    Ao Ba Om 就是那种拍出来不算特别惊艳,但却比大多数明信片风景更能让你久久难忘的地方。这是一座古老的方形池塘,四周环绕着粗壮的古树,位于曾经的 Tra Vinh 省——如今已并入湄公河三角洲(Mekong Delta)的 Vinh Long 省 (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)。如果你正好路过南部,并且想找一个比常规水上市场路线更清幽的地方,这里绝对值得你绕道一游。

    它的背景与重要性

    Ao Ba Om(字面意思是“Ba Om 池塘”)是一个巨大的长方形池塘,大约 300 米宽、500 米长,据信是几个世纪前当地高棉社区手工挖掘而成的。大多数当地人会告诉你一个关于男女挖池塘比赛的起源故事——女人们用一颗假启明星欺骗了男人们,从而赢得了比赛,这个池塘也因此以一位名叫 Ba Om 的女人的名字命名。这虽然只是一个民间传说,但它能让你感受到这个地方与当地高棉文化的交融有多么深厚。

    如何前往

    Ao Ba Om 位于旧 Tra Vinh 镇中心以南约 5 km 处,该镇现已成为扩建后的 Vinh Long 省的一个区。

    从 Can Tho 出发: 这是最常见的出发点。从 Can Tho 的中心汽车站有开往 Tra Vinh 镇的巴士,车程约 2.5 小时,票价约为 80,000–100,000 VND。从 Tra Vinh 镇乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)或 Grab 前往 Ao Ba Om 大约需要 15,000–25,000 VND。

    从 Saigon 出发: 从 Mien Tay 汽车站有直达 Tra Vinh 的巴士,车程约 3.5–4 小时,票价视客运公司而定,在 120,000–160,000 VND 之间。Phuong Trang (FUTA) 定期运营这条路线。

    骑摩托车: 如果你骑车穿行三角洲——老实说,摩托车是体验该地区最好的方式——Ao Ba Om 距离 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 约 100 km,途经 QL54 和 QL53 公路。道路平坦且路况大多不错,是典型的三角洲骑行体验。

    环湖漫步

    住宿推荐

    Tra Vinh 镇有基础的宾馆(nha nghi),每晚 150,000–250,000 VND 起——足够干净,有空调,没有多余的装饰。像 Thanh Tra Hotel 或 Cuu Long Hotel 这样的中档酒店提供 400,000–600,000 VND 左右的客房,包含早餐。这里没有任何豪华级别的住宿,而这也正是它的魅力所在。大多数游客将 Tra Vinh 作为往返 Can Tho 和海岸之间的一晚中转站。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 走马观花。 Ao Ba Om 不是那种花 20 分钟打卡就能完事的“景点”。它的精髓在于慢节奏。请至少留出两个小时,最好是半天时间。
    • 跳过博物馆。 它很小,容易被忽视,但它能为你了解周围高棉社区的一切提供文化背景。
    • 只在正午游览。 上午 11 点到下午 3 点之间,公园里热得像烤箱。请尽量早点或晚点来。
    • 期待完善的旅游设施。 这里没有英文菜单,没有在门口等候的导游,也没有纪念品商店。但这正是它的独特之处。

    实用信息

    Ao Ba Om 免费开放;只有博物馆收取少量门票。公园从清晨一直开放到傍晚。如果你在常规的 Can Tho 水上市场环线之外,正在规划一条 湄公河三角洲行程,那么在 Tra Vinh 住上一晚,游览 Ao Ba Om 和周围的寺庙,将为你展现三角洲地区大多数游客完全错过的一面。
