    机场里卖的都是那几个包装千篇一律的品牌,建议直接略过。真正的好东西往往藏在市场摊位、专卖店和地方烘焙坊里,而且价格通常只有免税店的一小部分。以下是值得寻找的美味。

    Keo Dua — 槟椥省椰子糖

    “Keo dua”是几乎每个人从湄公河三角洲(Mekong Delta)回来时都会带的伴手礼,它确实名副其实。最正宗的产自槟椥省(Ben Tre):这种长方形的糖果口感软糯、略带粘性,由椰奶和麦芽糖制成,通常包裹在可食用的米纸里。口味远不止原味一种——还有斑斓叶、榴莲、菠萝蜜、巧克力,以及味道非常惊艳的姜味椰子糖。

    Banh Dau Xanh — 海阳省绿豆糕

    “Banh dau xanh”是一种小巧、紧实的方块糕点,几乎完全由绿豆粉和糖制成,有时会压制成花朵形状。最经典的版本产自海阳省(Hai Duong),该省位于Hanoi以东约60公里处,当地人对这种糕点非常讲究。认准绿色铁盒包装的Bao Hien品牌,它在河内各地和内排机场(Noi Bai airport)都有售。一盒20–24块装的价格约为120,000–160,000 VND。

    它们口感干爽、保质期长且包装扁平,非常便于携带。味道清淡——微甜且带有淡淡的豆香——非常适合搭配Vietnamese coffee或lotus tea。它们无需特殊处理就能经受长途飞行,是实用伴手礼清单上的首选。

    Cha Bong — 猪肉松或鸡肉松

    “Cha bong”(在北部也称为ruoc)是一种脱水肉松——通常是猪肉,有时是鸡肉或鱼肉——用鱼露和糖慢火熬煮,直到变成近乎粉末状且带有微焦香气。它常被撒在粥上,塞进banh mi里,或者直接当零食吃。

    Mut — 果蔬蜜饯

    “Mut”与Tet(春节)联系最为紧密,届时它们会装在漆盒里作为礼物出现:姜糖、莲子、椰条、金桔、胡萝卜、冬瓜和罗望子,每一种都分别用糖熬煮并干燥至不同程度的粘度。

    在春节(1月下旬或2月上旬)以外的时间,蜜饯在专卖店里全年都有售——特别是在河内(Hanoi)老城区的Hang Duong街,这里几代以来一直是该市的干货蜜饯街。品质参差不齐。姜糖和莲子蜜饯通常保质期最长,且甜度适中。一盒300克的混合装价格约为80,000–150,000 VND。避开旅游商店里那些颜色过于鲜艳的品种;色素对味道没有任何提升。

    Banh Trang — 芝麻米饼

    这是一种薄而脆的米饼,上面撒有芝麻,有时还会加入虾米或葱花,通过烘烤或晒干制成。西宁省(Tay Ninh)和平定省(Binh Dinh)产的被认为是最好的。在南方的市场上,你会看到它们被叠成高高的圆柱状。

    它们很便宜——一捆大约20,000–40,000 VND——而且很轻。唯一的缺点是易碎:打包时请放在行李箱中间,周围用衣物包裹,或者直接购买盒装版本。它们几乎不含水分,所以不用担心变质。

    Hat Dieu — 平福省腰果

    越南(Vietnam)是世界上最大的腰果出口国之一,市场上销售的国产腰果品质极佳——有盐焗、辣味或混合香料口味。平福省(Binh Phuoc)的标签是品质的保证。在滨城市场(Ben Thanh Market)或任何超市,500克的价格约为150,000–250,000 VND,这比你在国内买要便宜得多。

    真空包装袋是旅行携带的最佳选择。市场上的散装腰果在当地吃很好,但放在行李中容易变潮或变软。

    避坑指南

    以下几样东西听起来不错,但并不适合带回家:

    Banh chung(粽子)——用芭蕉叶包裹的糯米糕。这是春节期间非常有意义的食物,但保质期很短(不冷藏只能放三到五天),而且大多数国家的海关都会将其没收。

    高水分的鲜果糖和果冻。那种从大玻璃罐里散装售卖的看起来很诱人,但很容易发霉或粘在一起。除非你能在几天内吃完,否则别买。

    任何榴莲味的零食——虽然携带合法,但你肯定知道为什么人们在封闭空间里会避开它。

    实用小贴士

    如果想一次性买齐,河内的同春市场(Dong Xuan Market)和西贡的滨城市场(Ben Thanh Market)都有专门的干货区,价格极具竞争力。如果你途经岘港(Da Nang)或顺化(Hue),可以寻找像“banh dua”(烤芝麻椰子饼)这样的地方特色小吃,这些在南北部并不常见。在打包肉类或植物类产品之前,请务必查看您所在国家的生物安全规定——为了这点零食被罚款可不划算。
