    Binh Chau究竟是什么

    Binh Chau温泉(Suoi Nuoc Nong Binh Chau)是一处天然地热景区,地下火山活动将富含矿物质的热水推送至地表,水温介于40°C至82°C之间。景区坐落于一片占地220公顷的滨海低地森林自然保护区内,原属Ba Ria - Vung Tau省,2025年行政区划调整后已并入扩大后的Ho Chi Minh City管辖范围。

    温泉景区于1990年代初开发为度假区和公园,但地热活动的记录可以追溯到更久以前。Binh Chau及Xuyen Moc县一带的当地居民世代以来一直以非正式方式使用这处温泉。如今,这里作为收费公园对外开放,设有矿物质泡池、泥浴区、小湖泊以及穿越周边森林的步行小径。

    这里谈不上华丽,也不是奢华水疗目的地。但它确实是一处颇具意思的地质景观,温热的泉水散发着淡淡的硫磺气息,节奏与Saigon截然不同。

    游客为何前来

    大多数游客来此有两个原因:矿物质泡池,以及在天然热泉中亲手煮鸡蛋和红薯的新鲜体验。后者听起来像噱头,说实话也确实有点那个意思——但看着一篮鸡蛋在82°C的火山热泉中咕嘟咕嘟地沸腾煮熟,满足感着实超出预期。

    除此之外,公园还提供一处远离城市喧嚣的清净之地。保护区树木繁茂,有几条短程步道,静谧程度足以让人觉得已远离都市。偶尔也有观鸟爱好者专程前来探访滨海森林生态,但这里并非专业观鸟胜地。

    对于在Saigon为基地、想找个周末短途目的地、又不想去海滩或山区的旅行者来说,Binh Chau正好填补了这一空缺。

    最佳游览时间

    温泉全年皆可使用,但最佳时段是11月至4月的旱季。东南部气温约在28至33°C之间,降雨稀少,不必担心泡温泉时还要淋雨。

    工作日比周末明显清静。周六上午国内旅行团最多。若想独享泡池时光,建议选择周二或周三前往。

    Tet前后数周应尽量避开——公园届时挤满阖家出游的家庭,附近住宿价格也会大幅上涨。

    从Saigon如何前往

    Binh Chau位于Saigon市中心东南方向约150公里处,出行方式有以下几种:

    自驾摩托车或汽车: 走Ho Chi Minh City—Long Thanh—Dau Giay高速公路向东,再沿56号国道向南穿过Xuyen Moc县。全程驾车约需2.5至3小时,视出城时段路况而定。汽车单程高速公路过路费约为50,000至70,000 VND。

    乘公共巴士: 从新迁至Thu Duc的Mien Dong汽车站乘坐前往Vung Tau或Ba Ria的班车,再转乘当地公共汽车或打车前往Binh Chau。全程约需3.5至4小时。主程巴士票价约为80,000至130,000 VND。

    包车或打车: 从Saigon乘Grab或雇私家车单程费用约为1,200,000至1,500,000 VND。3至4人合乘则相当划算。

    大多数人会将Binh Chau与Vung Tau或Ho Tram海滩结合,安排一次周末环线游。

    游览项目

    矿物质泡池

    这是最核心的体验。公园内设有多档泡池——公共开放池(含在约80,000至100,000 VND的成人门票内)、半私人池,以及可按小时租用的私人浴桶(200,000至400,000 VND)。水温因池而异,从舒适的37°C到偏烫的42°C不等,矿物质主要成分为硫磺和碳酸氢钠。请自带毛巾。

    用热泉煮鸡蛋

    在最高温的泉眼附近有摊贩出售鸡蛋、红薯和玉米,购买后将其放入竹篮,浸入沸腾的泉水中烹煮。鸡蛋约需15分钟煮熟。10个鸡蛋一篮约为50,000至60,000 VND。蛋黄的口感与普通灶煮略有不同——质地更紧实,带有淡淡的矿物味。体验一次,颇有趣味。

    泥浴体验

    公园提供矿物质泥浴,可选共享泥浴池或私人浴桶。私人泥浴每人每次约250,000至350,000 VND,时长20至30分钟。泥浆温热浓稠,据说对皮肤有益。结束后在矿泉淋浴区冲洗干净即可。整个过程有点狼狈,也有些滑稽,但大多数人都玩得很开心。

    漫步森林小径

    温泉周边的自然保护区有几条穿越滨海低地森林的短程步道,总长约2至3公里,地势平坦,难度不高。建议趁早晨气温尚未升高时出发,适合悠闲漫步。沿途可见一些颇具年头的老树,偶尔也能邂逅几只蜥蜴。

    参观鳄鱼湖

    公园内有一个养有淡水鳄鱼的小湖,可在平台上用绳子系住鱼进行投喂(约30,000 VND)。这是非常具有越南特色的旅游项目——热闹而略带紧张感。小孩子尤其喜欢。

    附近用餐

    公园内设有餐厅,但餐食是标准的景区套路,性价比不高。建议到外面觅食。

    沿进入Binh Chau镇的公路,可以找到一些供应烤鱼和贝类的本地海鲜餐馆——这里距海岸仅约10公里,海鲜相当新鲜。一盘罗望子酱炒oc(螺蛳)配几瓶啤酒,大约150,000至200,000 VND。

    如果返程途经Vung Tau方向,Ho Tram海滩公路沿线的餐馆出品的"banh khot"不容错过——这是一种小巧酥脆的姜黄煎饼,上面铺有虾仁,是这一沿海地区的特色小吃。一盘约60,000至80,000 VND。

    住宿选择

    Binh Chau温泉度假村园区内设有客房和独立小屋,每晚约800,000至2,000,000 VND。房间实用但设施老旧,风格大致停留在2000年代初的越南度假村风格。住在园区内最大的优势是方便进出景区。

    若追求性价比,Binh Chau镇上的小旅馆和民宿每晚约300,000至500,000 VND,设施简单但干净整洁。

    如果希望住得更舒适,距此约15公里的Ho Tram海岸有多种档次的度假村可供选择,从中档到高端均有(每晚1,500,000至5,000,000 VND),部分还提供海景房型。

    实用建议

    • 带上不在意的拖鞋。 温泉周围地面有矿物质沉积,会将鞋子染色。
    • 早点去。 泡池在上午10点前体验最佳,彼时旅行团尚未到达,正午的炎热也尚未让泡温泉变成一种煎熬。
    • 带上防晒霜和帽子。 部分泡池区域有遮阴,但煮鸡蛋的泉眼区域和步道完全暴露在阳光下。
    • 备好现金。 园区内刷卡支付不稳定。Binh Chau镇上有ATM,但园区内没有。
    • 不要抱有奢华期待。 这里的设施已有些年头,这是一处有热水的自然公园,不是精品养生度假村。调整好预期,你会玩得很尽兴。

    常见失误

    有些人专程从Saigon驱车赶来,结果只为了泡温泉,反而觉得不值——这里的活动撑死也就3至4小时。建议搭配Ho Tram海滩或在Vung Tau住一晚,让这趟行程更充实。另外,不要因为觉得泥浴是旅游噱头就跳过——对大多数人来说,这往往是整个游览中最享受的环节。最后,进矿物质泡池时不要穿你心爱的泳衣——硫磺水会永久性地让织物褪色变色。
