    Streets Restaurant Hoi An

    The Hoi An Roastery (素食选择)

    Hoi An 素食实用小贴士

    留意“素食”标签。 在越南烹饪中,“chay”(素食)有时会包含鱼露或虾酱作为调味品,特别是在一些老派的佛教厨房中,他们的重点在于避开肉类而非所有动物制品。如果你是严格的纯素主义者,请询问:“Khong co nuoc mam, khong co mam tom?”(没有鱼露,没有虾酱吗?)大多数接待国际游客的餐厅都能听懂这个问题。
