    Nam Bo Boutique Hotel Restaurant

    Victoria Can Tho Resort — Spice Restaurant

    Mango Cantho

    Mango Cantho 位于 Ninh Kieu 区较安静地段的一栋翻新老宅内,距离夜市仅几步之遥。主厨兼老板在 Saigon 接受过专业培训,随后回到这里开店,菜单也反映了这一点——在越南南部技艺的基础上,融入了一些并不突兀的创意。招牌菜是嫩椰子水慢炖五花肉“kho”,盛在陶罐中,有着通常需要在家炖煮两小时才能达到的焦糖色泽。他们还制作了一种改良版的“mi quang”风格面条,配以湄公河三角洲的配料——虾、猪肉和姜黄高汤,比原版 Quang Nam 面更清爽,却又独具风味。大多数主菜价格在 150,000 至 280,000 VND 之间。不接受预订;周末请在晚上 6:30 前到达,否则可能需要排队。

    Sao Hom Restaurant

    Sao Hom 经营已久,已成为游客在街头小吃和酒店餐厅之间寻求平衡时的首选推荐。它赢得这一声誉并非靠吃老本。餐厅采用开放式设计,光线昏暗,营造出一种刻意的氛围而非廉价感。菜单非常精简——大约十二道菜,多为三角洲特色菜,烹饪极其用心。这里的蟹肉“banh canh”值得一试,即使您在别处吃过也一样;汤底比 Hue 版本更浓稠,且使用的是淡水蟹,味道更清甜纯净。米饭类菜肴是菜单的核心,而“com tam”(碎米饭配烤猪肉和煎蛋)提醒着人们,优质的食材和火候是区分美味与平庸的关键。两人份晚餐加软饮总价约 300,000–400,000 VND。

    实用提示

    Can Tho 的精致餐饮规模较小,大多数餐厅都在 Ninh Kieu 滨水区 3 公里范围内——您可以在一个晚上轻松打卡两家。这里没有着装要求,但较好的餐厅在周五和周六晚上 6 点到 8 点之间会非常繁忙;花两分钟提前打个电话(大多数餐厅员工能说基础英语)是非常值得的。小型餐厅仍偏好现金支付;酒店餐厅则接受刷卡。
