    Yen Bai City:河畔大本营

    清晨时分,当当地人还在钓鱼和晨练时,不妨去水岸边散散步。河畔长廊正在重建,那里有几家咖啡馆,你可以坐下来喝杯咖啡,静静地欣赏河景。主市场(Cho Yen Bai)在市中心附近蔓延开来——喧闹、杂乱,却无比真实。如果你想看看北部省份小镇居民的真实生活,可以在这里逛上 30 分钟。

    在这里住上一晚。去市场附近的摊位吃一份“com tam”(烤肉碎米饭)。至于城里那几个寥寥无几的旅游景点,直接跳过吧——它们实在没什么记忆点。

    Phuc Yen:茶乡

    Phuc Yen 县位于 Yen Bai City 以南约 30 km 处,坐落在一个盛产茶叶的高原上。Yen Bai 的品牌声誉正是源于此地——该省出产越南北部最顶级的绿茶。

    租一辆摩托车,沿着蜿蜒的道路穿行于茶园之间。山丘上满是一排排的茶树,空气中弥漫着清新浓郁的绿意。在茶园停下脚步(大多数茶园没有正式名称——只需向当地人打听“nong trai che”),问问是否可以旁观或帮忙采茶。有些茶农会直接在铁锅里为你煮新鲜采摘的茶叶,那味道与包装好的茶叶截然不同。

    这里的风景宁静而翠绿。你会路过 Tay 族家庭居住的木制高脚屋村落。没有拥挤的人群,也没有旅行团。如果你喜欢茶,这里绝对是纯正的体验。

    Mu Cang Chai:梯田风光,比 Sapa 更轻松

    Mu Cang Chai 县位于 Yen Bai City 以北约 60 km 处,以雕刻在山丘上的壮丽梯田而闻名。你可以把它看作是避开 Sapa 徒步人潮的冷门替代之选。

    梯田呈同心圆状顺着山坡蜿蜒而下,在 9 月和 10 月收割前夕,稻穗金黄,是拍照的最佳时机。这里的商业气息不如 Sapa 浓厚——民宿更少,旅游大巴更少,取而代之的是更多的黄牛和水牛。

    你可以雇佣一名当地向导(在 Yen Bai City 的客栈询问即可),或者独自在梯田间徒步。一次充实的一日徒步可以带你穿过 Hmong 和 Tay 族家庭居住的村庄,路过小溪,走过正在耕作的农田。这里的海拔比 Sapa 更平缓(约 1,000–1,200 m),所以即使你不是经验丰富的徒步旅行者,也能轻松驾驭。

    带上水,穿上结实的鞋子,尽早出发。毕竟早晨的光线也是最美的。

    Thac Bat:森林中的瀑布

    Thac Bat(Bat 瀑布)是 Yen Bai City 东北约 40 km 处的一个小型瀑布,隐藏在石灰岩森林中。大多数旅游指南上都找不到这个地标。

    如果你有自己的交通工具,这是一次很棒的半日游。

    Tay 族村落与民宿

    Yen Bai 各处散落着 Tay 族(该省最大的少数民族)的村落。与 Sapa 或西北部一些“民族旅游”项目不同,这些村落仍然是正常运转的社区,而不是露天博物馆。

    可以通过 Yen Bai City 的客栈安排一次民宿体验(每晚约 200,000–300,000 VND)。你将住在木制高脚屋里,吃着家常菜,和当地家庭共度时光。这家人可能会带你去他们的花园、稻田或茶园。这里没有剧本式的“体验项目”——仅仅是与生活在那里的人们同住。

    这比有组织的村落游少了很多刻意安排的痕迹。你和这家人一起起床,吃他们吃的食物,看着他们如何度过普通的一天。

    Van Yen:古老的殖民采矿小镇

    位于 Yen Bai City 以西的 Van Yen 县有着一段奇特的殖民历史。在法国统治时期,这里曾是锡矿开采中心,至今仍保留着一些遗迹。

    小镇本身宁静且欠发达。这里有年久失修的法国老建筑、蜿蜒的街道,弥漫着一种忧郁的气息。如果你对殖民历史和废墟感感兴趣,这里会很有意思,但除了氛围之外,别抱太多期望。附近的乡村绿意盎然、丘陵起伏——非常适合骑摩托车或自行车慢游。

    哪些地方可以跳过

    Yen Bai 的旅游局推出了一些人造景点:主题公园、水泥砌成的“观景台”以及人造民族村。直接跳过它们。Yen Bai 的价值在于它的平凡——未经包装的风景、真实的社区,以及穿行在越南北部时,那种没有 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 旅游基础设施的纯粹感。

    如果你的行程非常紧张(少于 2 天),也建议跳过这里。它不是一个适合走马观花的目的地。你需要时间慢下来。

    如何前往

    Yen Bai City 位于 Hanoi 以北约 140 km 处,开车或乘坐小巴大约需要 3–4 小时。Hanoi 的 Giap Bat 车站有定期发车的小巴(票价约 150,000 VND)。如果你从 Sapa 出发,Yen Bai 大致位于南下的路线上——你可以在这里歇脚,打破 8 小时的漫长旅程。

    抵达 Yen Bai City 后,可以租一辆摩托车(每天约 100,000–150,000 VND)或雇一名司机。路况不错,但在山区会比较蜿蜒。

    实用提示

    Yen Bai 在冬季(11 月至次年 2 月)可能会寒冷潮湿。春季和秋季是最佳游玩时间。在旺季(9 月至 10 月)期间,请提前一两天预订 Yen Bai City 的住宿。带足现金——这里的 ATM 机有限。当地人很少说英语;翻译软件会很有帮助。这个省份对独自旅行者来说非常安全且热情好客。
