    Bai Dai(意为“长滩”——不要与西海岸的另一个 Long Beach 混淆)沿着 Phu Quoc 的西北海岸绵延约 20km。这是岛上最长的一段连续沙滩,多年来,这里一直是跟团游客会跳过的宁静之地。如今情况有所改变,但并未完全变味。

    它的前世今生

    Bai Dai 指的是从北部的 Ganh Dau 一直向南延伸至 Cua Can 的海岸线。在 21 世纪初的大部分时间里,这里只有空旷的沙滩,背后是腰果树和渔民的小屋,道路也是泥土路。随后迎来了度假村的开发热潮——Vinpearl、InterContinental、Marriott——将北部区域变成了一条封闭式物业的走廊。不过,向南延伸至 Cua Can 的路段以及几个公共入口仍然开放,而且这里的海水依然是岛上最清澈的。

    这个名字在越南语中字面意思就是“长滩”,当地人有时会根据你靠近的村庄,用不同的名字来称呼它的各个路段。如果你说“Bai Dai”时出租车司机一脸茫然,不要感到困惑——试着具体说明你要去的度假村或最近的村庄。

    为什么游客会去

    吸引力很简单:水浅而平静,沙质海底,在大部分旱季里海水都保持着绿松石般的颜色。西北朝向意味着你可以在水面上欣赏日落——西海岸主要的 Long Beach 也有这样的景色,但那里人群和商贩更多。

    Bai Dai 的另一个优势是空间。即使有度假村的开发,海滩也足够长,你依然可以找到几乎空无一人的 200 米长的区域,尤其是在周中。向外延伸 30-50 米的海水依然很浅,非常适合孩子们,或者任何只想漂浮在水面上而不想与海浪搏击的人。

    最佳游玩时间

    11 月到次年 3 月是旺季——天气干燥,海面平静,海水能见度最高。4 月和 5 月也可以,但会变得更热(35°C 以上)。6 月到 10 月会带来西南季风;Bai Dai 面朝西北,因此会受到一些涌浪的影响。雨季的海滩并不危险,但会失去那种如玻璃般平滑的质感,有些时候海水会因为地表径流而变得浑浊。

    工作日明显更安静。越南国内游客会在周末和公众假期涌入 Phu Quoc (푸꾸옥 / 富国岛 / フーコック),尤其是在 Tet(春节)和 9 月 2 日国庆节前后。

    如何前往

    Phu Quoc 国际机场位于 Bai Dai 中点以南约 25km 处。乘坐出租车大约需要 250,000-350,000 VND,具体取决于你的确切目的地。岛上可以使用 Grab,但在北部地区司机数量会减少——请在离开机场区域前预订好。

    如果你已经住在 Duong Dong 镇,沿着 DT975 沿海公路向北行驶 15-20km 即可到达。在 Tran Hung Dao 街沿线的店铺[租借摩托车](/posts/renting-motorbike-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-legal-insurance)的费用为每天 150,000-200,000 VND。道路铺设良好,路况不错,但要注意靠近海岸的沙地。

    从大陆出发,有快艇从 Ha Tien 和 Rach Gia 开往 Phu Quoc 的港口。Ha Tien 航线大约需要 80 分钟。

    游玩项目

    游泳和躺在沙滩上——这是理所当然的。除此之外:

    在北端浮潜

    Ganh Dau 附近的岩石岬角比沙滩区域有更好的珊瑚。你可以从海滩小屋租用基本装备,价格为 50,000-100,000 VND。不要指望能和 Raja Ampat 媲美,但这里的鱼类生态足以让你兴致勃勃地玩上一个小时。

    Vinpearl Safari 和 VinWonders

    这两个景点都位于 Bai Dai 北部路段的内陆。按照越南的标准,这家野生动物园(Safari)维护得相当不错——有长颈鹿和斑马的开放放养区,还有一个不错的飞禽公园。成人门票大约 650,000 VND。VinWonders 是隔壁的主题公园;适合家庭游玩,如果你没有带孩子旅行,可以跳过。

    Cua Can 村

    在 Bai Dai 的南端,Cua Can 河汇入大海。这里的村庄仍然保留着渔业社区的氛围——木船、晾晒的鱿鱼,还有几家当地的“hu tieu”(粿条)摊位。值得在天气变热之前的早晨去逛逛。

    日落小酌

    沿着公共开放路段,涌现出了几家海滩酒吧。价格从 50,000 VND 的 Saigon 啤酒到 150,000 VND 的鸡尾酒不等。这里的氛围很悠闲——完全不像泰国的派对海滩。

    餐饮推荐

    度假村的餐厅还不错,但价格虚高(每道主菜 300,000-800,000 VND)。更好的选择有:

    • 海滩公路上的海鲜大排档——在 Bai Dai 和 Cua Can 之间,寻找那些门前摆着水箱的地方。烤“ca”(鱼)、鲜虾“goi cuon”(春卷)和蒜香黄油蛤蜊。人均消费约为 150,000-400,000 VND,具体取决于你点的菜。
    • Cua Can 市场区域——这里有几家米粉店,提供地道的“com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム)”(碎米饭)和“bun”(米粉)汤,价格在 40,000-60,000 VND 之间。没有英文菜单;指着菜品微笑点单即可。

    住宿指南

    分为三个档次:

    • 度假村(2,000,000-8,000,000 VND/晚): InterContinental、Marriott、Vinpearl——全都是海滨酒店,全都是封闭式管理。你将拥有一片私人海滩,但如果没有交通工具,前往 Bai Dai 其他区域会很不方便。
    • 中档酒店(600,000-1,500,000 VND/晚): 位于内陆道路上、远离海滩的较小酒店。你需要一辆摩托车。像 Nam Nghi 或 Fusion 这样的地方在淡季通常会降到这个价格区间。
    • 经济型住宿(200,000-500,000 VND/晚): 靠近 Cua Can 或沿 DT975 公路的民宿和客栈。提供基础客房,有时包含早餐。骑车到海滩只需 5-10 分钟。

    实用提示

    • 防晒在这里非常重要。 白沙和浅水的反射会增强紫外线。游泳后记得重新涂抹。
    • 现金依然是王道,尤其是在较小的海滩摊贩和 Cua Can 的摊位。Duong Dong 有自动取款机(ATM),但在北部地区很稀少。
    • 公共海滩入口并不总是有标志。留意度假村围栏之间的缺口,或者向当地人询问“loi xuong bien”(通往海边的路)。
    • 水母偶尔会在 10 月至 11 月出现。如果你在沙滩上看到紫色斑点,下水前请先询问当地人。

    常见误区

    预订了度假村,却没意识到自己距离 Duong Dong 的餐厅和夜生活区有 20km 远。如果你既想要海滩的宁静,又想要丰富的夜间活动,建议住在岛屿中部,白天骑车去 Bai Dai 游玩。

    误以为整个海滩是一条连续可步行的地带——度假村的物业在某些地方阻断了通道。你可能需要返回公路上,然后从下一个公共入口重新进入海滩。

    只参观了开发完善的北部区域,就断言 Bai Dai “只有度假村”。向南前往 Cua Can,去探索那些未经雕琢、更有趣的路段,那里依然能看到渔船停泊在沙滩上。
