    干虾米与虾酱

    这是为那些想要深入钻研烹饪的人准备的。“Tom kho”(干虾米)和“mam tom”(发酵虾酱)出现在从 pho 汤底到 banh xeo 蘸料的各种菜肴中。干虾米易于保存和携带——在任何菜市场买一小袋密封包装,价格约 20,000–40,000 VND。Mam tom 由于气味浓烈且呈膏状,运输起来比较麻烦,但如果你胆子够大,用密封塑料罐装好放在托运行李中是没有问题的。

    在 Hanoi 的 Dong Xuan 市场,一袋 200 克的八角价格约为 40,000–60,000 VND。同样的数量在欧洲超市价格要贵三倍,而且货架陈放时间更长。

    莲花茶与花草茶

    “Tra sen”(莲花茶)口感细腻,是地道的越南特产——将绿茶茶叶与莲花雄蕊混合放置一夜,反复多次,使茶吸收花香。你在国外买不到真正的版本。Hanoi 老城区或 Hue 的正规茶店里,小礼盒装的莲花茶价格在 80,000–250,000 VND 不等,视等级而定。这是一种比漆器碗更有意义的礼物。

    不必费心的东西

    有些东西不值得占用行李空间。新鲜的柠檬草和青柠叶很快就会枯萎,而且可能会在海关被没收。发酵豆腐(“chao”)是一种口味独特的食物,且不便携带。在 Ben Thanh 市场附近的旅游商店出售的预制 banh mi 调料包,价格是超市的三倍,而且大多是味精加品牌包装。

    购买地点

    • 超市 (Winmart, Co.opmart, Lotte Mart):质量稳定,密封包装,购物方便
    • 菜市场 (Saigon 的 Ben Thanh, Hanoi 的 Dong Xuan, Da Nang 的 Han Market):更便宜,选择更多,请带好现金
    • 专业茶店:Hanoi 老城区 Hang Gai 街附近购买莲花茶
    • Phu Quoc:如果你路过,可以直接从工厂店购买鱼露

    实用建议

    在将鱼露或酱料放入随身行李前,请检查航空公司的液体限制——通常限制为 100 毫升。此处列出的大多数物品均为干货,在美国、欧盟或澳大利亚不会遇到海关问题,但新鲜植物通常是禁止入境的。为市场购物额外预留 200,000–400,000 VND 的预算,你回家后将拥有一个真正能改变你烹饪方式的储藏室。
