    室内美食广场:真正的用餐地

    真正的美食藏在室内湿货市场区域,特别是沿着中央和后排过道的一排熟食摊位。这些摊位规模较小,通常由一两人经营,菜单也更精简——这是一个好迹象。寻找那些锅里正冒着热气、塑料凳上坐着看起来像是附近上班族的摊位。

    点餐推荐

    "Banh mi" 在 Saigon 到处都是,但室内有几个摊位能做出不错的成品,价格在 30,000–40,000 VND 左右。虽然不是城里最好的,但作为市场里的小吃非常扎实。

    "Com tam" —— 碎米饭配烤猪肉、煎蛋和腌菜——如果你想吃得饱又不想踩雷,选这个准没错。后门附近有几个摊位卖 50,000–70,000 VND。猪肉质量虽有波动,但总体来说是实诚的食物。

    "Goi cuon"(鲜春卷)在多个摊位都有。请找那些现点现包的摊位,不要买那种预先包好放在塑料膜下的。

    "Banh canh" 比较少见,但如果看到一定要试试——这是浓郁猪骨或蟹肉汤底配上类似乌冬面的粗面。根据日期不同,有一两个摊位会轮换供应。

    如果想吃一顿完整的南方风味餐,找找 "hu tieu" ——这是一种清淡的猪肉海鲜汤面,极具 Saigonese 特色,在市场内通常不超过 60,000 VND。

    夜市:另一种风情

    晚上 6 点左右,Ben Thanh 会变身。白天的摊位收摊后,周边街道——特别是 Le Thanh Ton 和 Phan Chu Trinh——会挤满售卖烤海鲜、烤串和冰镇啤酒的露天摊位。这里的氛围确实很棒,非常热闹,但请保持现实的期待:这依然是面向游客的,价格也反映了这一点。烤鱿鱼价格在 80,000–120,000 VND,大瓶 Saigon 啤酒约 25,000–35,000 VND。讨价还价在这里很正常,且大多比较友好。

    如果你想以半价体验同样的烤串,步行 8 分钟往南去 Vo Van Tan 区域——游客更少,食物一样。

    Ben Thanh 周边的街道

    在进入市场前后,花点时间逛逛紧邻市场的街区非常值得。

    Phan Chu Trinh 有一排 Pho 店,开门很早,上午 10 点前就关门了。汤底是清淡的南方风格——比 Hanoi 的版本口感简单,但做得非常地道,每碗 50,000–65,000 VND。

    Ly Tu Trong 在往东约 300 米处,有一群专门为上班族提供午餐的餐馆——com binh dan(“家常饭”),你可以指着看起来好吃的菜点餐,一份全餐约 40,000–60,000 VND。没有英文菜单也没关系。

    如果你想在 Ben Thanh 附近喝到正宗的越南咖啡,避开 Le Loi 街上的咖啡馆,找一家藏在侧街、摆着塑料凳的小店。一杯“ca phe sua da”(冰奶咖)价格应在 20,000–30,000 VND 之间。在第一区这一带,超过 45,000 VND 的价格通常是游客溢价。

    买什么(以及忽略什么)

    Ben Thanh 的干货区——虾干、鱼露、胡椒、咖啡——货真价实且价格合理,前提是你大致了解行情。一瓶 500 克的 Phu Quoc 鱼露大约在 60,000–80,000 VND 左右。纪念品区(钥匙扣、奥黛磁贴、军帽)价格虚高严重,建议砍价至少砍到开价的 50%,或者干脆别买。

    实用小贴士

    Ben Thanh Market 室内区域每天约 6 AM 至 6 PM 开放;周边夜市一直持续到午夜左右。距离 Bui Vien 背包客街约 1.2 公里,从大多数第一区的酒店步行即可到达。请把钱包放在前口袋——这里人多拥挤,扒窃是已知问题,尤其是在正门入口附近。
