    周边地区是正在耕作的农田。Moc Chau 是 Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)主要的茶叶种植区之一,漫山遍野、排列整齐的翠绿 Shan Tuyet 和 Oolong 茶树才是真正的魅力所在。心形茶丘是一个不错的视觉焦点,但周围的风景才是让这趟旅行不虚此行的真正原因。

    为什么值得一去

    Moc Chau 海拔约 1,050 米,这意味着它比 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)要凉爽得多——如果你在夏天旅行,这绝对是一种解脱。这片高原保留着真正的乡村风貌,而这种风貌在 Sapa 或 Da Lat 已经很难见到了。在这里,你不会看到主干道两旁林立的酒店,也不会看到在停车场里怠速等候的旅游大巴。

    人们为这里的绿意而来。茶田在山丘上起伏,排列得紧密而整齐,甚至看起来有些不真实。在李花盛开的季节(1月至2月),洁白的花朵与翠绿的茶树交相辉映,形成了北部其他地方难得一见的鲜明对比。心形茶丘是一个拍照打卡点,但高原本身——奶牛场、野花田、松树林——才是真正的宝藏。

    最佳游玩时间

    有两个时间段最为推荐:

    • 1月下旬至2月中旬 —— 李花和桃花在高原上竞相绽放。如果 Tet 恰好在这个时间段,国内游客会比较多,但此时的风景也达到了巅峰。
    • 10月下旬至11月 —— 雨季过后,茶叶呈现出鲜亮的翠绿色,路边开满了野花(尤其是野生向日葵),天气干燥凉爽。清晨时分,山谷中经常会弥漫着低矮的云雾。

    如果你不喜欢下雨,请避开6月到8月。高原在下午会有倾盆大雨,大雾可能会将山丘完全遮蔽。3月到5月天气不错,但比较干燥,且略带雾霾。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    骑摩托车: 自由行游客最常见的方式。从 Hanoi 沿 QL6(6号国道)向西行驶,途经 Hoa Binh。路程约 200 km,如果不做长时间停留,大约需要 4.5–5 小时。道路会爬升穿过 Thung Khe 隘口——这是一段路况良好的山路。请在 Hoa Binh 市加满油,之后的加油站会变得稀少。

    乘坐巴士: 开往 Moc Chau 的巴士从 Hanoi 的 My Dinh 汽车站发车。票价在 120,000–180,000 VND 之间,具体取决于客运公司。车程约 5–6 小时。请告诉司机在 Moc Chau 镇(thi tran Moc Chau)下车。从那里向南约 6 km 就是 Doi Che Trai Tim——你需要乘坐当地的 xe om(摩托车出租)或租车前往。

    包车/自驾: 从 Hanoi 包车或雇司机的往返费用约为 2,500,000–3,000,000 VND。如果是团队平摊费用,非常值得考虑。

    心形茶丘位于 Moc Chau 镇中心附近的一条支路上,偏离 QL43 国道。寻找写着“Doi Che Trai Tim”的指示牌——那里有一个小停车场,门票为 10,000 VND。

    游玩体验

    漫步茶田

    茶丘开放供游客步行。你可以沿着茶树丛向上攀爬,到达形成心形的那簇树木。不过最好的视角其实是在对面的山丘上——那里有一个观景台,可以为你提供俯瞰的角度。清晨 8 点前光线柔和,游客也比较少。

    参观运作中的茶叶加工厂

    茶丘几公里范围内有几家小型茶叶加工坊。Moc Chau 茶叶公司在 QL43 国道上设有一处设施,你可以在那里观看茶叶被烘干和揉捻的过程。他们以农场直销价出售新鲜的 Shan Tuyet 和 Oolong 茶——根据等级不同,每 100 克价格在 80,000–200,000 VND 之间。如果你经常喝 Vietnamese coffee,换成 Moc Chau 的 Shan Tuyet 喝上一个星期,会是一次很棒的味觉重置。

    驱车前往 Dai Yem 瀑布

    距离茶丘约 15 km 处的 Dai Yem(也叫 Nang 瀑布)分两层穿过森林倾泻而下。它不是那种气势磅礴的大瀑布,但在旱季时,瀑布底部的深潭可以游泳。门票为 40,000 VND。瀑布上方的玻璃底桥需要额外收费(60,000 VND),除非你特别喜欢这类项目,否则大可跳过。

    骑行环游高原

    在镇上租一辆摩托车(半自动挡每天 150,000–200,000 VND),骑行环游 Tan Lap、On Oc 以及镇南部的奶牛场。道路都铺有柏油,且大部分很平坦。你会路过草莓园(可以自己采摘,每公斤约 100,000 VND)、松树林,在 11 月份,还会看到比你的摩托车把手还要高的大片野生向日葵。

    在山丘上欣赏日出

    如果你在此过夜,记得定个闹钟。黎明前,Moc Chau 下方的山谷中会填满云海,山丘像岛屿一样探出云层。对于住在这里的人来说,这是司空见惯的景象,但对于初次到访的游客来说,绝对会带来强烈的视觉震撼。

    附近美食推荐

    Moc Chau 镇沿 QL6 国道有一排当地餐厅。有两样东西一定要尝尝:

    • “Com lam” —— 在炭火上用竹筒烤制的糯米饭。这是 Son La 地区常见的泰族特色美食。搭配烤猪肉或野猪肉食用味道极佳。
    • Moc Chau 酸奶和鲜奶 —— 这片高原上的奶牛场可以追溯到 20 世纪 70 年代的一项开发计划。这里的酸奶味道浓郁,随处可见,每罐售价 5,000–8,000 VND。虽然不能当正餐,但你可能会忍不住一口气吃上六罐。

    如果想吃点更丰盛的,可以找找供应“lau ca hoi”(鲑鱼火锅)的餐厅——Moc Chau 冰冷的溪流非常适合养殖鳟鱼和鲑鱼。两人份的火锅大约需要 250,000–350,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Moc Chau 镇上的宾馆每晚价格在 200,000–400,000 VND 之间。设施比较基础,但很干净。如果想体验更有特色的住宿,周边村庄有几家民宿提供传统的泰族高脚屋客房——价格预计在 300,000–500,000 VND 之间,包含晚餐和早餐。

    近年来新开了几家中档度假村,客房价格在 800,000–1,500,000 VND 之间。它们还不错,但老实说,民宿的体验会更好。你可以和当地家庭一起用餐,食物更美味,而且你是在山丘中醒来,而不是在公路旁。

    实用提示

    • 多带几层衣服。 即使在夏天,高原的早晨温度也会降至 15–18°C。冬天夜间甚至会降到 5°C。
    • 只收现金。 Moc Chau 的大多数地方不接受刷卡。镇上有自动取款机,但在周末可能会被取空。
    • 不要采摘茶叶。 它们看起来很诱人,但茶农不会喜欢这种行为,而且生茶叶对你来说也没什么用。
    • 周末交通。 星期六早上,Hanoi 的居民会成群结队地开车前往 Moc Chau。如果可能的话,尽量在周中前往。
    • 心形并不明显。 从地面上看,它只是一片树木。千万不要错过对面山坡上的观景台——只有在那里,心形才会显现出来。

    常见误区

    把 Doi Che Trai Tim 当作从 Hanoi 出发的一日游。你确实可以这么做,但开 10 个小时的车只为了拍 30 分钟的照片,这笔买卖并不划算。至少住上一晚,好好探索一下这片高原。茶丘是一个很好的起点,但不应是旅行的全部。

    另一个误区:只为心形茶丘而来,却因为觉得它比 Instagram 上看起来的小而失望离开。这座茶丘其实很不起眼。整个高原才是真正的目的地。请据此调整你的期望值。
