挤的时候,尤其是在周末。

    如果想体验更宁静的氛围,请在9月至11月之间前往。此时酷暑已消退,降雨逐渐减少,你甚至可能独享长长的高海拔步道。请避开7月和8月:此时步道会变得湿滑,还会出现水蛭,午后的暴风雨也来势汹汹。

    如何前往

    从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 出发,最实用的路线是沿着 Hanoi–Hai Phong 高速公路向东行驶,然后向北折向 Uong Bi 市。开车或骑摩托车的总车程约为 2.5 小时(130 km)。从 Hanoi 市中心乘坐 Grab 汽车单程大约需要 1,200,000–1,500,000 VND,因此与他人拼车非常划算。

    或者,你可以从 My Dinh 或 Gia Lam 车站乘坐巴士前往 Uong Bi(约 100,000–120,000 VND,2.5–3 小时)。从 Uong Bi 到 Yen Tu 售票处有 15 km 的距离——乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)大约需要 50,000–80,000 VND。

    如果你已经在 Ha Long Bay (하롱베이 / 下龙湾 / ハロン湾),车程会更短:向西约 50 km,开车大约需要一小时。

    徒步全程前往 Dong Pagoda

    从山脚到山顶的完整步道单程约 6 km,海拔爬升约 1,000 m。上山需预留 3–4 小时,下山需 2–3 小时。大部分路段铺有路面或台阶,但最后冲刺前往 Dong Pagoda 的路段陡峭且狭窄。请穿合适的鞋子——穿人字拖很容易扭伤脚踝。

    乘坐缆车越过中段

    缆车覆盖了山上最陡峭的中段,从 Giai Oan Pagoda 区域一直到 Hoa Yen Pagoda 区域。往返票价约为 200,000–300,000 VND(价格随季节变化)。这能省去最艰难的攀登,但也会错过一些最美的森林路段。一个合理的折中方案是:坐缆车上山,徒步下山。

    参观 Hoa Yen Pagoda

    Hoa Yen 海拔约 500 m,是山上最大、最活跃的寺庙。这里是 Tran Nhan Tong 度过其大部分僧侣生涯的地方。庭院里有古树、石碑,通常还能看到几位僧侣在进行日常活动。这里是整个建筑群的情感中心——甚至比山顶更具感染力。

    住宿推荐

    大多数游客将 Yen Tu 作为从 Hanoi 或 Ha Long Bay 出发的一日游目的地。但如果你想尽早开始徒步(推荐——人少且空气凉爽),Uong Bi 有价格在每晚 250,000–400,000 VND 的经济型酒店。靠近山脉入口的 Legacy Yen Tu 度假村则属于较高档次,价格约为 1,500,000–3,000,000 VND,并包含一个独立的寺庙区和温泉。

    Ha Long Bay 的住宿地点距离这里 50 km,让你有机会将 Yen Tu 之行与海湾游结合起来。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 自带饮用水。沿途小贩的收费是山脚下的两倍,而山顶小卖部的价格甚至更高。
    • 尽早出发——最好在早上 7:00 之前。缆车在节日旺季大约在早上 6:00–6:30 开放,淡季会晚一些。
    • 景区门票约为每位成人 40,000 VND。缆车票需另购。

    • 在 Tet(春节)或 Yen Tu 节的周末前往,却没有做好应对节日级别拥挤人群的心理准备。在1月到3月期间,步道上甚至会出现名副其实的“交通堵塞”。
    • 低估了徒步的难度。6 km 的距离听起来很短,但全程都是上坡路。体能一般的人应该预留一整天的时间。
    • 错过支线步道。通往山顶的主路人满为患,但绕道前往佛塔和较小寺庙的路段,才能让你感受到这座山原本应有的模样——一个宁静的避风港。

    实用提示

    Yen Tu 非常适合与 Ha Long Bay 之行搭配——两者距离很近,可以组合成从 Hanoi 出发的两到三天的行程。如果你看重独处的宁静,请在节日旺季之外前来。并且请认真对待这段徒步之旅:这座山的盛名,是你一步一个脚印丈量出来的。
