    越南的污染季究竟在何时

    Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)的空气质量问题具有季节性和极强的地域性。如果您在11月至次年2月期间来访,尤其是在Hanoi和红河三角洲(Red River Delta)地区,您会明显看到雾霾。到了夏季(5月至9月),大多数城市的空气都会变得清新。春季(3月至4月)的情况好坏参半;而秋季(10月)随着北部地区农业焚烧的增加,空气质量开始恶化。

    越南采用美国环境保护署(EPA)的空气质量指数标准(0–500+)。您会在当地的应用程序和网站上看到以下分级:

    • 0–50(绿色): 优。无需佩戴口罩。
    • 51–100(黄色): 良。敏感人群(儿童、老人、哮喘患者)可能会有不适感;其他人无感。
    • 101–150(橙色): 轻度污染(对敏感人群不健康)。大多数游客不会注意到;哮喘患者应考虑佩戴口罩。
    • 151–200(红色): 中度污染。肉眼可见雾霾。如果要在户外待上几个小时,建议佩戴N95口罩。
    • 201–300(紫色): 重度污染。必须佩戴口罩;建议留在室内或减少户外活动时间。
    • 300+(褐红色): 严重污染。避免户外活动。留在室内并关好门窗。

    在空气糟糕的日子里,Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)的AQI可能会在上午十点左右飙升至200以上。而Saigon则很少超过150。

    各城市空气质量详解

    Hanoi

    整体情况最差。红河三角洲及其周边的燃煤电厂、庞大的交通流量(超过900万辆摩托车)以及容易积聚污染物的地理环境,使Hanoi成为污染重灾区。12月至次年2月的AQI经常达到150–250。如果您在冬季前往,请务必查看每日预报。早晨的情况通常比下午更糟(污染物尚未消散)。在橙色或红色污染预警的日子里,请避免晨跑或长时间的户外游览。

    Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)

    口罩的选择与使用

    只有N95或KN95口罩才值得一戴。外科口罩和布口罩对颗粒物污染几乎起不到任何作用(它们只能阻挡大飞沫,无法过滤细小的PM2.5颗粒)。在Pharmacity或Mediplus等药店,一盒50只装的KN95口罩售价约为80,000–120,000 VND(约合3.20–4.80美元)。3M和韩国LG Airmask等品牌随处可见。

    不要买太多——如果您在Hanoi待一周,且AQI处于中等水平,您可能只需要用2–3个口罩。按需购买即可,没必要从家里塞满一行李箱带过来。

    何时佩戴

    在以下情况请佩戴口罩:

    • AQI达到150以上,且您需要在户外停留2小时以上。
    • AQI在100–150之间,且您患有哮喘、心脏病,或者年龄在5岁以下或65岁以上。
    • 在橙色或红色污染预警的日子里,您正在骑行、跑步或进行剧烈的户外运动。

    在以下情况无需佩戴口罩:

    • AQI低于100(在闷热潮湿的环境下戴口罩既过度谨慎又让人难受)。
    • 您身处空气清新的室内(如咖啡馆、通风良好的酒店)。

    • IQAir(iqair.com或手机应用):在越南最全面好用。提供50多个越南城市的实时AQI,包括未来7天的预报。免费且准确。
    • AirVisual(IQAir旗下):数据相同,界面更简洁。
    • Google Maps:在搜索栏输入“air quality(空气质量)”,即可查看各街区的实时AQI。
    • 越南新闻网站:VnExpress和Thanh Nien有时会在冬季发布每日AQI警报。

    每天早晨规划行程前先查一下数据。如果达到橙色或以上级别,请调整您的行程——去参观博物馆、泡咖啡馆或逛有空调的商场,尽量避开老城区(Old Quarter)徒步游等露天活动。

    实用的日常习惯
