Zalo 是越南（Vietnam）最主流的通讯软件。如果你在抵达前没有安装它，那么你可能会在第一天感到困惑：为什么你发给民宿的 WhatsApp 消息总是石沉大海？
Zalo 由越南科技公司 VNG 开发，在全国拥有超过 7500 万活跃用户。对于绝大多数越南人来说——无论是你的酒店前台、Sapa 的民宿房东、Hoi An 的旅游运营商，还是接受订单的街头小贩——Zalo 都是首选。它与越南手机号绑定，功能类似于 WhatsApp 和 Facebook Messenger 的结合体，支持免费语音通话、群聊和社交动态发布。

Zalo 是免费的，支持 iOS 和 Android 系统，注册需要手机号码。你有两种选择：
注册完成后，直接在 Zalo 的搜索栏中输入酒店或旅游运营商的电话号码——大多数拥有越南号码的企业都会关联一个 Zalo 账号。
预订 Mai Chau 或 Ha Giang 的民宿：通过电子邮件或 WhatsApp 发送的消息可能几天都收不到回复。尝试使用 Zalo，响应时间通常会缩短至几分钟。
协调私家车或摩托车司机：司机几乎全都使用 Zalo。你可以通过应用内的地图功能分享接送点。
联系餐厅预订：Hanoi 或 Saigon 的大型餐厅可能会查看 Instagram 私信或邮件，但对于中档本地餐厅，Zalo 或直接电话是唯一有效的沟通渠道。
