    必吃美食

    Com tam(碎米饭)是这里最基本的早餐和午餐。摊贩们坐在街角的塑料小板凳上售卖,每碗大约 25,000–35,000 VND。建议搭配“ca roti”(烤鱼)、煎蛋和腌菜一起吃。米粒是故意弄碎的(碾米过程的副产品),这使得它们比完整的米粒更黏,也更容易吸收汤汁。

    Bun oc(螺蛳米粉)是 Nam Dinh 的招牌菜。小淡水螺在加入虾酱和香料的高汤中慢炖,浇在细米粉上,再配以新鲜香草和炸红葱头。一碗的价格在 30,000–45,000 VND 之间。如果煮得太久,螺肉会变得难嚼;最好早点去(上午 9 点前),那时螺肉还很嫩。Tran Hung Dao 街上老市场(Cho Lon)附近的任何摊位都有卖。

    Cha ca(姜黄莳萝鱼饼)是 Hanoi 鱼饼的“表亲”,口味更清淡,名气也稍逊一筹。Nam Dinh 的做法省去了浓重的酱汁,让姜黄和新鲜莳萝的味道占据主导。你会发现许多摊位出售做好的鱼饼,每份 40,000–60,000 VND;可以烤着吃,也可以炸着吃。这里没有哪家店是绝对出名的——在任何市场附近随便问问当地人就行。

    猪肉蘑菇馅的 Banh cuon(卷筒粉)通常在早上 6–8 点于 Pho Hoa 寺庙外的手推车上售卖,价格为 20,000–25,000 VND。它们配有清淡的蘸酱,趁热吃味道最好。上午 9 点以后就卖光了。

    Bun rieu(蟹肉番茄米粉汤)在 Nam Dinh 随处可见,而且这里的味道比北方更浓郁——当地摊贩使用更多的蟹膏和新鲜蟹肉,而不仅仅是蟹粉。一碗的价格是 35,000–50,000 VND。高汤才是灵魂,米粉只是配角。

    搭配烤鱼和米饭的 Mam tom 是你在家庭餐桌上吃到的美味,而不是在游客餐厅里。让民宿老板给你指一家附近简单的“com”摊(米饭铺)。30,000–40,000 VND 就能吃上一顿丰盛的饭菜(米饭、鱼、蔬菜、虾酱、汤)。这种气味本身就是体验的一部分。

    当地人去哪吃

    避开 Tran Hung Dao 街和 Ly Thai To 街周围的游客餐厅。它们虽然吃着放心,但味道平淡无奇。

    Cho Lon(老市场) 是 Nam Dinh 美食的核心地带。这里黎明时分开市,早餐时段到上午 10 点左右结束;摊贩们会在上午 11 点到下午 2 点回来供应午餐。建议早上前往。做好心理准备:拥挤的人群、塑料小板凳、没有英文菜单,也没有游客。这里虽然喧闹混乱,但绝对物超所值。里面的大多数摊位每顿饭花费在 20,000–40,000 VND。

    Van Mieu 街(靠近 Van Mieu 塔)有一排简朴的鱼饭摊。这些都是街坊邻居一家人日常就餐的地方。没有招牌,没有多余的装饰,也没有明码标价——你只需指着你想要的食物,他们就会告诉你价格(通常很实在)。建议在上午 11 点到下午 1 点之间前往。

    Pho Hao 巷(Ly Thai To 和 Tran Hung Dao 之间的一条狭窄小巷)有五六个摊位出售地方特色汤粉。这是一个游客很少能找到的纯本地人区域。价格在 30,000–40,000 VND 之间。可以在酒店问路;这个地方很容易错过。

    夜市 下午 5 点左右在中央邮局(Tran Hung Dao 和 Ly Thai To 交叉口)附近开市。你会发现烤鱼、内脏串、糯米饭和各种饮料。一顿配啤酒的丰盛晚餐大约需要 60,000–100,000 VND。这里虽然靠近游客区,但仍以当地人为主。建议晚上 6 点以后去。

    咖啡与饮品

    Nam Dinh 的咖啡是标准的越南“ca phe sua da”(加了甜炼乳的冰咖啡),在小摊上售卖,价格为 15,000–20,000 VND。这里没有精品咖啡文化。如果你想喝优质的浓缩咖啡,那你来错城市了。

    啤酒无处不在。Bia Sai Gon 和 Bia Ha Noi 占据主导地位。在小酒吧里,一杯生啤“bia hoi”(鲜啤酒)的价格为 10,000–15,000 VND。卖啤酒和烤内脏的街头摊位在黄昏时分开门。两人喝几杯啤酒吃点小吃的花费大约在 100,000–150,000 VND。

    消费预期

    • 街头摊位餐(米饭、鱼、汤):25,000–50,000 VND
    • 汤粉(bun rieu、bun oc):30,000–50,000 VND
    • 烤鱼(整条):100,000–200,000 VND
    • 市场早餐(com tam 及其配菜):40,000–60,000 VND
    • 啤酒(每杯 bia hoi):10,000–15,000 VND

    这里没有值得你花时间去的高档餐厅。Nam Dinh 美食的价值在于分量和地道,而不是用餐氛围。

    避坑指南

    中午之后不要在街头摊位吃鱼——高温会让鱼很快变质,而且冷藏设备也很少。尽量在早晨和晚上吃。

    避开 Tran Hung Dao 街上那些带有塑封照片和英文菜单的“游客”餐厅。它们价格昂贵(每道菜 60,000–100,000 VND)且毫无风味。食物大多是重新加热过的,味道也大打折扣。

    不要点那些你看不见制作过程的海鲜。Nam Dinh 靠近河流和海岸,地理位置优越,但在无证摊位上食品安全无法得到保证。尽量选择客流量大、食材周转快的繁忙摊位。

    Mam tom 的评价两极分化。如果你第一次闻到就不喜欢它的气味,那么吃一顿也不会让你爱上它。如果不适合你的口味,直接跳过就好;这里还有很多其他好吃的。

    实用提示

    大多数摊贩不会说英语。学几个基本的食物词汇,或者在手机上使用谷歌翻译。带上零钱——许多摊位找不开大额纸币。吃饭要趁早(早餐在上午 8:30 前,午餐在下午 1:30 前);大多数摊贩在高峰期过后就会收摊。Nam Dinh 最适合作为从 Hanoi 出发的一日游目的地,或者去下龙湾途中的中转站;如果在这里过夜,你可以享受到宁静的晚餐和没有游客拥挤的夜市。

    这座城市没有专门为游客提供的美食之旅或导游服务。这没关系。问问当地人,逛逛市场,指指食物,然后大快朵颐。这种方式绝对行得通。
